Cons (-) Assigned a room on first floor; asked to move - changed to a room next to elevator - no balcony as expected. I did not ask to move because I figured room 3 would be no better Shower water goes from warm to scalding with no warning

Pros (+) Staff was awesome, helpful and attentive. Close enough to enjoy walks and wharf Staff tried diligently to make amends for noise and interuptions by other guests, but it was too late, damage done
Cons (-) OMG, warming up LOUD work trucks @ 5am.....only to be turned off and restarted 15 minutes later. It's 55 degrees, what needs warming up for so irresponsibly LONG? Stayed on ground floor by request, we have a toddler! Only to have Paul Bunyan checked in upstairs from us, with constant pacing from 8p-11p. Real smart front desk work?! Large window to front of our room had broken glass, ripped molding...

Pros (+) The rooms were a good size and the cleanliness was very good, location was pretty good, and the the breakfast was tasty and the breakfast room was kinda cramped.
Cons (-) The walls were thin, even as hotels go and beds were really hard, and two of the four staff members that we interacted with were pretty rude

Pros (+) Good amount of parking and a clean room with inside (hallway) access. Our larger room with a single queen, couch and desk was a good choice and came with a microwave, small fridge and safe. Don't expect views or character here, just a good hotel room with a comfy bed and room to rest/recline after a long day.
Cons (-) Rooms are not very well insulated, so noisy neighbors are easily heard. This is OK most of the time until their are screaming children or reveling partiers.
