Pros (+) Hotel is clean! The rooms were immaculate at check in. Beds were comfortable, and linens and towels were fresh. Front desk staff was able to provide the extra towels and other items we needed. Great location - right across the street from the Salt Palace Convention Center south entrance, and also just a couple of blocks away from City Creek mall. Walking distance to many restaurants and train.
Cons (-) There was no housekeeping during our 3 night stay which we were only told about at check in. I wouldn't have a problem with this as long as it was posted on the hotel website, but it's definitely not. Pros (+) Location was nice and the 24 hour pool area was nice.
Cons (-) Front desk worker who checked me out rushed me and said he didn’t need to give me a receipt for my stay. There were only two towels in the room when we arrived. It was clearly cleaned I a hurry, as there were sticky spots on several surfaces and the carpets still had crumbs in them. There were no towels whatsoever at the pool when we went.
