There is also a daily energy fee of $25 assessed onsite per unit These 2 charges total $50 a day charge, which you'll find at nearly all St. Thomas resorts. It's an effort to recoup all the loss from recent hurricane damage. The name provided when booking will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation will be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The person responsible for checking into the condo needs to be 21 or over. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.
