Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to popular attractions, public transportation, and lively neighborhoods. Friendly and helpful staff are also mentioned positively in several reviews. However, many guests complain about cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as noise from traffic, construction, and nearby nightlife. The lack of air conditioning and ongoing renovations are also common concerns. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and noise management.AI-Generated from customer reviews
