Pros: My daughter and I stayed one night while visiting colleges in the area. The price/room was as good as I've ever had (we did get a pretty good discount from hotels.com). Property and room were clean and well-maintained and the breakfast was better-than-average. Bonus at breakfast was a nice covered patio. I will stay here every single time I am in the area as log as the price doesn't creep too high.
Cons: The free greeting cookie was a little dry -- just kidding! even the cookie was good.
Pros: What can I say but WOW! The staff was always friendly and went out of their way to make you comfortable and feel like one of the family. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet (even with guests next door). Breakfast was great with made to order eggs. The lobby was warm, inviting and decorated beautifully for Christmas. You can't beat the location either. There's a mall just across the street with a bowling alley and very large movie theatre, grocery store just across the street as well. And if you're hungry there are so many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Why would you want to stay anyplace else?
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
Pros: Perfectly clean, custom omelette at breakfast.
1:30 a.m. Staff not friendly. Morning staff much more friendly.
Cons: Breakfast omelette cooked to order. Cleanliness.
Pros: They had all of the on site facilities that I could have wanted. I did laundry(they sold single serving detergent), for example. Very nice staff. Breakfast was standard hotel food except they had 2 people making omeletts(still crappy 6-9 am hours..). Considering I'm choosing to stay at a nice place I would have liked if that was more flexible, but I'm probably an outlier.
Cons: The spa signups were not very comprehensive, mostly my fault though. I went in expecting to stay at a spa hotel where that was the focus, but I got a very nice hotel that happened to have a spa. Prices were expensive for spa stuff but I didn't sign up ahead of time and it wasn't well communicated, but that's mostly on me for not asking ahead. A small gripe.
Pros: Cleanliness. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Excellent wifi.
Cons: Not many nights open at the bar.
With a breathtaking backdrop of the majestic Box Springs Mountains, Ayres Hotel Moreno Valley offers clean, modern accommodations and an inviting ambiance. Complimentary amenities include parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a daily full breakfast buffet.
Pros: Great front desk team, super attentive, really tries to make your stay amazing. Super clean. Tasty Breakfast options, different for both nights of my stay. Quiet rooms, huge spaces, well equipped kitchen. Nice TV's / plenty of channels.
Cons: Uber drivers have no clue how to get to and from.

Cons: My room on 1st floor. View of hosepipes out the window. Very noisy at night from hotel bars below. Terrible location of the room and for the money I paid I expected so much better. Very disappointing experience.
Pros: It was a beautiful historic hotel in the heart of downtown Riverside. The staff was wonderful! We ordered room service out last night there and the food was delicious. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities!
Cons: Everything was wonderful!
Pros: Not a lot to due near by leaf blower started outside a 5am
Pros: Downtown riverside idiot started leaf blowing at 5am
Pros: The building and ambiance is incredible. Their decorations at Christmas are a sight to see. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were truly outstanding.
Cons: The check in and check out was horrendous. If the building wasn't so nice, that would be enough not to come back. The employees at the front desk weren't the most pleasant of people to interact with.
Cons: For cost of hotel they should have free WiFi in rooms
Pros: needed a little getaway and MI did not disappoint
Cons: more towels at the pool
Pros: a most beautiful property. so many artifacts from so many different parts of the world. several restaurants on the property. the staff are helpful and polite.
Cons: very early in the morning there was work being done outside my room that woke me up and lasted for at least an hour and a half. that was very annoying.
Pros: Our stay would have been perfect if we hadn't been assigned a room above the event hall. The music was so loud that the floor was vibrating below us intermittently from 6pm to modnight and we could hear every song, every scream, every time the DJ said something. I wanted to take a bath and knew I wouldn't actually be able to relax. We wanted to watch a movie but had a hard time hearing the television when the music came on. I went to bed early with ear plugs in. We called the front desk several times and they said they were unable to move us and unable to give us a refund so we could check into another hotel. My boyfriend took on the brunt of the conversations and he became super upset. I could feel his blood pressure had gone up when I held his hand. Though unable to offer us a solution they were very generous in their attempts to make our stay a positive one. They comped valet and also dinner at the hotel restaurant. The next morning we were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool. I would definitely stay here again but not on a weekend probably and I would absolutely call ahead of time to make sure there's no large events happening that include a DJ.
Cons: Very, very loud music at wedding. It felt like our room was above a club.
Pros: Staff was amazingly nice and everything made you feel on vacation.
Cons: I was charged over $200 in "authorization fees" even after I had checked out and when I called to find out what it was for they told me they didn't know and it "should" clear within the next few days.
Pros: Loved everything especially the spa and personal service.
Pros: The Mission Inn is a beautiful, historic hotel located in downtown Riverside, Ca. The lobby and restaurants are lovely.
The hotel staff is courteous and accommodating.
Cons: The carpet throughout the facility appeared old and dirty, especially on the stairs behind the registration desk. The rooms definitely need freshening up. NOT what I expected for more than 200.00 per night. I was disappointed.
Location. This Riverside hotel with a long history in Downtown Riverside, is within walking distance of the Riverside Convention Center. The University of California-Riverside is a 10-minute drive away.
Hotel Features. The historic Mission Inn Hotel & Spa has a fitness facility, an outdoor pool, a spa tub, and a steam room. The onsite spa has 12 massage and treatment rooms offering facial and body treatments. WiFi is complimentary. The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa has 4 restaurants on site. Business-friendly amenities include multi-line phones, wireless Internet access (surcharge), and desks. Bathrooms feature scales and bathrobes.
Pros: I was able to check in at an earlier time, which allowed me to get settled in for my holiday weekend. The hotel was quiet, my wife and I enjoyed our time there. The price was great too, especially for last minute arrangements.
Pros: Quiet and great food
Cons: Showers too high and not adjustable for spray

Cons: Poor soundproofing. Could hear guests talking in next room at normal level of speaking, plus walking around in room above. When I asked housekeeper for two more towels she said she didn't have any as I looked at her full cart. Strange!
Pros: Quiet Area
Cons: $100 deposit
Pros: Very large rooms full kitchen living room
Cons: Under construction
Pros: The rooms were super clean and comfortable. I loved the breakfast and the staff was amazing.
Cons: I loved everything about it.
Pros: Everything was perfect
Pros: Excellent place to stay
Pros: Rooms were clean and spacious. Very modern, full kitchen.
Cons: The washing machines didnt work, they were all out of order. Wasted alot of time going to outside laundry facility.
Pros: An incredible value for only ten dollars more than I would have paid at Motel 6. And I got a suite with full kitchen and fridge with icemaker, pots and pans in the kitchen, full microwave and stove/oven, separate bedroom, two tv's and a super nice room.
Cons: I had prepaid for my room so that was done before I got there. Workers at the front desk made it my problem their card reader wouldn't work properly over a twenty dollar deposit charge on my debit card. I feel they lacked training and courtesy.
Pros: We loved everything about our stay here. Nice hotel, nice rooms, helpful staff, good hot breakfast.
Cons: It would have been nice to have at least one mirror in the living area.
Pros: the indoor pool was great
Cons: Front desk staff wasn't responsive one time when we came down there to ask a question. We waited for 5 minutes and no one was there. They didn't even have one of those 'ring bell for service' either!
Cons: The only thing I wish was different was i would've liked breakfast being served earlier, even 6:30. Maybe even the coffee ready earlier. Otherwise, love this hotel.

Pros: Very friendly staff, clean hotel, great location for events at the NOS center- about a 30 minute walk away.
Cons: A bit tough if you don't have a car. Not a lot of food or retail accessible by foot, lots of roads in the area missing sidewalks.
Pros: The rooms were not "amazing" but overall this hotel is VERY nice and very accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. Even though other hotels have breakfast included, I did not mind paying $11 for a huge, delicious breakfast.
Cons: Comforters should be larger and warmer.
Pros: Clean room, Keurig machine in the room and Neutrogena soaps. Shower was nice and large. Bed had a controller to adjust firmness.
Cons: Wish the breakfast was free. The television had an HDMI cable but when we attempted to connect the laptop to the tv it failed to work. Pool was small and the overall hotel was rather small.
Pros: room was very clean. beds were SUPER comfortable! Tv was up to date. service was good. we got water and snacks for being hilton honors club members!
Cons: bathroom wall paper was pretty dated and didnt match the black granite.
the shower curtain was too high so when we took a shower the water got all over the bathroom floor.
the couches or seats had weird stains on them but still seemed clean.
Pros: Comfortable and clean room.
Pros: The room was very nice and spacious. The beds were so comfortable
Cons: The parking lot was so small. We had checked in and went out with friends. When we got back to the hotel it was late, but there was only 1 spot available and it was between 2 big trucks.

Cons: it was a little pricy, but since I was here for an event, a lot of hotels were sold out so it was not a shock.
Pros: staff was courteous... especially front desk girl Adrienne
Cons: Carpets and the feel wasn't the cleanest. But possible renovation going on.
Pros: Attentive, Beautiful , Friendly
Pros: Our stay was amazing! The Double Tree was very clean and just great in general.
Cons: The shower. Very little water comes out and you have to wait a whole for water to get hot.
Pros: Temperature control on wall and super comfy bed!
Pros: It was being renovated, but the changes will be nice.
Cons: I don't appreciate Kayak advertising that it is a Hilton when it is not.
Pros: Hotel is no longer a Hilton and under renovation. A very serious health issue of a family member brought us together & we took 3 rooms for out-of-town family. On the check-out day we advised the "front desk" (actually a table in the gym) that we would keep one room for another day. As it neared check out time, the maid came to say that we had to leave as the room was already booked to someone else (who was sitting on the floor next to the room waiting to get in!) Went to the "desk" to state my disappointment and was treated politely, but in an unconcerned manner with "We overbooked." Is that MY problem. Hilton probably would have made arrangements for a rom somewhere else for us, but The Hotel San Bernardino did not.
Cons: Attitude of overbooking and sending guests packing without notice.
Pros: Right off the highway. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.
Cons: This is not a Hilton property as advertised by Kayak, therefore it was difficult to find. The hotel was going through many remodeling projects. The plumbing was bad and the power went out for about an hour during my stay.
Cons: Under renovation
Pros: The staff was friendly and professional! The suite was very nice and very clean. The front desk workers were extremely helpful and the housekeeping staff was pleasant and extremely considerate.

Pros: The staff was nice and the breakfast bar had a lot to offer.
Cons: Our room was too close to the freeway and you could hear the hum of tires all night.

Cons: Staff should let loose a little. Shouldn't be awkward when talking w guests. The tv was placed pretty awkwardly too.
Cons: Our room received no service on Friday, the first time this has occurred to me in a motel
Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was great and clean and comfortable.
Cons: I liked everything.
Cons: Walls were paper thin, staff was very loud during the day. Freeway noise at night was unbearable. Staff blew me off, said everyone complains. Breakfast was gross and not wry sanitary. I travel for a living and spend a lot of time in hotels. I rarely rate them, but I wanted people to be warned that this is not your usual Hilton/homewood suites stay, more of a motel 6 environment.
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Staff was terrible and room smelled and sheets were dirty.

Pros: Great location...close to the Village...unique and historic...wonderful Jacuzzi tubsbreakfast rather average...very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: coffee ??? not so good
Pros: Location, staff, great room, clean facilities
Cons: Three breakfast selection was minimal and or was provided piecemeal. Small quantities were brought out so consistently ran out and as soon as it was replenished a line would form so I skipped eating and just had juice.
Same as above. Would not go there again. Dragging luggage up multiple sets of steep stairs, musty old rooms, no bed downstairs, way too rustic.
Pros: Proximity to event at the lake
Cons: Extremely rugged/steep access to uppermost cottage, my elderly mother could not have made it up the hill alone. No bed downstairs in cottage, again stairs were too difficult for mother so we checked out within the hour and went on our way.
Enjoy your visit to Lake Arrowhead with a stay at Saddleback Inn. You can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge, and the restaurant is the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat. Rooms at this romantic hotel are done up right with upscale touches like private spa tubs, fireplaces, and jetted tubs.
Pros: Super clean, close to nightlife, newly remodeled
Cons: smaller rooms/bathrooms
Pros: beds! very restful sleep
Cons: room size is very small
Pros: Really nice
Pros: Very clean, new-feeling, well-appointed rooms. Excellent, smooth bed linens. Great bedding: the only time I can recall any hotel's blankets being heavy enough!
Also very nice that breakfast was included, tho' it was carbs only. Coffee was good. Would have been perfect with the addition of (even) hard-boiled eggs.
Cons: Being right across from the ice machine & the office's night window (Rm. 17), it was too noisy if I left my window open. Was ok with the A/C running & window closed, though.
Bed was a little too firm for my taste, but the great bedding more than made up for that.
Pros: Very comfortable beds. Surprisingly clean and modern. Very happy with the stay.

Pros: Only good thing is the proximity to downtown. We were woken up at 6 a.m by a fire alarm they couldn't turn off for over 30 minutes on my boyfriend birthdat (reason for the stay). After leaving the room for the day and coming back at 6 p.m we noticed the house keepers never even came. When we called the front desk to let thme know the situation wasn't addressed nor did they offer a solution. Plus we paid 24 dollars a night for self parking. Terrible time and accommodations at the Hyatt. Such a shame we will not be returning to this hotel.
Pros: Room layout
We were upgraded
Cons: Pillow top bed that I could not get into.
Glasses with the ice bucket were not wrapped at all and water spotted
Pros: I've stayed here several times now and always enjoy my stay.
Cons: I was surprised and disappointed to discover that they started charging for overnight parking. I've never stayed at a hotel that doesn't allow someone to park there for free.
Pros: The hotel was generally clean in common areas and the room itself. Not luxurious, but very functional.
Cons: We booked 2 queen beds and unapologetically were told only a single King was a available. I would have booked a different hotel and skipped the Hyatt. I got barely an apology and had a very unpleasent night in a room not suitable for my family.
Pros: The room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient.
Pros: The staff were really friendly.
Cons: We ordered food from the restaurant downstairs and it was the most disgusting food hours can eat.
The hotel is adjacent to the Newly renovated and expanded Historic Riverside Convention Center, the Historic Mission Inn and the Historic Fox Performing Arts Center. The hotel is within walking distance to the Pedestrian Mall filled with antique specialty shops and over 50 eateries.
Pros: Very clean, friendly staff, easy access to parking & local businesses. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: spoiled with my own bed. was firm one side sloped down hill and was concave on the other side.

Cons: Beds were to soft
Cabinets / dresser old and venere was peeling - time for a remodel
Staff upon checking had trouble scanning my credit card- staff asked for another credit card. Asked that the staff key in the card number- said they can not do it? Is this a Courtyard corp. policy?? Not happy from the get go...
Pros: Friendly staff, great breakfast and really nice over all stay.
Pros: Clean and quiet!!

Cons: Lights in rooms were very bright. They charge for ice?? That's very lame.
Pros: Very very clean, family run, nice area close to alot of shopping. Everything walkable. Quiet.
Pros: They had a microwave and mini refrigerator
Flat screen HD TV
Cons: Very hard rough towels
Baby spiders on the roof in the light bulbs
Blankets were also uncomfortable
Pros: It was close to anything I needed....it was very quiet and the staff helped me with anything
Pros: When first getting there i thought from the outside that i had made a mistake. While checking in the staff was friendly and hospitable. When entering the room I thought the worse and to my surprise the room was outstanding. Hardwood floors in the room and tile in the bathing areas. They were just putting in the HD and the scent of the room was basic but welcoming.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was their mandatory cleaning around 12pm-2pm. You are required to leave your room for the cleaning. So if you are staying more than one day you will be expected to leave. but when you return your room will be cleaned and fresh smelling.
Colton Inn is a great choice for a stay in Colton. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with flat-screen TVs and premium bedding.
Pros: Spaciousness awesome parking Wide variety for breakfasts and oh so comfortable bed and pillows
Cons: Very small. Lotions and shampoos
Pros: I had a suite for two days and it was very nice. The front desk workers were very nice. The pool area had a beautiful landscape (however the hot tub was not working). The laundry facility was also great. The room was spacious. There aren't too many restaurants in the immediate area, however they were easy to get to about a mile away. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and will book here in the future.

Pros: Room looked newly remodeled. I liked all the finishes. The whole interior was clean.
Cons: I don't mind construction at all but finding out there was no working pool at check in is not acceptable. I should have gotten a heads up on that before that. The pool and gym are a big part of my decision when I'm picking out a hotel. I would have gladly paid more a night for a location that had a pool
Pros: There was free breakfast... it was OK
Cons: I just returned home from a vacation to California, I live in NY and have never been there. I had a couple friends let my boyfriend and I stay with them in their beautiful apartment in LA, then we had a weekend long event in San Bernardino and we offered they could stay a night or two with us so they didn't have to drive an hour home each night. When I first pulled up to the hotel I thought it was abandoned. There are old, corroded support beams covering the entire building, and at about 2pm there was only 2 cars in the parking lot so it looked closed. Upon checking in, I read the sign that essentially ruined my entire trip to California, the pool was also being "worked on" and the four bathing suits I packed for the 3 night stay were now just a waste of space in my carry-on. We were only 5 minutes from the event center, and after going to many holiday inn locations I assumed the two busses outside were the complimentary shuttles, I asked if the shuttle would bring us to the event center, I was told no and that those are only "for staff to go to the grocery store", I've never heard of such a thing, but never the less, another disappointment. An uber driver told us this hotel has looked this way for a LONG time, maybe over a year. I took pictures of the outside of the building because if I can find the correct place to post them, I'm sure NO ONE would book a room in this location. Lastly, upon checking out, a kind man we met outside (another guest) was complaining at the desk that a STAFF MEMBER went into his room and stole some very expensive products when he had left for dinner. The front desk worker called the police and my heart couldn't have hurt more for the man that forgot to put on his "do not disturb" sign... I seriously considered not staying at a holiday inn again. I like this rewards program, but not if the hotels will look like this when you show up to your "dream vacation" and they don't even warn you the pool isn't full of water. What a BUMMER.
Cons: Rough Yowels
