I cannot complain about the hotel… it is my 5th time to stay there and all is perfect but my only problem is that I don’t feel recognized or rewarded enough as being a Golden member… I believe other programs highly reward their elite members and give more benefits than Bonvoy program… this is my only concern

5th time staying at this excellent hotel, very clean, staff always go over and above what is required. There isn’t a lot in the direct vicinity of the hotel, but it offers a free shuttle around town. Only ever stayed for up to 3nights at a time.

Lovely hotel. Staff and service is excellent. Only limitation is the rooms have limited "phone charging stations". This is scheduled to be upgraded within 2022.

Cons (-) The hotel is very old building with no sound proof. We could hear the car from 40 leave and we can not play music in the TV even with 30% value. Resepchen keep calling and visit us to close the TV. It’s the worst hotel ever I experience in my life.

Cons (-) Nothing but would have enjoyed more if the Mattresses were of Rubber as we are not used to Spring Mattress
