Pros (+) Good location, didn’t hear traffic. Clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) No outlets (except 1 with a strip plugged in for the refrigerator and microwave). Refrigerator and microwave blocking the sink. Fixtures old and cracked. Laundry room door was open and looked dark and dirty.. creepy looking. Walls thin so you could hear neighbors. 1 chair in the room with a cloth bottom, that looked stained and dirty.
