The room was a nice size ad the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was nice. They were under a lot of construction internally and this made it difficult to move around the hallways, building etc. I did not know this before I went. I found this to be very annoying. It also meant that not all the amenities were in the room such as a frig, etc. They were sitting in the hallway. This is a temporary situation, but it would have been nice if they reduced the room rate or offered a free breakfast.

The hotel rate was very reasonable considering a great breakfast was included. I would highly recommend this hotel. I can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel..
Easy passenger ferries over to the wharf in Boston.
I tried NBR out on one occasion, liked it, and then booked it again for a week later. I have since then recommended it to friends. The room is better than all the chain hotels for travelers, and there are facilities like the pool, which my wife likes for exercise. Hull is viewed as a bit distant from Boston but NBR is on the right side to make access to Boston very easy, about a 12 minute car ride from the railway station in Hingham. The restaurant was very good and its prices were very fair - entrees under $20. Parking is very tight, and the rooms can be a bit noisy due to the bars on the street next to the hotel. Those are minor things though.
Everyone was so polite and helpful! Our fireplace never worked.

I use Kayak to get apples to apples comparisons on locations. This location ends up charging you money after the fact that changes the upfront value.
The staff were wonderful. Hotel was in a great location and fit all our needs. Wonderful stay.... Pool was too cloudy...Everything else was fantastic..

Lady at the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast because a sliding door in the room didn't work well. I was charged $10 to my cred card after checking out. Not sure why. I was not made aware of what the charge was for at the time of check out or even anytime after. Haven't had time to call and ask why. My only guess is maybe a late check out fee? If so, check out is at 11am and we checked out at 11:03. So if that's the reason for the charge, its a pretty petty one.
We had 6 Rooms for family funeral and stayed 4 days. The staff were very attentive, the rooms are large, modern and clean. The location was perfect for us, there are many dinning options available attached to Hotel, Legal Seafood, Starbucks, 5 Guys Mexican, there's a gym and pool with jacuzzi, that we all took advantage of. they also have a shuttle to mall across the street. I would highly recommend staying here.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the service was friendly, the free breakfast buffet was stellar. Only complaint is that I had a little trouble finding the hotel within the plaza it's located in (the area is packed with restaurants and shops)

The location is good with speedy service to the airport. The hotel restaurant was inexpensive and delicious with an outside deck. That was wonderful! The walls are thinking so you can hear neighbors clearly.
Room was small but comfortable but I was right next to the laundry room so I could hear the machines going through the night. Also a lot of the guests' children were running around and loud throughout the night. Other than that it was an okay stay.

Beyond the expensive Park and Fly part of my experience, the rooms were clean, aesthetically pleasing, quiet. I didn't try the breakfast. Parking was fine, our car wasn't broken into or anything. CJ the shuttle driver is a gem. Overall, however, I absolutely would NOT pay the heightened fee to stay at this hotel, and wish they had been more helpful and clear. I chose to stay here because I was flying out of Logan for a trip for a week. I live in Vermont, so driving down to Boston to catch a 7am flight is a stretch, so I looked into either parking at the airport or a nearby hotel that would allow me to park my car, stay the night before my flight, and leave my car there during my trip. The Best Western Adams Inn appeared as though it was a hotel that would allow me to park my car, stay, and take a shuttle to the airport. The website was a little vague about the "Park and Fly" option- I wasn't able to discern whether I could stay for one night and leave my car for a whole week. I called the hotel and spoke with a male employee at the front desk, who was very abrupt and unhelpful. I asked about the Park and Fly option and if I could just pay for one night and then keep my car there for an entire week, and if it was the price I was seeing online- he said "That's what park and fly means." A little annoyed but feeling assured, I booked it. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that if I wanted my reservation to be Park and Fly, I would have to pay the "Park and Fly" rate- that is, not the $129 that I had booked through Kayak and double-checked with the front desk, but rather $260. Stunned, my boyfriend and I agreed to pay, because we had no other options. It was pretty clear that the "Park and Fly" rate wasn't elucidated on the website for a reason. I would not have paid $260 to stay here. I would have paid the $120 to park at Logan for the week.
Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed, food was tasty (both breakfast & restaurant) In an ideal world we would have had a pool/hot tub and been located a few blocks closer to the train station. Minor negatives really only noticed because everything else was so great.
Terrible cigarret smoke stench all throughout the hallways which seeped into our room. Need to have a better handle on guests it was not inconspicuous at all it was blatant and very intrusive. Room was like a jail cell maybe 10 x10 for $100 per night.

I can't find anything negative about our stay. The bar/restaurant inside the hotel was real nice, it meant we didn't have to go find food elsewhere. Room was well appointed, quiet. Furnishings were relatively new. Water pressure was great. No problems with parking. Staff was friendly and patient. All around good place!
It was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good but the same as most other hotels. Beds were not very comfortable. The shower had weak water pressure and was very difficult to get to a temperature between too hot and too cold.
Desk staff are friendly and attentive. Chris has been on duty on both of our visits, and I appreciate that he remembered us on our second visit. The suite is very roomy and comfortable. The regular room was also nice, and the rooms are very clean. We didn't like being so close to the restaurant and bar in room 108. Next time we need to let the desk staff know.
Waited an hour for airport pickup when told it was 20 min, no courtesy call. I checked 45 min in, and no warning about how much longer it would be or what the delay was. Heater wouldn't turn on, and I had a cold. One bed had a comforter, the other one of those faux wool blankets - had to put then both on one bed to stay warm. Weird square pillows, like a couch throw pillow rather than standard bed pillows. Terrible water pressure, not very warm shower. One of the outlets didn't work, for charging my phone. Loud - very thin walls.
Extremely friendly, very helpful staff. Everyone we encountered Beds were just a bit uncomfortable.. But that's our taste. Pillow top mattress was s little too soft as we're pillows. Again, just our upreferences. We did not have a car, but you would have to pay for parking if you did. Not ideal, but seemed to be the theme around town.
Location was really good. Paid $179 per night and the hotel was clean but they def had the online prepaid rooms booked in the "economy" rooms. The staff was very friendly and super accommodating Walls are paper thin! I heard the couple in an adjoining room slam a door at 4:45am and they fought for HOURS. I could hear them like they were in my room. I was alone with two kids so I didn't want to call down and aggravate the situation more so I went down in the am. Luckily they checked out and the manager offered us dinner or transportation to the city and also advised she'd make sure the next neighbor was quiet. It wasn't their fault AT ALL. They can't control how guests behave or misbehave but she was truly as accommodating and apologetic as she could be. I might consider staying there again if I requested quiet neighbors (which is a super late check in) or if I brought ear plugs. Excluding that incident, the hotel was clean and manager and staff were excellent.

It was only 30 minutes from Boston which was great. And for the price you can'tell beat it. Very clean and everyone there was so nice and helpful.
Staff was excellent. Brunch on Sunday and the buffet was amazing. Pool area is dangerous with tile . It is very wet around the pool with slippery tile. They should have installed rubber mats around the entire pool area.
modern, updated, large, clean and comfortable room We had a corner suite, which would normally be great, except the room next to us had an adjoining door and occupants who were up till after 2:30 am having loud discussions. We called the front desk twice, and security came up to address it twice, and it got better for a bit but never really died down. Nobody at the desk offered to move our room or offer any solution to us despite my telling them at 12:30 and again at 1:15am that we had a 2.5 hour drive ahead of us first thing the next morning. The front desk gal the following morning gave me 500 extra reward points, which is lovely, but I paid $200 for a room that while comfortable barely afforded us any sleep.
The staff were really friendly. The restaurant on site provided a nice atmosphere for either a business dinner or a romantic evening out. The lobby had been remodeled. The rooms were clean. The location was great for any event at Gillette stadium. The rooms need updating. I walked in and my first thought was I should have just stayed at the holiday inn and saved my money.
clean efficient hotel There was a loud wedding party. Couldn't fall asleep till ~ midnight because of yelling and screaming. Hotel staff didn't do anything.

Love the restaurants for both breakfast and lunch so we had no need to go into town for meals. Only issue was that the sign on the neighboring building made us walk into the wrong office at first. If a road sign could just be placed in that parking lot I think it would help a lot of people.

Asked for a cot to be set up while we were out at the Patriots game. Came back to room to find cot leaning against wall. I put it down to find sheets that we left were entirely the wrong size. Called down, at 2am, to get a comforter or blanket, which wasn't left, and they brought a fitted mattress pad for the wrong sized bed, but no comforter. Slept sparingly then found they cared me$20 for the cot. Also the hotel is under renovation so we woke at 7am on a Sunday to the sound of workers in the hallway! Overall nightmare stay.
The Hilton/Dedham was a pleasant surprise for the money. It was very comfortable from the moment I checked-in. The staff were very very professional and helpful. The room was clean and welcoming.

liked the location. peaceful town. I was very dissatisfied. When I arrived to the room was under construction but I was told it was "newly renovated". The room had a wet and moldy odor to it like water was sitting in there. The ceiling vent had no cover and the air condition was not working properly which caused my stay to be very uncomfortable . When I called the desk to address the issue they did not respond. not happy with this stay which is a shame because it is a very nice location.

Our room was nice, clean and spacious. My only complaint was that there was no window that could open for fresh AIR.the ac/unit is set on temperature so it goes on and off. I like my room real cold when I sleep. That's all. I enjoyed my stay.

Location and friendly staff. It was clean and comfortable. The gym has all the basics, the pool and Jacuzzi were clean and never crowded. The have an area to sit and relax. This area has comfortable seating and a tv. It was close to the main town, there is a large mall with restaurants. Short drive to the Blue Hills and only 25 minutes from Boston. I had a very relaxing experience and look forwarded to returning. Pillows were too soft.
Convenient location , and lots of choices for the breakfast . Nothing fancy , but a lot of choices for the breakfast . The gym and pool were a nice addition as well . I would have liked to see more selection of snacks for purchase . At least offer some healthier options .

The hotel was easy to find, check in was quick, and our room was in excellent condition. Coming from the other side of Boston we had to go through some heavily congested areas, but this is not the hotel's issue, though it would affect us choosing it in the future.

the night was a great.excellent customer service we got from luis Castilto he had a warm smile answered all my questions friendly give me some cookies for my children and just the overall beautiful experience because of his customer service if I ever do go back which I will in the future I will go back to because of him. My boyfriend and I checked into this hotel in an attempt to get sleep after a late flight back from a business trip, before heading back into the city for work in the morning. We checked in around 2:30 AM, and there was a line of 2 people ahead of us, waiting for service, at 2:30 AM. It took us about a half hour before we had a room key. We went up to the room, finally, at 3AM, to find that there was NO HEAT on in our room. We turned the heater up as high as it could go, but we were not warm for the first couple hours we were there. We both stood in the hot shower and tried to warm up. This was the most miserable stay I've ever had at a hotel. I can understand if the heat issue is a way to save money, but it shouldn't hurt your customer experience. The minute a customer books a room, turn the damn heat on.
I & my son liked just about everything. The décor was very pleasing in the rooms and the lobby was very boutique-like. The lobby was sophisticated & cosy at the same time. Whoever was the decorator has a great eye. We were surprised to learn, that the hotel is scheduled for a color change to purple and grey. While purple sounds good, pairing it with grey does not. The staff were friendly & accommodating. The outside smoking area was riddled with bird poop & rat droppings. I think it was, also, next to the the trash area.
I liked that it was only about 25 mins from the boston area. We were only staying the one night but it was perfect to finally get a hot shower and some relaxing time in before jumping on the road the next morning. The breakfast was perfect for our needs. Hotel was very clean and quiet. The clerk at the front desk seemed to be bummed to have to work a friday night. He also looked like he just rolled out of bed and no name tag. Just felt a bit unprofessional. Really nothing to complain about.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was the perfect size for our short stay and very clean. The room we got was very quiet. The shuttle service was excellent and they are willing to pick you up at any time after the game! We got picked up from a gas station about a half mile from the stadium and the walk wasn't bad at all. The traffic was horrible so it was definitely a lifesaver! The check in and out was very easy. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the Foxboro/Sharon area!

Extremely clean rooms and facility. Completely as described. Complimentary breakfast is far and away better than any other hotel I've ever been at - better breakfasts exist, but not for free...... Service excellent as well. We've stayed here once before and it's hard to imagine staying somewhere else when coming to the Boston area, unless pragmatically I had to stay in Boston proper.

- ALL the amenities in the room and hotel in general, it's basically a apartment building and the rooms are basically apartments. i truly wish i could live there! it had everything i needed! - it was clean, comfortable, and great for a week+ stay. - the extra little perks they provide - buttered microwave popcorn, sugars/salts/peppers, cooking/eating supplies, multiple chairs, 2 different pillow types, great bed, great workspace/desk, big screen tv, DVD/VCR player, even the freezer had a ice maker! everything was clean and in working condition. - the whole Candlewood Cupboard, the free washers/dryers, etc. besides the wifi, i'm kinda reaching with the rest of these 'complaints' lol, i truly did love my stay here and wish i could live here! - the wifi password having to be changed because it's not done in a smooth procedural way, and hotel guests went X hours without their promised wifi during this weekly change. - 2 of the 5 washers were out of order during my whole week + stay. - the location isn't very good for MBTA users because you have to do a long, partial sidewalks walk to Granite for the bus stop, not fun to do in the summer with luggage so it's best to have a car if you stay here. - the bottom kitchen drawer where the pots/pan are kept was not in working condition when i arrived... - a couple staff were not very hospitable and courteous.. maybe i caught them at a rough time?
The pillows + beds = the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The first two nights we had some issues with a few loud guests staying on the same floor as us. We told the staff the next morning, and they were very attentive to the issue. Thankfully, the guests left soon after.

It was a nice, large room with a large bathroom. The breakfast was lacking. 30 minutes after it opened, many trays were empty and were not refilled during the time we were in the dining room.

The hotel and our room were very clean and fresh feeling. Our room was very roomy and the beds were extremely comfortable. There really wasn't anything we didn't like. We were visiting our daughter at Berklee College of Music in Boston. So, if anything we wished the hotel was a bit closer to her. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay.
