10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was in a great location, right across from shops, movie theater, and restaurants, but situated to where you don’t hear a lot of noise and is still relatively private when you walk out of the hotel. It’s also right by the lake, so depending on what side of the building your room is located, you have some nice views. It’s also very clean, neat, and since it’s new, has a trendy feel to it. The rooms were also bigger than I expected, which was nice. The front desk staff we interacted with were also very nice. I will definitely be staying here again.
Cons: No complaints, I liked everything :)

6.5 Good
Pros: Food was not good took way too long and expensive for what it was.
Cons: Location was great! Comfortable and clean.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice hotel with nice pool. Fun to be near the lake. The bar menu at the pool was great!
Cons: We asked to change rooms for a better view( not the parking lot) since it was my first trip to Tx . I was denied then the next day someone told my husband they held a room with a partial view for us and would call when it was clean... we never got that call. Out of 5 nights - 6 days we only got maid service 2 times , but the worst was that the air conditioning went out for several hours and no one told us- we had to call because we thought it was just us to find out that the maintenance was working on it.
7.5 Good
Pros: Yes the bed was great supper fluffy.
Cons: The weather im from san diego
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Kids knocking on doors and running off

Pros: Location by the water with several restaurants within walking distance. Room was excellent, entire facility is excellent, and service was excellent. I will stay nowhere else in this area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, waterfront, dining
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect
Cons: We had to wait 45 minutes, also there was blood stains in the bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location! Great customer service! Amenities for all ages! Poolside movies-great selection! We'll be back!
6.0 Good
Pros: Location!
Cons: My room was wrong, paid more than I was told when made reservation!
6.8 Good
Pros: Nice location with entertainment walking distance. Hotel nice appearance. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Short of staff and StarBucks was closed and there was not a small store within the hotel. My room smelled like sewage upon arrival. There wasn’t any hand soap so I had to use the shampoo to wash my hands. The wheel fell off the bedrail so the bed kept tilting every time I moved. The sheets had stains on them and the pillows were flat. I made a mistake booking by one day and when I requested one more night they charged me double of what I paid for the the other four nights. It was hard to get a good night sleep because there was lots of people yelling in the hallway during late hours.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was good for our trip. The room was large enough to accommodate a Pack 'n Play for a baby. The pool area is nice and the servers there were very attentive. Great breakfast at the restaurant and reasonable prices at the bar.
Cons: I think the room was a bit overpriced, although it was a holiday weekend. The room is pretty standard so I don't think the rate was justified. The housekeeping was lacking. We had to ask for the baby's Pack 'n Play even though it was in the reservation. We also had to call for housekeeping when do not disturb was not on our door. When housekeeping did come, they didn't restock all of the supplies like coffee, cups, etc., we had to call again for those separately. The pool at night was packed with teens who were hopping the fence to get in...they were probably not supposed to be there.

8.8 Excellent
Cons: The bed was harder then I like.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Ew no the eggs were gross not fluffy at all. Sorry that was just the suggestion in the box so I felt like I need to comment on it. I did really enjoy the aesthetics the update was very nice. I enjoyed the different gym equipment that was available.
Cons: The cleanliness was probably about a 2 from 0-10. There was hair all over the tile floor when we first arrived and when we asked someone to clean it the next day it was still there. Then on our last we walked in and it looked like someone left part way through cleaning & forgot to come back. The trash can was up on the tub, there was a cup left on the counter with a dirty sponge in it and an iphone charging cord that was not ours. When we let the front desk know about it they really didn’t seem to be too concerned. This was so disappointing that I will no longer be staying at la quinta.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are cleaned
Cons: Breakfast could be better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Checkin staff very friendly and helpful. Room was ready and clean.
6.3 Good
Pros: It was very clean.
Cons: I was uncomfortable because I had my "do not disturb" tag on my door and the maid kept insisting to beat on my door. Also my wife had prescription medication on the night stand and when we came back later on in the evening it was gone. Which is when they came by to clean up our room. We reported it to the staff and the woman and the counter seemed to have no care or concern of the situation. Mind you I've spent more than 2 grand at this facility. I'm terribly disappointed in my stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: New facility with decent parking options and easy access to the freeway. The staff was friendly and the location seemed safe.
Cons: The walls were quite thin. (Could hear everything in the room next to me.) Limited breakfast items and they closed breakfast early one day so I missed it. Only decaf coffee was available in the room on the first day. The room seemed quite humid.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: just really well maintained. no issues at all
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We like the great fresh smell of cleaness that started as you walk through the front door and continues on through out the building. Also the breakfast was delicious and the staff kelp it stocked and clean.
Cons: The only things we didn't like was the barking dogs and the loudness in the swimming pool room. The kids wear laughing and having fun but it echoes way to loud, and they need to keep the restroom by the pool area stocked with soap. That's the only down falls we had.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The bed was so cozy. I did not want to get out of bed. It was so relaxing.
Cons: The rooms were smaller than what I expected but it was still enough space since it was just me and my daughter.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Really wonderful hotel great breakfast
Cons: Desk clerk never stay at the front desk always had to wait for her to come from behind a door

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Omg this hotel was amazingly clean and well kept. I felt like i was home. It smelt wonderful. I loved the lemon scented handwash and shower soap. 2 tumbs up! Can't wait to visit and plan my stay there again. Just simply a very nice hotel. My best hotel stay in Texas so far.
Cons: Maybe some bacon for breakfast
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Cozy and comfortable.
Cons: Used towel under counter on floor and hair on shower walls before I used the shower.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Pool was closed and no discount for a major amenity.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great if you are attending an event at the convention center. I walked there every morning of my stay. The staff was nice and the food was very good.
Cons: The rates were hiked up for the event. I don't think it was worth what I paid.

Pros: Nice rooms
Cons: Pool was closed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bed was super comfy
4.5 Okay
Pros: The decor okay.
Cons: I spoke to a staff member prior to booking & I was told the time I would arrive that I would be able to check in regardless of their 3pm "rule" but I was not accommodated for that time at all after driving an hour and 30 minutes to get there. I was told I had to pay a $50 fee for 4hrs and then recheck in for my original booking time. on top of that the "single bed" room I booked online wasn't given to me but instead a double with 2 small queen beds which made my stay with my 6'4" fiance very uncomfortable. They also stopped serving breakfast at 9AM!! and closed the pool at 9 also. I was told I wouldn't be charged any additional fees when I checked in and the next day their was a $50 charge to my card that would of course be returned in 3-5 business days after I checked out
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Everything was outstanding
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the fact that i could put my netflix on the tv. that alone made this hotel my new "get away from home" place, along w the set up & vibe of the room.

Cons: Seems like the rating if different than when booked....
7.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was really good and the location is great! The hotel lobby decor was really pretty.
Cons: The living room was dark and had no table to eat dinner, even though this was a deluxe king suite. The desk could only allow one person to eat at it. The couch was old, very hard and we tried not to sit on it, but I had no choice since I didn't want to eat dinner in the bedroom. That was not the purpose of having a suite. I could have paid for just a single room since we didn't get to enjoy the living room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Customer service
Cons: Venue
5.8 Okay
Pros: Leaving.
Cons: Check in staff cold unfriendly. Told us our room was on 3rd floor key showed 103. Thought was odd but she should know. It wasn't 3rd floor, was 1st floor. She was not good with welcome information or direction. Room was in an area next to conference rooms and housekeeping pantry. Window first floor pool area no way to pull current close for privacy. Bathroom door opened backwards. Conference going on and you could here them. Asked for receipt when leaving guy at desk stated rudely " you booked through booking.com they have your receipt. " I guess when booking through booking.com at this hotel you are not good enough for their customer friendliness. You are put in a backroom out of their way.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean breakfast was good.
Cons: I could hear the alarm going off in the room next to me.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The only thing I liked was location.
Cons: The bathroom wasn’t finished and the water kept coming out the shower and the staff wouldn’t do anything to help us. They gave us a room that it was not ready for a customer and they wouldn’t change us from that room. They’re only solution was to mop the room when we were done. The shower hooks didn’t work because they were not properly installed. The staff was rarely at the counter and people had to wait for them all the time.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was really good. The pool was nice and clean. Rooms cleanliness was excellent. Staff were great!
Cons: Except for being comfortable and relatively quiet, I cannot say the hotel had any romantic appeal. But that’s not what we needed anyway. If you had rooms with whirlpool tubs in them it could be romantic.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was clean! Staff nice!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff needs more training in customer service. I understand the hotel is new and most of the staff doesn't have experience. Once the learn how to make customers happy they are to go.

Cons: Was told on check-in that price did NOT include breakfast but was only $11.91 additional. When we came down to eat in the morning the desk staff said if I signed up with Hyatt it would be free and she just needed an email. The manager cut her off and said he would "take care of it" as they already had my email on file but when I checked out the charge was on the invoice. Ice machines are on every other floor only.

The area of Rockwall Texas which is near our Hampton Inn Dallas-Rockwall Texas hotel, was originally occupied by Caddo Indians. Creek Indians moved to the area in early 1800s. The origin of Rockwall also is related to the selection of its name. In 1851, as the first Anglo-American settlers moved to the area, they started to dig wells. During the digging, they found large underground rock walls that seemed to be man made though the scientist believe they are natural formations. The town was established April 17, 1854 and named after these rock walls. While originally part of Kaufman County, in 1873 Rockwall County was formed with Rockwall being the county seat. With the city's fortunate location on Lake Ray Hubbard, Hampton Inn Dallas Rockwall Texas guests enjoy an abundance of water sports and recreation. Rockwall hosts 14 marinas and two yacht clubs. Fishing is a major sport on the lake, as is sailing and boating. The Bass Pro Shop for those who love the outdoors is also located on Lake Ray Hubbard. Rockwall's parks are designed to accommodate the tennis enthusiast to the biker or walker. For golf enthusiasts, Rockwall has four golf courses, two being championship golf courses that have ranges that challenges the skill of all golfers. The city is home to the Dallas Diesel, a football team in the North American Football League. The Diesel entered the 2007 season in July as the defending league champions. Zac Leatherwood is the well-known quarterback in their county that led them to their victory. The city's new Harbor District is within walking distance of the Hampton Inn Dallas Rockwall Texas hotel. The Harbor provides a new 12 screen cinema, civic and convention center, shops, restaurants and offices. The site includes public boardwalks, fountains, plazas, pedestrian walkways and other amenities. This provides opportunities for public activities such as the Concert on the Lake series and other entertainment events. The Harbor provides residents and guests of the Hampton Inn Dallas Rockwall Texas hotel with a permanent public open space from which to enjoy the lake and the activities that are provided. We love having you here at the Hampton Inn Dallas Rockwall Texas hotel

6.8 Good
Pros: Beds were pretty comfortable. And the price was great.
Cons: You can hear the interstate traffic from the majority of the rooms and it’s extremely loud. Was barely able to sleep. Also the air-conditioning units were not loud at all to muffle any noise. The continental breakfast was terrible The day I had it. No condiments for coffee. They also would go into our room every day to turn off the air-conditioning and when we got back at midnight it was 80° in our room and took forever to cool off
7.5 Good
Pros: It was fairly quiet despite being next to the highway. The gentleman at the front desk that checked us in was very nice and helpful.
Cons: The room was pretty stale smelling, and it didn’t really get better over time. You could tell it had been smoked in. We bought Febreze at Walmart but it didn’t help much over the 4 nights we were there. A little bit more of an effort on that would have been nice. Also, we didn’t realize until the second day that you really have to pull hard to close your door when leaving the room in order for it to actually lock. It turns out our room was accessible to anyone all day the first day. Thank goodness nothing went missing.

And the breakfast was basic in a bad way at best.
