Hertz didn’t not honor the reservation because they run out of cars.

Did online order, got to the “mall” and they did NOT Have the car we wanted so then we had to wait while the agent tried to find the Toyota we had ordered. We then had to go to the airport to pick up the car. From my reservation it was quoted as $207.68 and after lots of paperwork and the agent located what I had reserved, it ended up being $518!!! We were told we could not rent the Kia because it could not be driven out of the city limits! The direction to pick up the car was awful; no signage, difficult to find, then more paperwork. Very frustrating!!! In all my years of renting cars, this was the worse experience ever!
