Room was clean with useful appointments. Long/broken checkin process. Two calls from staff after we'd gone to sleep. Billed twice for the room. Slippery/dangerous shower.

Pros (+) The bed was pretty comfortable, and the room was clean, but had a weird smell. Neighbors weren't loud.
Cons (-) The lobby smelled like your chain smoking grandma's house, the attendants at the desk were pretty rude, and the free breakfast looked and tasted like it was prepared two days ago.
