Beautiful location and friendly accommodating staff. Oxford, MD is a great place to visit, water views, friendly people and good seafood. We would definitely return to this bed and breakfast.

Pros: The location of the resort is right on the water and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was nothing that was too difficult or out of the ordinary. Clay, who runs the restaurant and bar, is wonderful.
While the rooms are a bit dated, it is clear that improvements are being made. Regardless, it is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting St. Michaels and the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum.

Cons: Reservation was for two double beds. (Couple plus adult daughter). Entered room and there was a queen. Ended up with a cot for daughter - not ideal, but were told no other rooms available. Parking lot had less than a dozen cars. Furniture was covered with grout dust from recent bathroom remodel. Attendant offered to clean it, but as it was very late, and we were tired, we opted to ignore it. Adequate for an overnight stay, - would not recommend for longer time.

There was the spa, a pool, steam room and sauna. Breakfast hot or cold every morning from 8:30 - 10:30. Some hotels and b&b's offer breakfast too early and for too short a time. Heather , the manager, couldn't do enough to make our stay more comfortable. Can't wait to go back!

Cons: There was only one glitch...no small refrigerator in the room. You must ask for a certain type of room, King room, I believe. But that was never a deal breaker.
