Cons (-) The Sliding Patio Door was unlocked when I checked in. WTH? Do y'all not follow a procedure to try and prevent worst possible scenarios? This is something you shouldn't have to contact the front desk about. Don't worry, I locked it and charlie-locked the patio door. Not on my watch.
