Cons. The toilet seat was only held on by one bolt, even after I mentioned it to the hotel...did not get fixed. There were M&Ms on the floor. A Kool aid stain on the bed. Someone's dirty sock next to bed. A child's play purse under the bed.

I explained to him the situation about the oven, he was suprised, then escorted me to a back room in the lobby were he had at LEAST 15 brand new microwaves still in the boxes, along w/ new refrigerators
