Pros (+) The only thing we liked was the location, nothing else.
Cons (-) We walked into our room which smelled musty and like mold, there were stains on the carpeting, on the furniture and on the bed there was an old stain and a newer crusty white stain on the bedspread. Carpet was also torn in places, mildew at base of toilet. When we went to tell the front desk we couldn't stay in that room, they just took the key, said ok and walked away!
Pros (+) The breakfast was great! Best one I have come across so far! Good selection!
Cons (-) The room was disgusting they should make every hotel shampoo carpets at least once a month! The beds were clean and the room was picked up but the bathroom needed a deep clean the sink was clogged so it kept backing up! They need to either clean the coffee machine(descale) or replace them!
Pros (+) I spoke with two different women at the front counter at two seperate times. The first was very short with me and a bit rude, the second was friendly and extremely helpful.
Cons (-) Asked to move to a smoking room which was my original reservation but none available at check in and we were put into a filthy room with mold in the bathroom. They had no other rooms available so I was told I would get a discount for the inconvenience. Of course that didn't happen. Also the free breakfast was offered from 6-9am.
