Staff was great. Restaurant near lobby was delicious. View from the room was amazing. The room was super clean and nice. Although it was pricey, compared to other hotels in the area I though the price was fair. The hotel was in a great location close by public transportation.

First Night I was very dissapointed. Ordering a room with Dill view and getting a room where you harskt could see the water is not ok. Was told that 722 was specified as full view, ok then you need to reclassify. Changing room is a pain, but it was fully worth it and the 2 rooms should absolutely not have same classification

No turn down service, nor water left in room. No coffee/tea maker - had to request.

    Location

We’ve been staying at least one time a year for at least 10 years and service was always great. I’m not sure if it’s because Hyatt has taken over but services were limited or non-existent and staff didn’t seem helpful. The front door and valet service was great as usual.
