Location is phenomenal. walking distance to most touristic and shopping attractions. Hotel internal decorations are superb. The breakfast restaurant is great. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.
It is in the heart of Rome touristic area, expect a noisy stay. Breakfast quality can be improved. I can even cook better scrambled eggs and bacon. Bathroom was disturbingly tiny and the shower tub was not draining.
Breakfast was alright.
Dark, oppressive and a minute room and bathroom. Some very unfriendly staff. We had booked a twin but got a double and were told we could not change. Alitalia had a 24 hr strike which meant we needed another night. Despite being told their was availability over the phone, when we spoke to them in person at reception they said it was not possible! We booked into Bio Raphael instead and it is superb.
Fantastic artwork dotted around the hotel. Choice of cosy and entertaining bars and restaurants. We also loved our second room which was unusually shaped and surrounded by mirrors. All of the staff went out of their way to make our stay special, they are a credit to this hotel.
We were originally in a corner room and we struggled to sleep due to the constant noise from the street. Luckily, the staff had no problem in fixing this for us by changing our room. We stayed here as an anniversary treat and wanted to eat in the beautiful rooftop restaurant for dinner. Unfortunately they only had one vegetarian option and the waiter asked us to order different dishes from each other, which just wasn't possible.
Location was great. Many restaurant options to choose from. Staff were very helpful. Rooms very clean. Would stay there again for sure.
