I’ve stayed here before. Location is the only good thing going for this hotel.
Walked into my room to find a large puddle of dirty water by the toilet. Ended up having to throw away my socks. Front desk was useless. Had to wait a while for their “engineer” to come check it out. Overall, poor customer service. I wanted to be moved to a new room. If the maid couldn’t clean up a puddle of dirty water, what else did they decide to not clean. Never staying here again.
In room coffee
Staff did not give any information about hotel, amenities, coffee in lobby, tiered deck on higher floors, location of spa, etc. just handed us keys and pointed to elevator. A little more info up front would have been helpful.
