Cons: I arrived 2 minutes past closing time. I could see the workers inside the office and knocked on the door. I can see them looking up at me but they would not help me. Would not open the door or answer their phone. They must have known that they had a car reserved. I called customer service and all they could do was refer me to a branch too far for me to go to. It seems these people have no concept of "Customer Service" or just making a little extra effort to provide quality .And now I have lost the fee for insurance even though it was not used
