Cons (-) At check in, we were told our room was reserved for the following day which was not true as I had my reservation confirmation to show as proof. We we reserved two double beds but got a king room instead. Next day our room was never cleaned, heater will keep you up all night, room service had no clue on what they carry! Cons (-) But the fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and we stood outside for an hour before being allowed to go back inside. No compensation was given for this major inconvenience.
