Pros: Location and the staff!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We knew we had made a good choice when we rang the guest house ahead of our visit and were greeted by a friendly, helpful voice at the other end. The accommodation is deep in the countryside but did not prove a challenge for our satnav. It's in a heavily wooded valley; our hosts helpfully told us where to find a good evening meal reasonably near by and in directed us to an interesting 15 minute walk the next morning when we left. The accommodation itself is warm, spacious and homely, I shall long remember the collection of Bristol (cobalt) blue glassware, as well as interesting conversations over an excellent breakfast cooked by the host to order.
Cons: From my point of view there was nothing not to like. One of my travelling companions did find the stairs up to the bedroom a bit steep but I should say that the host made every effort to assist by carrying up luggage etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is beautiful and breakfast is amazing. The absolutely best part is Mike, he is a superb host. His wife is great as well and the dog is so cute.
Cons: Nothing. Just be aware that there is a shared bathroom and that the mattress has a pillow top.

Pros: The owners are delightful. Enjoyed a number of hours of good conversation and they were ready to help with every need. The location is private and quiet and the bed was fantastic. The B&B is comfortably appointed in Vermont Country style. The dining room is spectacular with a 180 degree view of beautiful Vermont scenery. Breakfast was hearty, well prepared, and different each day (3 days for me). The destination is good for skiing and I'm sure is delightful during the other seasons. You will enjoy.

Pros: It was great. The beds are incredibly comfortable. I forgot to check what type of mattress they were. The rooms were also very quiet and peaceful. I recommend it for a nice convenient place.
Cons: The tap water is absolutely disgusting, which is strange as it is from a well. This absolutley wouldn't stop me from going there again, it's just a warning. I'm not sure what rock type they drilled through, but its horrendous. I definitely recommend bringing bottles of water. I wish they used bottled water for the coffee.
10.0 Excellent

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice rooms and food.
Cons: One night at the restaurant we had horrible service. Even with less than half the tables full it took a half hour to get seated and order. We asked 3 times for water and then recieved it as we were finishing the meal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The serenity of the mountains in the summer. Less crowded with fun activities at the mountain. Great value in the summer at a beautiful resort.
Cons: More chairs around the pool. I counted actually. There were only 20 lounge chairs and the hotel was at capacity for the 4th of July weekend.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The pool was excellent and the breakfast was delicious
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great! Location was good-
Cons: We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with another couple and one room was on the main floor and one was down a full flight of stairs(22) and we couldn’t carry our own luggage. I am handicapped right now with a cane, the other lady has a heart condition and both men are in their mid to late 70’s. While it was disappointing, the bell staff did offer to help. There was absolutely zero view of the beautiful mountain.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the location. First time in Killington in the summer. There were a lot of activities for families, kids and solo travelers. Love the pool.
Cons: I like to hike. There were several trails to chose from. I did not like that the trail signs often were damaged or missing. Also the trail I had planned to hike was closed for construction. That information should have been posted somewhere be fore I hiked to the trail head.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Easy check-in, friendly staff, outstanding location, and relaxing environment.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have been staying at the Killington Grand Resort for the past 3 years because of the staff and surroundings. From the minute we're pull up the bell hops are extremely friendly they will engage I. Conversation regarding your stay and about the mountain and resturants. This trip my daughter was doing a project for a college class, Vegan for a week. The breakfast buffet offered Vegan selections and the server provided her with gluten/dairy free bread. I cant say enough about the friendliness of all Killington merchants we have encountered. We will keep coming back.
Cons: That we had to leave.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is like going to Great Wolf Lodge but for Adults. Everything is here and you do not have to leave to get anything.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was awesome, very tasty. I ordered an omelet and it was perfect. The bacon and sausage were excellent as well. Overall everything was very good. They didn't serve the breakfast in Preston's Restaurant like usual, but the setup in the meeting room was just fine.
Cons: Both my husband and I didn't care for the one of the pastries (very dry). My husband had the home fries and said they could've been crisped up a little more, some were under-cooked. We wish the pricing of the rooms were more reasonable. It's a lot of money for less than 24 hrs.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were great Breakfast also Price a bit high for this time if year Room comfortable
Cons: Couldn't be avoided But mobs of skiers ( yes I know it's a ski resort) but we were here for organizational retreat Sat nite. Loud parties

Pros: Victoria was amazingly helpful and just a joy to our family! The owners made us feel like family literally inviting our daughters to their daughter's birthday party. The rooms and bathrooms down the the hall were very clean. The staff was simply stellar. This is an older Lodge but, quite frankly, that was charming too! A little brook ran outside our room all night long. Just a wonderful find amidst two bookends of car trouble. They could not have been more helpful or kind. We will always remember their kindness and the clean rooms snuggled into a green mountain. Hope we can return in the fall when the leaves would just be beautiful!

Pros: Relaxing homey feel. Felt like a lodge, not a hotel. The con area with large stone fireplace was particularly appealing, and would be awesome in the winter.

Pros: Loved the innkeepers. The breakfast was great. There are a lot of lovely places to hang out in the inn, including hanging our feet in the pool on a hot evening.
Cons: The town is in the process of upgrading it’s streets and sidewalks so walking around was a little rough. But the inn is just the kind my family likes.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I loved the quiet, tranquil atmosphere. If you want to get away from the business of life and get away from the tv this us the place to be. The breakfast was great and the owner and staff helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

7.0 Good
Pros: Nice location, clean and good service
Cons: Because of the season the spa is in reparation
5.8 Okay
Pros: The locstion
Cons: No A/C and it didnt specify. Had to ask for a fa. And they gave us a little tiny fan. We had to go buy one. It was 95 degrees out and much hotter in the room.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was a good location.
Cons: Had no pool to cool off, and no air conditioning, just too hot, so uncomfortable to sleep. We were provided 2 mini fans which didn’t really do much in the large rooms we were in, so had to to to the office to ask for a large box fan, which helped in one room to sleep.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Reasonably comfortable, friendly and clean.
Cons: The section we stayed in had no elevator. Does the newer wing?
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Only a few miles from Restaurants and the Killington Base. The Inn has Quiet Time beginning at 10:00pm which is hugely important because Killington has a reputation of being a Party Town. Room was large and clean. Continental Breakfast beginning at 7:00am made it easy to get to the mountain early.
Cons: I requested a room on the second floor when I booked which they were not able to provide me when I checked in. The baseboard heater in the room did not appear to be working, when I advised the front desk they gave me a portable space heater for the room.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Continental breakfast was served during my stay and met expectations. Staff was very friendly and informative of what was available in the area for dining and recreation. I would return!
Cons: No complaints!
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was quiet.
Cons: I normally stay in name brand hotels. Marriott /Crown Plaza etc. This place was pricey for a hotel that didn't have heat or air conditioning and it was old.
8.3 Excellent

Cons: Water temperature in the jacuzzi was kept too high/too hot!!
6.8 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, good location, but overpriced for what they offer.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: We love that a full sit down breakfast is included in the price. The staff is so friendly. Quaint place, perfect rooms. No tv in room but ok for us, there is one in common room that has also sorts of games. Pub there is great with bands on Fridays and Saturdays. Just a nice place for a getaway weekend.
Cons: It is an older building, you can hear your neighbors above walking and people walking in the halls. But not rudely, you can just hear them.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location is great and the Inn is inviting with a great authentic Irish Pub and very comfortable dinning room. Rooms are clean and neat but need updating.
Cons: Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sit on and the toilet was way too low to the floor for a tall person. 17 " toilets are what is needed in most inns, and there was no hair dryer in the suite which was surprising. One small bar of soap for two people is not enough. It's supposed to be a suite but one small soap is not adequate for two. Room was clean, but needs updating.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Ogie, was great! He was helpful, kind and interesting. Wish I talked to him more. He was a wealth of knowledge about the history of the Inn, which had some pretty cool stories. Owen was an amazing bartender! He was on it! His Guinness was a work of art. He took the time to get to get to know everyone. The Irish Pub was a true Irish Pub. The musicians were great, had a long repertoire, they were funny and engaging. They played for hours. It was a great time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Family run traditional ski inn, not modern amenedies but traditional wood vermont country feel just felt like visiting famiky. Irish Bar area and music
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the game room!
4.5 Okay
Cons: The manager Okey was very rude in had no problem reprimanding anybody if they were. Also went with friends and they paid exactly the same price but they had a free meals. And because I booked through booking.com they refused to do a meal for me but we paid the exact same price per night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, from the room to the pub, always a great time here!
Cons: Nothing
6.8 Good
Pros: The Inn was rustic and appropriate for a ski vacation. The restaurants were excellent. I ordered duck and it was the best duck I've eaten. Breakfast was excellent and the menu was good.
Cons: No television is a standard room. The bed broke during my stay. Poor/unusable wifi. No phone in the room, no temperature control in the room
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location, great breakfast.
Cons: We booked in the afternoon, we arrived a few hours later. The receptionist explained that the heating didnt work. We received a heater but it was too small for the room and after dinner there was no power anymore so it was freezing cold in the room. It would have been nice if there would have a been a small compensation or gesture. If we had known in the afternoon that the heating didnt work, we would have booked somewhere else.
4.3 Okay
Cons: No heat

Pros: Great basic hotel with nice tavern behind it. Liked the coupons for free breakfast at the Swiss Inn B&B.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Tavern food on property was excellent, family friendly very nice place.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is a great little motel with a really fun and friendly tavern behind. The room was large and clean, with nice decor and everything we needed, super quiet too. Being able to walk around back and get drinks and good food at the tavern after a day of travelling was perfect - and Buffy was a welcoming and brilliant host!
6.8 Good
Pros: Room was clean and simple, king bed was comfy, pillows too thick (bring your own if you are picky). Our ground level room had been recently renovated. Didn't try Tavern - great General Store down the road for latte's and breakfast. This is a motel in a rural area in Vermont, so is fine for the venue (visiting relatives). Perhaps a B&B next time.
Cons: Pillows too thick. Road noise (they provided earplugs!) - Rt 100 is a "busy" road for the area, but we were tired and slept well. Keurig/powdered creamer in office for coffee (great General Store down the road for latte's and breakfast). Not a fan of Motels in general. Our room was next to the laundry room. You're in Vermont, try a B&B!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Liked the tavern food.
Cons: No one at check-in office.
6.3 Good
Pros: the staff was really friendly and helpful. definitely the best part of the Inn. Also it was great being able to have our pet on property. That was really great.
Cons: beds were to soft, no towel racks in the bathroom, noisy pipes all night long.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nicely updated rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly owner.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Food was great. Room was neat and clean.
Cons: Bed was hard as a rock. Not real comfortable. Music too loud. Should be a door between the pub and dining room to muffle it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were comfortable, restaurant food was good. Staff was really kind, especially the housekeeper. Location was great. Breakfast was wonderful.
Cons: Need to tell you what to do for breakfast when Swiss Farm is closed. No hairdryer in room- but we did not ask for one either....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had plenty of heat. The staff and owners were unbelievable. Everyone was so nice. We loved the tavern with its rustic feel and the food was excellent. I ran into trouble with my snow-trailer and the owners were unbelievably accumadating in helping me out of bad situation. I would recommend the Clear River Inn to everyone I know.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Delicious breakfast, comfy bed. Quiet and peaceful.
Cons: Everything was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Personal family touch of the inn owners. The rustic beauty of this 230 year old home is amazing as is the surrounding garden and grape vines. Adjacent to the river and a fun 18 hole golf course. The town of Brandon has a 4 star restaurant, the Cafe Provence, which is more characteristic of a town of 50,000 than a town of 3000.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The people were very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and relaxing.
Cons: Would have liked some sort of roll or coffee cake with breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: bed and breakfast with a bonus brewery and winery. Beautiful setting, warm and friendly staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brewery tasting was fabulous! It was like visiting friends in Vermont, even though it was my first visit.
Cons: Dirt driveway can make for dirty shoes, but that is the way it goes in the country.
