I did not like that i was not told the complete cost for the room per day. Kayak tells you one cost but then after you get there your informed there is additional costs. It ended up costing a additioal 69.00 for two days stay on top of what i paid kayak.....to me thats like switch and bait
Fun for the whole family !
I liked the location, room view , decor, midway, Circus acts, playing fun games with my kids .
Some of the staff , weren’t too friendly.
WATCH OUT FOR RESORT FEE
I made reservations on kayak via Last Minute Travel and it didn't tell me I would have additional resort fees and tourism surcharges until after I had made payment. Then of course it was too late to cancel my reservation cause I had already paid. This made the hotel almost double the original price. This is not fair and I blame Kayak, Circus Circus Reno and Last Minute Travel.
What I liked um not sure actually, we where missing few thing in room called housekeeping and they brought it up pretty quick and they were nice. El Jefe restaurant was pretty good.
Room needs to be updated badly, there’s no cart to roll your belongings to the 28th floor. I wish they had more things to do in the hotel like bowling and also better food selection. We actually left during the day and went to other hotels for their food and entertainment/activities.
Bed was too hard
Location is great
Bed hurt my back
Air conditioner was load
We got a really reasonable price for a three night stay and usually when we get a bargain, we get a view of a rooftop or a parking lot. We were placed on the 15th floor with a nice view of the hills. Room is spacious, wifi signal strong. Only complaint is that wifi was cut off before 8 am on our checkout day. Prices in restaurants and cafes were also a surprise as they weren't jacked up because we were in a casino.
Wifi cut off early, before checkout time. Wifi only goof for two devices. We had phones and iPads so had to juggle.
First and last.
The cost was almost $200 for one night for a room to sleep in, nothing more nothing less. The reason for booking was for the midway when we got there we realized the midway for the kids was open to the public we should have booked a room with perks (a pool, free continental breakfast something!) and just gone over to the midway for a couple hours. Not at all financially family friendly. When I asked to cancel the room we were disappointed the woman at the registration could care less. Wont do that again.
Overall a good value
The price and the staff are wonderful. Great for kids!
I've been staying here for years, but I'm starting to notice the wear and tear on the rooms. Bathrooms weren't as clean and fresh as they use to be.
Staff was very helpful and friendly
Decent for the price
Great value for the money
Upon check in they tried to charge a resort fee that wasn't mentioned anywhere in my reservation. I was able to get them to waive it but they seemed perturbed. Also the cleanliness of the room was pretty bad. At a glance it looked great, but a closer look revealed stains on the sheets as well as sand or something crumb-like. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning as well.
They lady who check us in, felt like she was very cold and not plasent at all. She did not smile or say thank you , nothing to make u feel welcome .
