The breakfast is not so good while concerning the prize it is still acceptable. The air condition does not work so well, I suppose in the winter if there is no warming facility the night could be very cold in the room. The staff is quite nice and the only problem I met is they thought I used one of the drinks in the minibar inside the room, however it is not the case. Finally they do not charge after I signed on a statement.
The breakfast is the worst I have never experienced during my stay in any hotels.
Close to Metro station and Railway station, and supermarket
The breakfast and closeness to the subway.
Noicy environment, traffic and also a building site (even on a Sunday) opposite the hotel. The check in time was written to be at 13:00 in the booking confirmation. Arriving at the hotel it was 14:30. The staff said they had only given 13:00 "as an indication". This (13:00) was important to me because I needed the hotel room as early as possible after arriving in Rome mainly because I was travelling with my parents who both are retired and would have appreciated access to the room at this confirned time after a long trip.
The acapella group that was singing in the lobby the first morning we were there.
Staff was unhelpful and rude, rooms were in need of a fresh coat of paint and clean bedspread, beds were not comfortable at all, bathroom was short on towels and amenities.
Buffet Breakfeast,Clean Room and good Bathroom.
The Two Oldest From the reception, Unhospitable persons I ever met in my Life.
- continental breakfast; - nearness to the metro; - nice personnel; tidyness;
when exiting the metro, there is no sign indicating direction to the hotel: there should be one
All of the staff were friendly , is within 300 metres of the Metro and with plenty to do around the city was an excellent choice
The fact that we had to leave
Great location, very close to the metro. Room very quiet.
Very small single room, it was not possible to open the wardrobe....
