Pros (+) I was not a fan of this hotel being a Life Time Platium Marriott member I think the staff and management team should be a little more professional and focus on customer service.
Cons (-) They should not be vacuuming the ducks while guests are having dinner in the restaurant nor should they be changing burnt light bulbs over you when one is eating, this is very insulting and non hygienic. very poor management skills
