Small pool. Run down rooms
Breakfast was provided. Shuttle was arranged.
Pool was VERY small. Hot tub was barely above personal hot tub size. Eggs tasted fake. Orange juice was overly watered down. Room had run down sections like water damaged walls that were peeling. Coffee was nasty. Waffles were good. Sausages were actually European weiners for brekafast. Beds were not overly comfortable. Double beds in size.

Pet friendly, comfortable, and clean. Close to malls, many restaurants, Skytrain, and there is a free shuttle to the airport that is operated by the hotel. Fitness facilities well maintained. A lot of variety for breakfast. The front desk was also kind enough to track down a corkscrew for me. Great overall experience.

Not too much. The best thing about the hotels are reviews of the hotel. I was expecting some very clean modern hotel but no it was old and not very clean
I booked the hotel for at least getting a shuttle ride to the airport. While yes they do have a shuttle, it only runs after 6 am which doesnt work for getting a ride to a 6 am flight. I also was booking it in Canada and believed that I was booking in Canadian Dollars but it was actually USD. It was super overpriced, I had old lipstick in my bathroom from the person before and overall was not satisfied at all.
Not worth the money
The hotel was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. Check in was fast and they even had a razor so I could shave before my flight the next day.
The room was dingy with lots of marks on the walls. The TV remote barely worked. The shower curtain rod was held up by two deadly looking pieces of bare metal that were barely affixed to the wall. For nearly the same price, I got another hotel near the airport on my return that was 10 times the hotel- clean with no ghetto repairs anywhere, was clean and well maintained which La Quinta was definitely not, had a view over water, and a free shuttle to/from the airport as well.
