Poor management. The Quoted price was not honored. The manager made up excuses and rules. I ended up paying double the quoted price. Avoid this place.
Pros. The service was impeccable. House keeping, front desk, concierge, and valet service were 100%.
Pros. Great location, super quick check-in, friendly desk staff, helpful knowledgeable bell staff and the cleaning staff were also friendly and timely. Thank you all! Will definitely stay here again!
Cons. Only complaint was the noisy neighbors with hyper kids running around next door.
Pros. Great location close to all the areas of interest.
Cons. Breakfast was expensive. I suggest going across the street to Denny's for a better value.
Pros. Very nice hotel, the remodeled areas are beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, the location is stellar and the staff are graet.
Cons. I was told that the remodel had changed the layout and contents of the rooms. As a result, I reserved a room with room for four people and arrived to a room that would sleep two. The issue was resolved with rollaway beds (the room was quite large), but that could cause problems for other people.
Pros. Location
Cons. Expensive
Pros. The staff , especially Katie at the front desk went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay wonderful.
Cons. Nothing
Pros. Location, Comfort
Cons. Parking way too expensive.
