When I booked my room I mentioned that I was coming for my honeymoon and they didnt decorate the room till I came. They requested that I vacat the room for an hour so they can decorate it. Their romantic decoration wasn't very good.
it's one of the famous hotels in Riyadh, with good shopping mall, and the restaurant is great (entercote) the staff, not helping at all. the receptionist keep asking for silly things till the manager came and helped. although the safety box in this 5 stars hotel wasn't working. and took more an hour to find out who is going to fix it. and then it took another 30 mins to fix it. and after that the technician said i can't fix this part i need the duty manager to attend :s .... really disappointed.
High life standard and quiet sleeping . Room services and cleaning shouldn’t done during the guest sleeping .
The service Internet connection is expensive.
location the way they deal with custmers when check in , its baaaaaaaaaaaaad u have to pay first full amount then u get ur key , is it 5 or7 star ??????????
It was an excellent hospitality from day one to last day, very cooperate managment , flexible and doing there best to serve the customer in the fancy way . I realy highly recommend this luxury hotel to every body
good service, fast check in, fast check out.
I liked the atmosphere also the luxury . -I could hear the other room flush the toilet.walls are paper thing .- It took 20 min to get my car.-too expensive for poor service.
large rooms, clean and good service
The room in the hotel is an excellent room with a lot of accessories and automated which make your staying comfortable and relax. the hotel is located in a very busy area which case you stress to reach to the hotel from the traffic.
Rooms are wide.
Response time of FO staff and Engineering was good. Overall friendly atmosphere. Rather good location, well connected to the main highways. Hotel is by no means 5*. A/C in room not adjustable, was noisy as a midsized aircraft on take off. Restaurant poor. Slow service in the lobby.Poor fitness facilites. Interior design is not edgy at all, as stated in the website. Not worth the money.
nothing special room furniture very old need to change, specialy for the rate
I thing the hotel it has low decoration, poor luxury,
The hotel is in the centre of riyadh near to mools for shopping or family enjoyment. Also, it is quite even there is construction nearby the hotel Yes, there is no swimming pool or even fitness facility & also I shouck from the eleveator. Hence I complain to them whereas no action
The size of the hotel room (executive). Room was clean and was kept clean. the shower plumbing didn't work properly, even after trying to repair it, so shower floor was completely wet after each shower. Everywhere around the hotel construction was going on, so very noisy. And I had to pay 15% more (service charge) than expected/confirmed. I/we discussed with the general manager, but 15% had to be paid, is the norm.
the room was so clean and the serves was fast
The new facilities and good welcoming of the personnel.
breakfast was good they had no enough cards for the rooms, the staff are not proffessional, need more intensive training. we had to pay extra because they said the booking were for one person although booking.com email confirmation stated clearly the booking was for 2. No swiming pool. It is mentioned 5 stars but it is not more than 3 to 4 stars maximum.
i liked the reception attitute. they were helpful and nice. the cleaning at the hotel is not as much the hotel services provided. i complain to the duty manager about this issue and he told me they need more training.
Friendly & efficient staff, wonderful atmosphere, good location. The breakfast was very good; unfortunately we never tried the other restaurants... The possibility that it might be demolished soon to make way for a highrise building...the scale of the existing building fits the surrounding environment perfectly, another tall building will detract from all!
The hotel is centrally located in Riyadh. It's close to Olaya which is the business district. It's very clean and decent, however they need to upgrade the hotel since it's the only hotel that still uses metal key for the rooms.
location, service and price painted wall and smoking people at the lobby
it is verey goog verey clean but there is no windows view becouse there is grill you can not see throuw it
the location was the best thing in this hotel there is no offer fot breakfast with the room charge
It is nice and quite hotel , very good location > when I booking the price per night was 495 SAR when Iwant to cheek out they toled me price is 569 SAR that was the only theproplem >
the rooms are very small & old
Service was good.
Location: In a very advanced area with ones of the best shopping places, restaurants and food courts. Although the rooms and bathrooms very normal and not luxurious, however, they are well organised and clean. The lobby is spacious for meetings and always busy. The garden restaurant is also spacious, well located and good. The safety Barrier at the entrance to the hotel. It needs to be re-designed and made simpler. We first thought that the entrance is closed and had to make few turns all around to understand that the bulky barrier is movable.
Location, Friendly staffs, Quitness Room not Isolated well. This issue aplies to many hotels
big room construction drilling starting 6am woke me everyday. People smoking even in elevators. lacking food variety
Modernity, close to business area
everything is a 5 star, location is excellent in the city center bed mattress was so soft that hurt my back
the food, the beds, the room cleaness and interior, the breakfast buffet and location. yes. I booked a rate of SR 695 + 15 % service charge through booking.com but the reception charged me the normal rate as if i booked through the phone (the price i payed was SR 750 + 15%). I called them to put back the difference amount into my credit card but they did not cooperate.
I love the Buffet, although way too expensive (170 SR !!!!!). Room is comfortable, and service really good. Issues, if they arise, are dealt with immediately.
It's an average business hotel. The gym is small and the buffet is expensive but otherwise it is OK.
Hotel was Ok, room average but expensive for what it was. The room allocated was an executive suite which was fine but expensive for what it was, I was booked in for 2 nights but checked out after one night as a construction site next to the hotel started work at 0500 with extremley loud jack hammers which continued all day making it impossible to work , sleep or even watch television it was extreemley loud and unacceptable. The hotel could not move me I therefore moved to a different quiet hotel. The construction has only just started and is likley to affect the hotel for some considerable time.
Convineient location near to key areas in Riyadh. the pancakes are not tasty, and all the other things made by the cheif too. You should bring a better cheif to cook instant better food including the pankaces
