Problems with upgrading my room through hotels.com. On the phone for an hour the first time. Never received the updated email. The original email was sent but no upgrade. Called back to get the updated email with room upgrade and it wasn't done. Spend a long time on the phone once again. Notes were not added to account and it did not show upgrade even after credit card info was taken for a second time. Had to finally make payment at the hotel. After checking and comparing fees from hotels.com and the inn it was only a 2.00 difference. For the aggravation, I should have just booked with the inn. Will not book with hotels.com again
Restaurant and staff were amazing. Farm to table and locally sourced. The beds have a ledge I hit my shin on twice. Second time drew blood.
Lovely, lovely place. Very Friendly and accommodating. Excellent 3 night stay!!
The room was not inviting or clean. There was no Wi-Fi or continental breakfast, even though both were advertised. The bed was on a slant and it was not very comfortable. It looked like a place were cops would keep their witnesses.
The price is right- 20-30% below surrounding motels. The room was adequately clean and quiet. I arrived at 11 PM and was gone by 7 AM - why pay more for 8 hrs? I did not find it as bad as most negative reviews - you can't expect the Hilton at these prices. Front desk folks were a bit unprofessional - run by a family not a business.
Location is clise to the college within walking distance. Room was dated. Wallpaper peeling off. The carpet needed replacement. Bathroom window would not close. Fire damaged rear section of motel.
Leaving. Everything. The place was dirty, disheveled and poorly maintained. The best view of the place was in the rearview mirror.
