Pros: Eric, the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. His dining recommendations were spot on and his gourmet breakfast was outstanding.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Eric was a great host and communicated with us throughout, making us feel very welcome and suggesting places to explore and dine. There are lots of small touches to make you feel at home - he hung out the British flag to welcome us, there are bottles of water to help yourself to in the fridge and coffee on tap to come down to in the mornings before the delicious breakfast is served. We found Easton a perfect weekend break from Washington and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area including Oxford and St Michaels. Highly recommended.
Cons: The air conditioning in the room was cold and couldn’t be adjusted individually.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old building but with modern comforts such as a spa bath and rain shower in our room. The bed was very large and comfortable. The standout is the host Eric who is so friendly and made incredible breakfasts every morning (included in the room rate). He also had great recommendations for places to visit and things to do. We would definitely love to stay again!
Cons: The shades in our room didn’t block out all the light in the morning but we had eye masks so wasn’t a big deal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Eric was a delight! Very welcoming and fabulous thoughtful, breakfast options you get to make your choice the night before -that he cooks himself! Dog loved it, easy parking, St Michaels room was perfect (amazing bathroom) and very convenient to the Main Street.

Pros: This beautiful old home had a modern bathroom in the suite and air-conditioning which was super important since it was over 100°! Our hosts were wonderful, the breakfasts were wonderful and very nice to sit and meet the other guests. Our host had ideas of things to do for our visit. We loved the homemade dark chocolate chip cookies and triple chocolate cupcakes that are available to guests in the sitting room. In fact, I enjoyed those cookies a couple of times!

Pros: The hotel was in a good location, everything was clean and the staff was nice. We got upgraded free of charge to a suite which was really nice. Didn't use the pool or gym but they looked well maintained and clean.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good. Room was comfortable.
Cons: The toilet was loose, and the sofa was not comfortable.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The price was worth the room and amenities. Check in was efficient and quick. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had variety and well stocked. Even elevator was quick. Nice grounds.

We highly recommend this BW if you’re in need of somewhere to stay in the area.

Cons: Everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed, the linens, the breakfast
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Good breakfast. Good location. ice staff.
Cons: What I have a complaint about is not the property, but booking.com. When you showed me this property, you only mentioned the very expensive suite option (which turned out to be not very much nicer than the regular rooms). You did not advertise the less expensive rooms. I could have saved $200. I m not happy with that.
5.5 Okay
Cons: My co-worker found several more than 6 bugs throughout the night in his bathroom in room 407. After telling the desk they didn't seem to even care which I was totally unhappy with. I think they room should have been discounted at the very least. I would not recommend this hotel location to any other co-workers based on this stay.

Pros: I enjoyed the hot waffles and the omelets. A wide variety of fruits as well
Cons: I asked for a first floor room because I'm elderly but I was given a second floor room

Pros: Great breakfast. Great location very tranquil.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was lovely and our room was very nice. The shower was not hot but warm and the chairs outside were not clean hasd to get a towel to sit on lake. Could not go to pool it was not shaded by any umbrellas. The staff was very pleasant.
Cons: The shower, the pool, cleanliness of outside chairs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was like a a scene from a Hallmark movie! We thoroughly enjoy our stay and can’t wait to go back.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to leave.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was very convenient to St. Michaels, only a few minutes down the road. Lovely staff, beautiful older house/building from the 1700s, yet renovated and very clean. (There were no musty or moldy smells.) They had water/beer/wine in a little fridge near the lobby, blow dryer/beautiful spacious bathroom, and our room even had a gas fireplace but, we were there during a heatwave so, luckily, the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was delicious. It was a sit down meal in a lovely sunny room overlooking the creek/lake.
Cons: The only comment would be that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud when it went on and off, which unfortunately may have been because the temps were 100+. But, thank goodness the AC worked well. We were very comfortable despite the extreme heat.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, breakfast, staff, view
Cons: Mattress uncomfortable. Fire Alarm going off at 4 am
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. The property was stunning and relaxing. We loved the use of the pool and bikes. We took a short bike ride down a nice shady side street. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved that they left fresh baked cookies in our room each afternoon - yum!
Cons: Everything was great! We wish the pool hours were longer but understand that they can't extend the hours due to their insurance.

Cons: The shower in room 20 could definitely use some updating! It was very clean, but a bit aged for the price of the room ($275).

7.0 Good
Cons: No fridge in room, hot water dispenser (for tea) in breakfast area had obviously been used for coffee as well. My tea tasted like a hybrid coffee/tea - not good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was clean and close to where I needed to stay.
Cons: No
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly and greeted us when we arrived. I liked the free cookies in the lobby at the end of a busy day. The hotel was clean. We had no problem finding our room.
Cons: The room did not have enough tissues for my allergy nose. The breakfast was good, but by the time I got there at 9 o'clock they were running out of some of the breakfast items. The breakfast area ran out of room for all the people wanting breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean!
Cons: On the highway but not really a big deal.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Was unable to eat breakfast so I took a sack breakfast which was prepared. Loved that because you thought about your guests with a very busy itinerary.
Cons: Did not like that I was unable to close the drapes in my room. The sheer drapes was see through and anyone who was walking near the white fence would be able to look inside. Also there was a home in the back. I purposely dimmed the lights and dressed in the bathroom because of the above. My recommendation is to change from sheer to a Venetian blinds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was an issue with my room. The maid did clean the room thoroughly. The quest before had a pet in the room. So, when down to front desk with a pleasant attitude. I showed picture of what was wring asked for another room on same floor. Front desk called manager, he apologized and 1st night was free.
Cons: Very welcoming staff.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: AC too loud. Could not adjust the fan easily.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location it was fine for one night
Cons: We had deluxe king room with no refrigerator or microwave.
7.0 Good
Cons: Water in the shower drained slow had a puddle to shower in... room is extremely outdated compared to most Hampton inns
8.8 Excellent
Cons: AC was programmed to periodically shut off. Tstat always said 70 which is was not. Hallway was cooler than our room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tina helped correct my booking with booking.com which had a higher rate than the hotel did and went beyond to get it corrected!
Cons: Would like a bar!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great staff on hand
Cons: Because of a busy weekend in eastern Maryland I believe it was a bit of price gouging 250 dollars a night to come from Florida to a funeral which we had no choice in was a bit much I don't believe you are my booking buddy

7.0 Good
Pros: The location is gorgeous. Right on the water looking out at the boats and lighthouse. Rental bikes available to cycle around town. Staff friendly and rooms clean. Bistro St. Michael for dinner. We had a lovely stay thank you!
Cons: Rooms very dated. Bar service was poor. I was sad to see so much plastic waste...cups and straws. Please consider using wall dispensers for shampoo soap etc. to cut down on plastic waste! Thank you
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel location is great and convenient. The hotel sits directly on the marina area...which is within walking distance of town....which is a nice leisurely walk past adorable historic homes. If you can't or don't want to walk, the hotel offers free shuttle service or bicycles (free of charge). The hotel is an old/dated, but it's nice. We had a top floor (3rd floor) room overlooking the canal, not the main water tributary. The room was large with sliding doors off of the main living area and the bedroom. The deck was large with a table, umbrella and several chairs...it was relaxing sitting on the deck watching boats enter and depart the waterway. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable! The living area was spacious and comfortable. The parking lot at the hotel is big, but the parking spots are not. We did not dine at the restaurants at the hotel or use any food or drink service at the hotel. the hotel offers complimentary water in the lobby, complimentary coffee in their shop/snack shop on the 1st floor and towels for the swimming pool (but you have to retrieve the towels from the front desk).
Cons: Initially when we entered the hotel there was a line at the front desk.....after waiting almost 15 minutes, finally the other person working the front desk ask if we were being helped.....he was just standing there the entire time. You have to get ice from the 1st floor snack shop....somewhat inconvenient. The only problem with our room, room 311, was next to the cleaning staff's room and we could hear the washer and dryer machines. AND early on Monday morning they were working on repairing sections of the roof...and the hammering was not welcome before 08:00am!
6.8 Good
Pros: The bedroom suite was excellent - balcony with view
Cons: The shower in the bedroom was extremely slippery , the door dirty. the "pool" was so tiny it was really not worth it, the breakfast was awful - fresh fruit sometimes old and tasted moldy, had to ask for water, butter, jam, salt and pepper. Basically lacked any elegance.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location and water views and fried oysters.
Cons: The pool was too small for the amount of people...hard to really relax by the pool.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location with a beautiful view and short walk into town. Shuttle provided to take us in and out of town. Clean spacious room. Very comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hotel! Having bikes available for guests was such a unique and special feature! I loved the hardwood floors in the room and the spaciousness of it. Breakfast overlooking the harbor was lovely. Great location and easy parking too!
Cons: The only disappointing thing was the pool deck was being refinished so we were unable to relax on the deck while having perfect sunny weather. However there was other seating on the grounds along the water's edge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The customer service at Harbor Inn was absolutely amazing. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.
Cons: That we didn't have an ice machine on the 2nd floor.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property, nice rooms and staff. Great food.
Cons: Music too loud at pool. Bed not comfortable. Wood floors slippery.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location of the breakfast area with water vistas in all directions from any table. Food was excellent!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and views
Cons: Restaraunt staff were disinterested and superficial
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, Location, Location. Full size mini suite. Patio was great
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Really nice place.Food was just as good as restaurants off property.
Cons: I was completely satisfied.

9.0 Excellent (310 reviews)

A stay at Inn at Perry Cabin places you in the heart of St. Michaels, within a 5-minute drive of St. Michaels Winery and Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free valet parking is available onsite.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Food was good!
Cons: Three days of toilets not flushing! Service to be driven into town and then no phone service to call for pick up. We walked back from our location. In this day and age back up of cell phone service to compensate for loss of land lines. This caliber of service unacceptable for price of suite!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great- a 5 minute walk to the cute, quaint downtown center, and right on the Chesapeake Bay with an unobstructed view of the water and the sailboats. The amenities that were included, such as free bikes, toiletries, a Nespresso in the room, bathrobes & slippers, and a turndown service at night complete with two homemade cookies. The place itself is gorgeous, classy and cozy. The golf simulator was great, and at a decent price. The shuttle service to and from downtown (only needed for when it got kinda cold and gusty), was also excellent!
Cons: The dinner was extremely overpriced and not good at all. I had the Walk Around the Garden Salad which was bitter and bland, the Chicken and dumplings was more chicken than dumplings (u get like 4 little flat noodles), and the “mousse” was solid as a rock and hard to puncture with my fork. For two people, we spent $200. The sommelier and waiters were amazing, however. The Spa was also overpriced— $290 for a couples massage. We got the vibe from other guests they have a lot of very wealthy clientele that don’t mind the high prices.
6.8 Good
Pros: Shawney in the Pursers Pub was extremely pleasant and friendly.
Cons: 1. The ‘garden room view” was a view of a fence, the room was adjacent to the entrance and there was an amount of noise in the early hours of the morning - banging noises. 2. No English Breakfast tea in the corridor - it seems they had ‘ran out’ but the next morning another member of staff went to the kitchen for one. 3. I asked for a sewing kit - none available - the receptionist gave me safety pin.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were divine. Setting gorgeous and the facility very comfortable especially with a new baby. The staff could not have been more helpful. The Mothers Day buffet was excellent.
Cons: With a small baby I would have preferred a casual dining area other than the bar. As it was raining we were not always able to use the outdoor eating area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff
Cons: It is a little pricey
10.0 Excellent
Pros: room service was a little slow buth the food and presentation was excellent. the complimentary room upgrade was a very pleasant surprise. bathroom was very clean and roomy
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room 78 in the Caledonia building was fantastic. It is a 2nd (out of 3) floor 1 bedroom suite. It looked exactly like the websites photos. Beautiful water views and lovey covered patio. We would definitely stay here and in that room again.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quiet serene atmosphere
Cons: Toilet float didn’t work properly
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We got upgraded for free to a nicer, bigger room. The activities offered are fun and varied, the rooms are comfortable and our had a great view. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and attended to. Town is walkable or bikeable with provided bikes. Overall it's a great place for a special getaway.
Cons: Hot water was out for part of our stay which made it hard to shower!! Restaurant wasn't very good.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was wonderful and beyond expectations. The staff interaction was friendly and our questions answered. They were always willing to go the extra mile. The food was outstanding. Yum!
Cons: The only minor suggestion I would have is a little different menu for lunch. Maybe a heartier salad and a couple different sandwiches. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The decor and view is fabulous
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The amenities were outstanding, we used Shuttle to town twice. From the front door to housekeeping, all were so professional and welcoming. Must give special shout out to Lauren in the Purser's Pub for making best cocktails and for answering so many of our questions. The intern working with her, Ranjeels ? Was also professional and welcoming. Top notch all the way.
Cons: We stayed in Blue Heron wing, rm 29. Everything was perfect, I would however, suggest lowering mirrors over bathroom sinks. I'm short and could only see from neck up and at that I had to stretch. Maybe a long mirror in room too.

Pros: In town quaint shops right out the door. Like having Georgetown on the Eastern Shore. Food is over the top. Oyster and crab cuisine. Entire staff are world class!
Cons: NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM??!! Don't make me go to the restaurant and pay 3$ a cup when I'm in my pajamas! Bathroom is small one person at a time. No guide for tv and tv had volume problems which I reported but it wasn't fixed. Suspect it was the set itself.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything WAS GREAT!!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was outstanding. Had the Eggs Benedict on a freshly made buttermilk biscuit - MMMMM. The fresh squeezed orange juice was a bonus. Both were the best I have had in a long time. I liked the internet station in the room making it easy to plug in my devices. The Inn is well located in the center of town.
Cons: I did not like the high tub. It was hard to get in and out of. I would much rather have a walk in shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. The room was perfect for what we needed. The staff couldn't be any friendlier and the Breakfast was AWESOME!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean/comfortable room well appointed. Convenient walking to everything. Breakfast was amazing and served with a chat and a smile!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The old brick inn is as charming as it is well appointed! Excellent location and staff!!
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was great. Location was great. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room was on the top floor and very hot. The building was cute on outside but the renovation lost some of the original character inside. Should have re- used original 6 panel doors for example.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was super friendly!!
Cons: For the amount of money that we paid for two days it was not worth it. The fan in the bathroom made a horrible loud noise and it was very warm in our room. Above our bed was a spot that all patched up looked like there was a hole in the ceiling.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Every breakfast was top shelf.
Cons: Nothing disliked.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Full amazing breakfast menu - crab and spinach eggs Benedict, for example - with coffee and juice is free with stay ($20 per day per person allowance). All you pay is tip, which is the best deal I've seen anywhere!
Cons: Dinners are a little expensive, but there are other great restaurants in town. Basically, everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the lady who checked us in hotel employee were great.
Cons: There was a rude waiter at breakfast, but his colleague Luke made up for it.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, location.
Cons: Some guests found the bar closed by 9pm
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: the breakfast was AMAZING!!!
Cons: The B&B is old and smells old. It's in need of upgrades badly, even the confirmation letter is outdated. The wall paper is old, dirty and peeling. The wood floors are dirty and are in need of a good mopping. Cobwebs are everywhere, even in the restaurant. I think we stayed in room 14 and it's the smallest Inn room I've ever been in, plus no iron and ironing board. We had to put our clothes in the hot shower to remove the winkles before we went out for the evening. The only bright spot were the Ladies who checked us in and out. They were very nice and pleasant.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The restaurant was the 'best' but service was nearly non-existent.
Cons: They would not honor my reservation. Broken glass in hallway was not cleaned up after being reported. Staff said take the room we give you, or leave.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was outstanding and it is included
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming, historical decor. Comfortable beds . Pleasant staff. Beautiful location.
Cons: Due to nature of historic structure some rooms are small, keeping with traditions as the oldest inn in the country.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfasts (3) . Also excellent dinners (2). One reason we chose this inn was the restaurant downstairs, which exceeded expectations. They have an excellent chef! Historic old building Peaceful location
Cons: One day service at breakfast was poor. The other 4 meals had excellent service.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very serene on the water. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Service was prompt and efficient. Close to the ferry. Would stay again.
Cons: Could have been a better mattress.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great food in a great town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice healthy breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating host.
Cons: No complaints... just a suggestion for safety purposes: add a grab bar at tub shower location.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Lisa and staff are excellent. Fast to help! The Pope Tavern in the Inn was excellent!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Inn was from mid 1800's. Beautiful Antiques. Dinning room had tin ceilings. Great location for a nice quiet stay and marina across the street. Owners Lisa and Dan were great. There's a small ferry that crosses inlet and St Michael's is only 20 min.
Cons: No TV or mini fridge in our room. They provide a guest lounge with both. If you're a reader it's perfect. We like to turn on the news while getting up or ready for bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Innis very well managed
Cons: Stairs to our 3rd floor a tad of a challenge
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lisa, the B&B owner is lovely and attentive. The room is beautiful. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding. Very good economically and the town is quite quaint and beautiful. Overall outstanding.
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Nice accommodations.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The room was way overpriced and very small. I was most uncomfortable and it was not a pleasant stay. My credit card was charged three days before I even checked in and when I left there was not a single person in the home. I believe I may have been the only guest that last night and that made me a bit anxious.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were comfortable. The owners’ daughter was very pleasant and gave us her home phone number in case we needed anything. Her parents were on vacation. Because they were gone, our breakfast was in the refrigerator for us to eat in our room instead of the dining room.
Cons: The room was very hot when we arrived. It took a long time to get the room to a comfortable temperature. There is no air conditioning in the stairway. The door to our room was open on arrival. Anyone with breathing issues should probably not stay here during the hot summer months as you must go up several flights of stairs. We thought there would be shops within walking distance of the inn but there weren’t any.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We liked just about everything about the Oxford Inn. Despite being in an old building, our room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. The breakfast included in the rate was excellent with plenty to eat. Being able to sit on the front porch with a glass of wine was a nice bonus.
Cons: The only negative, and a minor one, was that there is no elevator in the building, so you have to carry your suitcases up and down one or two flights of stairs.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The drink in the porch was nice.
Cons: For the price paid I would have expected a comfy bed, a clean bathroom and more privacy (our room was next to the shared living room with tv, only an old door blocked with a rock to separate it). I attempted to connect to Wi-Fi without success. There is nothing to do in Oxford unless you have a boat or so...

Pros: The room was clean, the space plentiful and the bed was amazingly comfortable! The pool had clean pool towels out, iced bottled water and toys for kids. The breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious (with plenty coffee). It was also 10 minutes from the festival which brought me to town, so that was wonderful. Lastly, in case this hasn't sold you already, the staff is AMAZING. Marian and Lekesia were friendly, kind and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. I don't remember meeting such pleasant staff since....ever.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, and swimming pool were great.
Cons: Could be updated more overall and room keys constantly didn't work - Had to get new ones at least 2 times.
7.0 Good
Pros: The microwave and refrigerator
Cons: Too many flies in the room
7.5 Good
Cons: No indoor access
10.0 Excellent
Pros: That I was able to check in early.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed how comfortable the room was, especially the bed.
Cons: Normally when you book a hotel stay you are required to reserve it with your credit/debit card (just to confirm your visit) then when you arrive you can pay either with the card on file or in cash. I usually pay in cash because I don’t like holds being put on my cards. When arriving I thought I would be able to pay in cash because normally I can and the front desk lady made me arrive they “don’t do that” I began questioning her about that because staying here previously it wasn’t a problem paying in cash and just keeping a card on file for an incidentals. Plus normally at other hotels that’s not an issue. The card should only be used for incidentals! But if you choose to pay in another form that shouldn’t be an issue! Serious problem for me. Plus on top of that check out wasn’t until 11 am. I had a staff member come by my room @ 9 am banging on the door ready to clean the room! I made her aware she would need to come back at another time because it was way too early. At 10:30 I called down to the front desk to ask them about a courtesy late check out because I wasn’t dressed completely (which most hotels do without an issues at least an hour late without problems) they had the nerve to say they could only give me a late check out if I was a Quality Inn Rewards Member! Since I am already a rewards member for another chain of hotels I declined. After hanging up the phone I then get a 2nd knock on my door for the room to be cleaned. I once again told her she would need to return. In conclusion, nice clean room comfortable bed. Terrible staff experience with unnecessary issues
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean room, bed was like a cloud, friendly staff, warm comforting breakfast, pool was clean.
Cons: I was promised a garden/pool view for our anniversary weekend and we received a view of a brown shed with a rusted metal vent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Reasonable rates; pool; convenience to St Michael's

Pros: Very clean. Staff very accommodating and pleasant. Pool nice but a little too much chlorine.
Cons: Needs new mattresses. Very mushy in the middle, like sleeping in a bowl
