Pros. The rooms were great, the window opened, the shower was huge, we communicated well with the "concierge" who met us there, he let us move in early and stay late to pick up our bags. $12 euro cab from the train, it is near piazza Navone. There are just 4 rooms, a compact entry with snacks. My daughter lives in Firenze and she thought they would use it again.
Cons. There is a quaint tiny Italian elevator. 225 kilos max, you don't want to walk up 5 floors with bags. It works great though.
