Pros (+) Stayed over to avoid Hamptons July 4th traffic. Right near the entrance to the LIE and the Tanger Outlet which is great. Grounds and property were immaculate. Pool restaurant bar looked pretty but we didn't partake.
Cons (-) The only issue was that the room size was not commensurate with the $200/nt price tag. It was almost comical
