Clean rooms Comfortable bed and pillows Great internet and television Ample outlets Modern furnishings, including the television The room was a tad too warm for our comfort Noise can travel easily Sidewalks could have been shoveled a little better
It was very clean and neat. The breakfast was low quality. No choice of fruit, pastries or breads.
For an overnight stay the room was fine. Not fancy. Just comfortable and clean and that's all we needed.
the room as clean It had a coffee maker. Ice machine broken. Staff did supply ice later. Had to keep asking for towels. There were 4 of us and 3 towels. It was farther from our main activities than I realized from on line information.
location We arrived a day earlier so stayed 2 nights (The 1st night on our own the 2nd thru you). They never cleaned our room or make the bed. They said they would inform housekeeping. Did nothing but hand me some clean towels when I gave them my dirty towels.
They let us check in early. Room had terrible pillows and beds..not more than a couple hours of sleep. Towels were so scratchy and stiff they were like sandpaper. Our door lock was coming apart. For the price and location I expected more. Very diappointing, won't be back.
The hotel was basic but clean and offered all the amenities that I needed. It was also one of the quietest hotels that I have ever stayed in. I had trouble with the Wi-Fi at times and the jets were not working in the whirlpool tub.
small but clean pool area. Also the breakfast was great considering the price. I've paid twice as much at other hotels only to get a 'grab and go, little debbie snack style breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Room was pretty beat up. Crooked pictures on the wall. Furniture dented , broken
Quite There's no internet service Overall it was relaxing
The location of the hotel suited our needs. The hotel is dated and in need of renovation, but the room has a refrigerator and microwave which was nice.
nothing Not SpaciousNot Cleanstaff was not friendlyI have booked for Double Bed, but no double bed available at thsi location

Nothing This hotel is terrible my two-year-old son suffered severe bed bug bites from staying in that hotel and when informed staff they did not act upon it immediately very disappointed would not recommend to anybody
Room was large and clean. Overall the hotel is dated. Hallway carpets were stained.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location, pricing, beds especially pillows, bed sheets, etc. looked old and wore out. No free breakfast.
Restaurant is excellent. Staff is very friendly. Hotel has an 'old world' feel, is locally owned and operated. If you like Norman Rockwell, you MUST stay here! Wish there were more like this one.

It's very clean and staff are very helpful. The furniture is a little outdated but the rooms are very clean.
Location, staff very nice. Our room was very nice, but the hallways were ratty. (Wallpaper borders need repair, conduit hanging from ceiling in places). Surely a remodel is in the works, repeat our room was nice!
Room was large; lobby area bright and modern looking Dated and 'musty' feel throughout.
Marty's restaurant attached to the motel with great breakfast and service with very reasonable prices. Breakfast is not included on weekend stays but the front desk will give you couple $3 coupons every morning for use at the restaurant. No cell phone reception. Rooms are quite dated. Beds are too soft and can be uncomfortable for some. Hallways had a strong smell of second hand smoke although our room was fine. Towels and napkins were rough.
It was very clean The rooms were fine, but the hotel itself was very outdated. The pool area and hallways can definitely use a face lift.
Breakfast in morning Smelled musty. Could hear people next door Ac was loud
almost eveerthing wish pool had a walk in entrance
Room was available earlier than check in time. Too far away from main resort/waterpark. Rooms do not look like the ones adverised. Heater didn't work properly, toilet didn't flush properly. Door to room wouldn't open sometimes. Waterpark is too small for the number of people that stay there. Front desk completely ignored my complaints.
The check in process is fast, facility is well maintained. Room is clean. Location of the room is far. Need to drive to access water park. The Remote in the room doesn't work. most importantly, one of the bed in the room, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I later found out that the mattress was put on "backwards". The pillow top was facing down? And my son and I was sleeping on the "bottom". He seems ok with it, but I didn't get a good night sleep at all. I even got headache and backache next morning. The clean staff should check everything when getting the room ready for next guest.
Water park and amusement park Dirty room, pubic hair on the bathroom floor, trash in the beds, trash in the stair well, ground in gum and candy in the carpets, dirt all over the halls, dirty public restrooms, no breakfast, no coffee pots in the rooms, the off-site buildings are run down and remind me of a roach motel, FOR THE PRICE I EXPECTED MUCH MORE
We made several calls to service bathroom and heater and person came after 45min and said nothing he can do about it. They said all is working while they could not get heater blow hot air. It was blowing cold air.
Changing area in the bathroom could be bigger and maybe add more private type booths to change in with guest who have smaller children
I loved how friendly the staff was. They really made us feel welcome. Also loved how the water park was not near our room so we did not smell chlorine the entire time.
Staff was very friendly & helpful. Nice décor throughout the building. Fun family time!
The water park was great! Nice balcony with the room. Friendly staff. Would have liked a bar of soap or 2 as opposed to a wall container with shower gel in it.
Grounds were nice layout was nice Mold in tub, in door and blood on bathroom walls. Then found drain was dirty with hair I don't think bathroom was ever cleaned
The indoor waterpark was a lot of fun. Slides were very fun and the Flyin Mayan was a great boat ride. Go to the indoor waterpark in the morning to avoid lines. Arcade was fun as well, a little small but my son had a lot of fun there. The general decor was very well done. Riverwalk is very nice touch. The outdoor waterpark is fun, but small compared to competitors I believe and thought it would have been bigger. Definitly they would need to upgrade the outdoor park. Room smelled like old wet clothes and cleaning crew did not vacuum the room (this was obvious). Bed comforters not very comfortable. Air conditioners are loud, you can hear air conditioners from the room above you as well. The fan in the bathroom is very loud and you cannot shut it off so if you want to turn on the light in the bathroom before sleeping, prepare for some noise. Phone system is confusing, had buttons for all the areas (waterpark, front desk, retaurant, etc), but they don't work so have to call 0 to get operator to direct your calls. I ask staff when is the fireworks for 4th of July, where should we go. The cleaning staff don't know some of these little things and always have to go to the front desk or call 0 on the phone. I think for a "resort" there should be a program to ensure all staff knows about the activities going on. We also did mini golf, and it would have been perfect, but they didn't have any fountains turned on so you see a lot of mossy covered puddles and for me if I shell out about 7 dollars for mini golf, part of the experience is the fountains being on. No soap or shampoo in the waterpark either. Wave pool is very small and not what I would expect from a wavepool and it is far away from the outdoor waterpark.
We ended up staying in the golf villa which at first was a little bit of a bummer being that we were unable to use the underground tunnel to get to the indoor water park. But after getting to our room it didn't even matter anymore because of how nice our room was. Our room was pretty secluded and not much traffic at all and we had a hot tub host outside our door. Inside we had a full kitchen and dishes TV with lots of channels and we even had Wi-Fi. The other thing that helped us forget about the underground tunnel was that all we had to do was dial "0" and there was a shuttle on the way to pick us up and take us anywhere in the resort. The food was great, from breakfast at kbg to room delivered pizza. The water park was a blast as well, and it was fun to sit at the bar. Over all it was a great trip and a much needed vacation. There is only a couple things that bummed me out and I couldn't get over. The biggest thing was that the indoor water park had no hot tub. When we first got In there we looked all over for one. The other thing I was really hoping for the indoor to be bigger, but then again they had enough activities that I eventually forgot about that.
Good fun at the water park with the grand kids. Accommodations were average.
The waterparks and activities were great for the kids. There was a wide variety of things to do that kept the boys bouncing from here to there. The parks were entertaining. The wave pool was definitely more for my younger son as opposed to my older one though. The Chophouse was magnificent! We left a note for housekeeping asking for a light bulb to be changed and a slow draining sink be fixed but it wasn't done. The carpet in our room was filthy; white socks turned black and it didn't come out in the wash. I was also disappointed by the amount of rust in the indoor waterpark and the floors of the pools was also in disrepair. Disappointed by the lack of upkeep and presentation. I was also surprised that there was only one gift shop.
Indoor waterpark..I enjoy being able to go from my room to the indoor waterpark via undeground hallway. It was our xmas vacation
Clean and organized. The indoor water park was too small and not enough tables for families to sit. We were lucky that the place was not busy, otherwise, it would have been very difficult for the kids to play and have a good time.
The outdoor hot tub was a nice feature close to the building. Our room was not clean (burnt out lightbulb, light fixture full of dust, tile floor not clean and mirrors full of toothpaste or other spots), beds were old and saggy in the middle, cabinets door was no longer square and room boasted a patio but had a shared deck with other rooms. Website stated that waterpark opened at 8:30 am. We planned our day around that since we were there for a sports tournament. The water park did not open at 8:30 and we didn't get to use the water park at all as we planned for advertised hours. Overall facilities seem dated and in need of repairs. The room rate was higher than I've paid for this resort in the past and not a good value.
The location was perfect-close to the main strip without having to be right on it. It was a little tired looking but for the price since we weren't spending much time there anyway it was good. The hotel does look a little run down. The inside pool the one night we tried to use it was crowded (as outdoor pools and indoor watermark close at I think 9) and was very dirty, couldn't even see the bottom...
Indoor water activities were nice for our young children(ages 4, 3, and 1). Price was reasonable and staff was friendly. Also, the location was nice being away from the strip. Hotel is outdated and needs numerous renovations. Many of the outdoor water areas for young children were not open as they were being renovated. Beds were uncomfortable.
Location off highway is convenient, and staff was friendly. We stayed for the low room rate, but quickly found out why when we arrived. This is not a 3 star Dells resort; more of a 1 or 2 star budget/value hotel. The resort is old and outdated with subpar facilities and amenities. Our room was dirty/grimy (e.g., popcorn pieces still on the floor from a previous guest), and was not stocked with bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. This is not a 3 star Dells resort.
Really good price from Kayak, which made our first time at the Dells rather enjoyable. Basic amenities compensated for, which is perfect when exploring the Dells. The most important spots of the indoor pool area were usable, which is perfect for bad weather. The resort was going through some renovations at the time, which robbed us the sports bar, half of the arcade, and a third of the park under repairs. No continental breakfast, and management was a little disorganized while we were there.
One of the queen beds was severly dipped in the center making it horrible to sleep in. There also appeared to be mik
Location was great and the staff was very nice. The rooms were older and the bathroom wasn't so clean. The beds were uncomfortable but we only stayed for one night so it was fine.
The resort had this great northwoods feel that I was looking for and the bonfires were great. I wandered out after the kids went to bed and enjoyed the stars and the fire for an hour or so. It made for a really nice fall weekend.
This place is very family oriented, especially for younger children. My children are older and they liked how quaint and friendly it is. For us, it was a plus that it is out of town a little ways, yet close enough that you could walk to town on the River Path.
All the activities for the kids, multiple water parks, trails, s'mores, The customer service was outstanding too, not used to that during summer season at the dells. It was very clean for the dells too and it was quiet. nothing at all. It didn't have a hot tub though
The Meadowbrook is everything you could want out of a cabin, except in a hotel. We stayed in a bunkhouse room, which had a mini "cabin" with two twin beds behind the log walls with windows... Very cool for little kids. Nice amenities; 24-hr fire pit, decent kitchen set up with dishes and the few things you might need in a mini kitchen including a small two burner hot plate unit. Decent beds and a nice deck. The playground and water park are fun for kids 6 and under. Clean facilities and friendly staff. We will definitely come back to stay Little in the way of vending machines available, no room services, front desk clears out and closes at 11.
Cabin was cozy The bed is one of the worst I have ever slept on
Great Wolf Lodge was a great family friendly hotel. My two year old daughter loved it!! Nothing really, maybe no sink in the bathroom but I'm being really picky.
family loved the water park and the room was very comfortable. All the employees we came in contact with were awesome. Walking down a hall they would say hi and ask if there was anything they could help us with. We will return for another vacation.
It was a great experience. I really liked how all the water parks were connected together. As great as it was, I feel it was a bit over priced.
Loved all the different water activities for my 2 yr old. Thanks.
There are a handful of different pool areas relatively close together which made it easy to keep the kids busy. They have kids activites throughout the day. Its within walking distance to restraunts and shopping! My main complaint was the room service. We had to ask for more pillows 3 times. There were also a crowd of adults hanging outside the rooms and deemed it appropriate to congest the hallway for hours and talk loudly until about midnight. Some furniture in the room was obviously broken. The lazy river is like 2 ft long.
Kids had fun at waterpark and Arcade. Not super crowded for a holiday weekend. Hotel is showing some wear. Had to wait twice at front desk despite no line. Also same in Arcade. It was like the staff didn't want to step up and help.
The rooms were clean, spacious and updated. The waterpark was amazing and had several areas for my 3 and 2 year olds to have a great time. Higher priced but well worth it for our family! I couldn't believe they didn't have affordable breakfast options, a buffet would have to be worth the effort...

The price was good for the area. It's very clean and the beds were comfy. There is no railing leading up the stairs to the office. Although there supposedly was WiFi, it was so weak that I couldn't reliably get access to my email or to any other connections. Too much air freshener.
Cheap Large Room (2 double beds, with room for a full size air mattress) Fridge and Microwave 20 miles from Wisconsin Dells Nothing
location phone didn't work, poor lighting, furniture damaged or broken, parking lot full of potholes.
it was convieniant to where we wanted to be , and was a great value very little water pressure in shower, not much lighting in room. perhaps that was a good thing. the Pool hasnt been usable for a long time
Near all the highways I needed. Too many bugs inside the room.
Nothing There were bugs all over the room. We came back at night turned the lights on and there were bugs crawling up the walls and in the drawers on our clothes. We grabbed our things and left. We couldn't even stay there it was so bad.
Motel was close to my weekend activities and they didn't expect payment until I arrived. Used the old fashion key for door entry instead of credit cart type so it didn't get easily misplaced.
It was cheap The bed sheet had yellow stains. They wifi did not work no matter where you were on the property.
the price was right---large room shower seemed sooo small
I loved it with clean room, hot water, and cheap! I had the best sleep ever and staff was kind too! Wifi didn't work!
It was just a great little place to get some much needed sleep. It was quiet, clean and got me what I needed for the night. thank you! If I had to complain about anything...probably the decorating. lol.
This is a quiet and beautiful property in the middle of the hustle and the bustle of the Wisconsin Dells vacation metroplex. 1] Black mold growing inside of the toilet tank made our bathroom smell funky! 2] Noise from the loud television in the next room woke us up several times during the night. We had asked for a quiet room at check in.
Room was clean, facilities were nice, and staff was friendly. Room was significantly overpriced (low value). Reservations booked online via other (non-Hilton) siites are given the least desirable room locations. Fire alarms went off twice at 2:00 a.m., received several prank calls throughout stay, and someone with a card key attempted to open our door at 6:00 a.m.
They had friendly staff I was charged an extra 60 dollars at the end of my stay and I wasn't aware until I checked my bank statement. Not cool . I don't even know why I was charged.
When I checked in the woman was there for her last day at work there. She was extremely nice and you wouldn't know it was her last day. Place was a bit dated but I was told they are renovating and updating the hotel. It was worn but my room was comfortable and clean. I would revisit absolutely.
Lovely hotel, great staff, comfortable clean rooms. I was very pleased! Thank you! Nothing
The upgrades to the lobby Old outdated rooms
The staff was friendly, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the room was very clean and nice looking. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort of our stay.
Clean and Quiet (off season) Plenty to do close by and at the hotel Nothing-great stay!
The breakfast was great. My son loved the pancake maker. The beds were very comfortable. To much chlorine in the pool
Suite was roomy and very clean. Hot tub for adults while children play on waterslides was nice. Pizza places close by for late night snacks. Will stay there in the future.
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, got a good night's sleep. We will stay there again. Bathroom was a little too small
Get a room with hot tub. Great after long day.
The room was nice, but the sliding door to the balcony was off the rail so it didn't work, if it was nice enough to sit out on this would have been a problem. Pool and slides were perfect for my 6 year old. I did get great service from the person running the Neptune Bar & Grill, but had to wait quite some time for it as it seemed she was the only one there. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, only things available were cereal, toast, hard boiled eggs and sliced oranges. Also the staff didn't seem to be prepared for the breakfast crowd as we had to stand around waiting for someone who was refilling the machine. All in all it wasn't a bad experience and worth what we spent, but this place does definitely need some updating. Had we spent a little more money to stay in the updated theme rooms my review might be different, but this was good.
Location, front desk employees, room size, old but working a/c Very dated, pools look dirty and damaged,
There was peace and quiet as the resort is secluded and units are far apart. Te grounds are well maintained. Yes, there are a few strong house keeping rules that I became over-anxious about keeping tabs of kitchen utensils and bathroom supplies. Please ligten up. I'm sure your guests are decent people who'd never take anything not belonging to them.
Great rooms, spacious, comfortable. There was a leak from the ceiling during a rain storm. We called and they said it always happens and not to worry about it. Hmm....
The cabin was very clean and the staff was nice. I liked the 3 seasons room and the fact that we had 2 bathrooms was nice since we had a group that needed to quickly come back after golf, shower, and then go eat. A 4:00 PM check in seems very late for the rate we paid. I think 2:00 would be reasonable. The room I booked said it could hold 8 people and had 3 bedrooms but there were only 2 bedrooms and only 2 beds total so some guys had to sleep on the floor.
Air condoning...cool and quiet Getting older and breakfast did not look appealing
Hot tub was the correct temperature. Front desk was very helpful.
The bar and restaurant staff and food was very good Had a minor altercation with one of the desk employees... But when the owner of the hotel found out about it he took the initiative to call me and apologize himself... Which settled the matter and I was greatly appreciative of his attention
This is a wonderful town that offers a couple of outstanding restaurants. This hotel was a great price for location and very nice staff. I would definitely book this again.
We were immediately upgraded to a whirlpool room at no extra cost. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, they even recommended things for us to do in town. The breakfast was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay, we even stayed an extra night!
A great place for skiing! Perfect location for both Devil's Head and Cascade and they sold ski tickets there (at lower price). The room was clean and tidy, the wifi signal was great also. Overall very nice experience there.
Hotel was great. No
Clean, comfortable, well located, friendly and helpful desk attendant. Hotel Employee gave us a nice greeting and great directions to nearby State Parks!
Very friendly and accommodating

The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance, as well as the hotel restaurant.
Appreciated the staff's friendliness and willingness to assist with transportation. Surprised the restaurant/ lounge wasn't open on the week end. TV in the room was on the 'small' size.... Hmmm
Friendly helpful, professional staff made us feel welcome. Could use a better breakfast setting. Appears as a last minute set-up. But breakfast staff was courteous and food selection was adequate.
Comfortable beds and cleanliness
Rooms are clean. Office was very professional. Pool and hot tub were very good for the price. For a family trip it was very economical, and close enough to Madison to work for us. Free breakfast is a bit repetitive, they have scrambled eggs sausage and waffles every morning. Only oranges for fruit, no apples or bananas. Choice of just 2 cereals. Change machine in the arcade room wouldn't work, my kids tried multiple bills in vain.
great place quality staff quiet hotel roomin a place where quiet isnt the norm. Frank
Nothing Tiny bathroom, no do not disturb tag
