The RI-CC appeared to be located on the good side of Van Ness. Most restaurants within a short distance are on the bad side. My room was very clean. Common areas not so much. There appear to be more rooms than parking spaces. Street parking is very hard to find in SF. No ice machine. Many electrical outlets.

Pros (+) It was dirty, bad part of town, felt unsafe, not good vustomer service, no house keeping, no hot water, will never stay here again!
Cons (-) Disliked everything, it was an absolutely horrible experience. There were drug addicts yelling in the court yard at all hours of the day. Lots of construction noise. Even our Uber driver was shocked we were staying at such a place and it was recommended we didn't leave the room at night.
