Pros: neat and clean. friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice gym.
Pros: Full kitchen was nice. With real dishes! Also, the front desk staff was very helpful in everything and the cleaning staff was, too!
Cons: We liked it all!
Cons: The room was noisy and I feel the staff could do a better job of staggering room occupancy when less than 70% occupancy
Cons: No hot tub😞
Pros: Room was clean and staff was friendly.
Cons: I didn't like that my room was right in front of the elevator. Heard noises throughout the night. Not ideal for a business trip.
Pros: Fairly new hotel, clean and friendly.
Cons: Room was next to mechanical room, we had extra noise all night long. Mostly sounded like water flowing through pipes.
good location, good value for a suite hotel
Pros: good space in the Suite, liked the kitchen setup, but needed more than one chair for the table set up.
Cons: The breakfast hours are too short on weekends + Holidays.People who are leisure travelers want to be able to sleep in on the weekend or a holiday.Having to rush downstairs for a basic breakfast by 0900, is not a great stress-free start to the day.
I would say, in general the hotel is really good. If you book this hotel noway you could be disappointed. My issue was not being able to book for 2 adults and 2 kids and getting a room with only 1 bed. And there was not support from the staff. I was told, your reservation was through priceline so this is what you got!!! They were not disrespectful but I was looking for help.
Pros: The room I got was a small studio. 1 bedroom, 1 living room a small kitchen. It seems to brand new. Very clean
Cons: I booked through priceline, and the website does not a field to specify if you have kids. When I made it to the hotel and I saw the room, there was only a queen bed and we were 4. The room had a sofa-bed but it was not very comfortable
Cons: yeah i left my phone charger in the room but when i called to tell them they said it wasnt there, so the staff steal items so be careful, i checked out monday 9/30 @ 11 called them @ 2...
great hotel in great location
Pros: newly constructed
Cons: smoking at fire pit

Pros: The breatfast was good, the amenities was decent and enjoyable and we had great customer service from the moment we walked in the door(which is huge to me).
If your looking for a nice hotel for a reasonable price this would be the one, would definitely come back here.
Cons: There was no tub in the room, would have loved to relax and have taken a bath. (Everything else made up for that!)

Pros: Breakfast was excellent

Cons: Having water turned off for two hours during day.
Next day having no hot water upon getting up in morning
Complaining about no hot water, was assured it was being fixed, when returned following evening was told all fixed - BUT IT WAS NOT! Had to pack up and move to another room, got a bottle of water and a cookie to make me happy.
Some of the staff did not seem to know what to do about anything.
Pros: The staff was very friendly, everything was clean and well kept. I would definitely go back.

Pros: I checked in on a Wednesday and they had a free beer tasting. One doesn't get to choose their single free beer, but it was still nice to try something new.
Cons: I got the king suite because I read that the rooms were small, and it's true. Their version of a king suite is simply opening the door between two rooms.
Pros: The place is very clean and very comfortable. The beds are fantastic I slept very well. The pool is not typical, it's an indoor outdoor like treetops in Gaylord so the kids had a great time. The service is great.
Cons: The only downfall is there is no breakfast. If this place had an omelette chief on duty in the am it would be perfect.
Pros: Great location lots of places to eat and shop
Cons: Very clean and nice polite employees. I thought the room was small compared to the other four points ive stayed in
Cons: Fold out bed was very uncomfortable
Pros: Bedding was very nice. The staff were vey helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was additional
Pros: The staff was awesome. Facility was very nice.

Pros: I enjoyed being able to check in after being on the road. The staff was nice.
Cons: The breakfast location was too far from the room, especially with disabilities walking.
Pros: To our surprise the room was very large.
Cons: Just seemed a little dated inside the rooms. With how large the room was I was surprised there wasn't a bath tub.
Pros: Close to the hospital
Pros: It was ok. Old old tv but nice otherwise
Cons: The pictures didnt line up with what i was expect Ing. The hotel was not 2 1/2 stars. I was totally disappointed Overall.
Pros: THe breakfast it was solid.
Cons: This was not a hotel that should be on the same starlevel as the Fairfield BY the Fashion square mall. The bed was lumpy, you could see the rolls in it.The decor of the room was mid 70s. The internet was abysmal, pullout was smaller than a twin if possible
Pros: The staff ... ultra friendly and helpful. Also, even though they had a house band playing it did not disturb us at all so they have that place soundproofed very well.
Cons: Just that it is in a weird location ... stuck amongst a bunch of houses and not alot of things around it ... but still accessible to amenities. Otherwise all was great.
Pros: the bed and the staff
Pros: Excellent staff, got us a quiet room

Pros: Friendly staff and the bed was clean. It was very close to restaurants and shopping areas. Right off of the exit from 675.
Cons: A/C didn't work until we had it running for a long time (took over 5 hours to cool the room).
Pros: Non of the above describes your hotellll.
Cons: The walls were so thin that we could here the young men talking until 1:00 in the morning. We had to call the manager twice, and after he left they started again until 2:00 AM. and we had to get up early to leave for home. When we wanted to sit by the pool after all the kids left we were told that it was closed! We stayed for two nights, and on the second day (which was our 28th anniversary) the box of Kleenex was not replaced, which left only one in the box, the bed was not made up, the room was not swept, there was no real coffee, and the cans were not emptied! The stairs were really dirty, we should be reimbursed for Sat. night since we were unable to sleep!
Pros: I went there for an exam for school. The hotel was very close to where the exam took place. The room was clean enough. One of the lamps didn't work and the faucet at the sink dripped. But I only stayed one night and the staff was really nice. As a single woman, I felt secure enough.
Pros: Close to Mall and Frankemuth at half the price.
Pros: Clean rooms easy check-in.
Cons: No internet. At least not for the two days I was there. No a good place for a business traveler relying on the Internet.

Pros: Loved the character of this Century Mansion and the exquisite grounds. If you like the uniqueness of old buildings and the Victorian atmosphere created then this is the place for you. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection.
Pros: The feeling of elegance and history.
Cons: Building needs some exterior work. Bathrooms show some age (good and bad).

Pros: My mother is 95 yrs old and needed a building with no stairs. Walk in shower was perfect for her. The bathroom was a little small, she just used her cane instead of her walker. Not sure if the have a handicapped accessible room.
Cons: The breakfast was not great and no decaf coffee for mom.
Pros: location and they left the breakfast out longer than most places do
Cons: TV didnt work and we had to change out the tv from the room next door on our own the second day of our stay. Floor was dirty No sheet on the bed.

Pros: This motel was perfect for what we needed for our weekend baseball tournament. With the expenses of travel it is nice to have a clean room with everything we needed at a fair price. No bells and whistles, but the A/C was cold and the beds were warm.
Cons: I'd be nitpicking to point out anything.
Cons: Messy, dirty. Ugly. Never again. Stay away.
Pros: The location was great and easy to get back on the expressways. Room was clean and the air was already on, so didn't come in to a very hot room. Room was clean, smelled great. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly.
