Located in Reno, the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino features two luxury towers inspired by the style of Tuscany. The Tuscany Tower offers views of the city and surrounding sierras with 600 suites. Selected as the Best Reno Hotel Rooms, the Peppermill Tower rooms offer luxury, comfort, and style at affordable rates. The hotel features comforts that set it apart from other Reno resorts. From the 390 sq. ft. spa suite to its 5,000 sq. ft. suites, it offers 1621 guest rooms, including 600 lavish suites, and has north and west wings outside of its main building.

The Peppermill team travels worldwide to create video to enhance a guest’s experience. The Windows of the World is high-definition video of local scenery, exotic lands, wildlife, and nature displayed throughout the resort on video screens, and as art in hallways and rooms.

The hotel boasts 10 award-winning restaurants, including fine dining at Bimini Steakhouse, the Italian cuisine of Romanza, and the Asian Chi. Casual classic food is served at Biscotti’s, fresh seafood at Oceano, and a large variety of entrées at Island Buffet.

Guests can enjoy 15 bars and lounges, two geothermally heated resort pools, and live entertainment or dancing in Edge, its popular nightclub. The Spa Toscana features a 33,000 square foot massage area, therapeutic body wraps, polishes, and scrubs, complete with a salon. Guests can exercise at its fitness center with aerobics, weights, and machines.

If Kayak would inform you of hidden fees. I thought resort fees included in my $303.00 FROM KAYAK. I TRIED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, I GET SOMEONE I CAN'T UNDERSTAND. UNFRICKENBELEIVABLE.

Mattresses were too soft and uncomfortable. Curb near the EV charging stations were unusually elevated and not painted to highlight this feature so I ended up scraping my front bumper on the curb. 😡

Pros (+) Very nice registration people. Room was generally clean.. not perfect but definitely acceptable.
Cons (-) The room was not cleaned the first day. It could be a a Covid thing that they don't clean the room every day. There was a hair in the shower so the tub area was not cleaned as well as it could be but that a minor thing.

Pros (+) The Peppermill & staff did a great job with cleaning and sanitization during the covid-19 pandemic. The new dinning changes, sanitization, and plexiglass between the slot machine were great. I knew I would be safe.
Cons (-) My non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes & the mini refrigerator didn’t work. It wasn’t a game changer, however if I was staying more than 2 days, I would have asked for a different room.

Pros (+) Excellent bed/room
Cons (-) Practically non-existent amenities for which I was charged a 'resort fee' (on top of base cost that would have gotten a regular room at a different hotel. Yes it was mostly 'covid shutdowns', I get that, however I should not have been charged.

Pros (+) The location was convenient for our purpose — volleyball tournament at Reno–Sparks Convention Center.
Cons (-) We were booked into the North Wing which feels separated from the main hotel and there are stairs in the hallway which requires some rooms to drag their suitcases up and down these stairs. Fortunately we were located on the 3rd floor which is the same level as the skywalk.
