Cons: Room service and house keeping are not answering any calls after 11:00 pm..even I dial zero..but no one is answering.. The towels were dirty and not clean and had stains The pool is cold and needs a heater I would suggest to add a microwave and cutlries and silver ware ...

Cons: Tried to call room service, reception and information center from 9 to 10.30 without any response. After they finally answered, it took them another hour to deliver my order to the room!
