The hotel was ill-maintained, poorly staffed and access was difficult (no signage, driveway under repair, and ill-lit stairs. Breakfast was basic - don't know how they deserve 4 stars.
Personal welcome, and our single room reservation was upgraded to a double. Charming ambiance and decor, within easy walking distance of Sanremo, quiet, nice breakfast, comfortable beds. Our rooms overlooked the front garden, nice and bright. The signposting from the main road could be improved. You see the hotel sign below, but the turning is up a small lane which is not marked with any directional signs. There is another hotel on the way up that hill with no onward directions to the Grand Hotel -- you just have to proceed on faith. I imagine some guests would miss the turning off the main road, and when we arrived we weren't sure where to park as there were no signs indicating parking areas.
Room was clean although outdated. Breakfast service:softmachine out of order;boiled eggs out freezer;ham cheese not cooled served;coffee poor quality.Hotel is outdated & old ; outdated & old furniture.
The reception staffwere off-hand and not helpful. Service at the Bar was (effectively) non-existant
The front desk supervisor was rude. I travel a lot but have never ever faced the situation when a guest says hello at the reception and receives a strange look and no reply+ an arrogant look from the same person every single time while passing the front desk. This is absolutel. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
The receptionists were excellent. The first one knew my name, and they all learnt my room number. Booking-in and out was quick and pain free. The cleaners were efficient and unobtrusive. I liked the easy way the original receptionist helped me with logging-in on my lap-top, and I certainly valued not being charged extra for that. The hotel is obviously 'dated', but even so, I thought a hotel of that quality would have a swimming pool. The room keys were lumpy, and not always easy to use. The modern 'plastic' key is worthwhile. There was only one choice of fruit juice at breakfast, and that tasted artificial.
it's almost 30 years they don't do any maintenance, it's a disaster from window to toilet. I was in room 415.
Nothing. This is not a 4 star...
Location was good The hotel was tired grandeur and did not deserve a 4 star rating. The en suite was cramped and not as clean as I would have expected
First class hotel, all done up in marble and Italian charm with service to match. It wasn't in walking proimity to anything besides the beach. Unless I missed it, and If that's a negative). But the beach and pool are absolutely gorgeous.
Luxurious hotel (didn't visit the spa area), few guests and very attractive "2 nights for 3" price package in the off-season Quite some noise from an event at the beach with loudspeakers reached the terrace and pool area all weekend (daytime). The pool restaurant was too expensive (pasta dish - no sea-food - 23 Euro!).
A bit outdated, but well maintained old luxury hotel. Very beautifully located with a great view on the sea. Spaceous room, good breakfast buffet. the waiters are arrogant and unfriendly
Location is excellent, the service as well.
The hotel setting is glorious overlooking the sea and the pool area if fantastic. Having no iron or ironing facilities on a 5 day stay I only had ironed clothes for three of them and it cost a lot of money to have them done by staff.
Excellent private beach and terrace, air-conditioner working well, cleaning staff tidies up room regularly. Great location, just 5 minutes walk from the main shopping street.
The Spa and the waiters/bartenders/room service. The rooms are disgusting. The furniture is old, worn, and smelly. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The carpet on the stairs is worn thru. The woodwork is broken and worn. The doors are scratched and in disrepair. The bathrooms are moldy. The ceiling tiles are displaced. The bathroom doors are coming apart at the bottoms. The wall plaster is in disrepair. The pool area is moldy. The pool bed cushions are moldy. The pool is horrible. The pool is missing large sections of tile. The wood decking near the pool is uneven and in disrepair. The paint on the exterior of the building is peeling and the upper floor is missing large areas of paint. The hotel is disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE! FILTHY, DIRTY, DISGUSTING.
The hotel is an excellance envirnoment, friendly, genuin interacting with customers and on top of that it is a pradice over looking the lovely medetirenien. Thanks for every body. I should be honest and fair to say, nothing is negetive.
The grandeur of the Hotel. It is very classy and chic. Some staff was very good, friendly and professional. Some staff, especially at the restaurant at the pool was absolutely not suitable for a 5 star hotel.
The position, the service, the pool, the decor and the valet parking and the fact that it met my request for a quiet room
if something to mention - some areas could get some rework for a 5 star.
We enjoyed our stay, the hotel was everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Great location for the casino and all the designer shops. We would stay there again in the future.
Excelent hotel, beautiful room and bathroom, great position, next to the casino, at the beginning of the pedestrian zone at the entrance of the old city. Wonderful view from the balcony. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. Bravo! No.
Good location, suite was comfortable and generous, breakfast setting on roof was excellent with the view, good access to shops, restaraunts and waterfront (short walk of 200 metres) Noisy location as on main Piazza and next to Casino, car parking for unloading was a challenge, but good help from hotel staff, carparking is in a garage some distance from the hotel - but was available and good help from the staff, breakfast choice was a a little disappointing,
Not really sure! We thought it was a three or four star hotel. It was a two star at best! I could not say anything good about this hotel. Room smelled of cigarettes even though we were on the non smoking level. Loud, noisy room. Hard mattress. The maid threw away my wife's facial wipes. We've never had that happen in all our experience in hotels. We could not believe it.
the location of the hotel the access to the hotel is difficult, the parking is 400 meters away, the lighting in the room could be improvedby separating the bathroom lights switches.the bed matresses should be changed as they are deformed already.
the most of all the superb view over the golf and the city, from the roof, where there is also a nice jacuzzi and a refreshments bar! parking still remains a problem, but this is part of the local italian charme!
accommodating staff very much nois from the street till after midnight
Excellent location, service and value.
clean room, friendly staff, hotel is very close to center, casino and beach, and not far from motorway, room had beautiful seaview, generally this is an excellent hotel to stay for holiday, or business. breakfast was every day the same :-(
Central location, friendly helpful staff, room was great size
Your staff is excellent,. The atmossphere at the hotel is very friendly, I felt right at home. I loved it so much so I made a reservation for the enxt year. Noise at 7 am or so garbage pick up. I presume not all rooms have that but mine did
room too small , breakfast poor
We enjoyed breakfast at the pool. The pool was also very quiet and relaxed. The expensive view to the see was mainly covered by beatiful and tall palm trees.
Staff were very friendly and happy to help us with our dismal Italian and speak English for us. Sadly the weather meant we couldn't use the pool, but that wasn't the hotel's fault!!
Location near a clean sandy beach (5 minutes' walk) with reserved spaces on the beach for hotel guests, but also near enough to the city centre to be able to walk to the shops and tourist sites (20 - 30 minutes). Secure car parking available at a reasonable price. Free internet use. Clean swimming pool. Boring breakfast, with menu unchanged for the whole week - cold food only.
Swimming pool Room with balcony breakfast poor-no variety day to day
Clean & well run with good facilities, adjacent to beach & town Staff were reserved & breakfast could have been more varied
Room comfortable and clean. Ok size and nice balcony. Great pool and gardens. Not too far from town. Free wifi. Has an arrangement with private beach club close by. But was very busy and more basic than some.
The service of reception.
nice location and surroundings room was very small and furniture old
A very good welcome having stayed before.Further improvement in the quality and service of breakfast and dinner.Sea viiew room with balcony was excellant. NO
Free Parking As all hotel rooms in Italy, the beds are back breaking hard.
No gym, rooms a bit over valued for the price
It was staying like in museum. Excellent place for relaxing.
Location. Breakfast service end at 09:45, a little too early for people on holiday and with jet lag.
Nice sea view. Poor breakfarst
This hotel was quite old and would have been splendid in it's day, it seemed rather eccentric but in a nice way, so if you like something a little bit out of the ordinary and not a big chain hotel then I would happily recommend this property. The front desk staff were lovely and upgraded us to a sea view room. The bathroom was large and well equipped. We enjoyed our night here.
The placement in front of tehe sea, te view over the city and the bay, the old style of the hotel in general, and also the personel. The night illumination of the room. It is too cold
Room lovely-clean and comfortable. Pool great. Staff friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff, nice pool area, close to San Remo centre, free internet, nice breakfast buffet if you arrive before 9 AM We were traveling with two teenage children and had a confirmed reservation for two rooms next to each other. On arrival we were presented with rooms on different floors. The staff were helpful and found us rooms on the same floor, but not next to each other for the first night. Next morning we were given two adjacent rooms. Thus we saw four different rooms, and the standard was wideranging, to say the least. One of the rooms on the first night smelled very bad, and we would have left the hotel if the staff had not found us new rooms, which were fine for the price. The hotel was in general a bit run down. We were informed that use of deck chairs at the pools were 7 euro per person, but the hotel never charged us.
The sea view from the balcony and close to the beach. And the free big parking place behind the hotel and that the breakfast was included. The ants in the bed and the air-condition did not work in our room. Noisy street outside the hotel.
the pool - also the staff were able to get my room ready fast as I was early - really liked that. :-)
hotel with spirit of aristocraty :) very quiet and relaxing. not modern (design of 19 century). large and beautiful halls. classical music during breakfast. the furniture could be better
This Hotel gave us the impression of Luxury and Class. It was very reasonably price for such a wonderful Hotel. I would stay there again. I loved that it was close to the beach. The only sad thing was the really awesome looking pool was not open yet.
Excellent location, very cozy and clean, closeness to the beach. Very responsive and professional staff
The studio was much bigger than a hotel room for the same price. The sleeping area was separated from the kitchen/diner area, and the kitchen was fantastically equipped. The studio was cleaned every day and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor near the reception area so it was noisy and we could hear conversations of the guests coming in or out of the hotel. If I were to stay again, I would pay more and get rooms at the front of the hotel, as our 'monolocale' was rather dark in comparison. The other small negative thing was that the towels had the consistency of tea towels, but this was outweighed by all the positive things about the hotel, and it was great value for money.
Very friendly staff, and excellent location in San Remo.
The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area and services. The complex seemed very secure due to unobtrusive security gates, shutters etc. The rooms were nicely designed and well equipped. There was an above average range of crockery, cooking utensils etc. in the kitchen, which allowed us to comfortably prepare breakfasts and the occasional lunch. The one downside of my room was that there was no sea view but I knew this at the time of booking, so I certainly can't complain.
Location of hotel, clean enviroment, equiment of room.
Cleanliness and value for money where excellent
loved it - loved the freedom of an apartment but the front office wereexcellent NA
Everithing was very good, clean, the pace of the hotel is good because is in the centre, good very good
its clean and run by helpful staff who can speak english. Good kitchen facilities. Across the road from the beach and just a short walk into the town.
Friendly welcome, nice room, overall cleanliness, good location and superb facilities.
the price and location Very tired and needs massively updating.
Service was good but the hotel is very outdated.I would not stay there again.Construction going on across street from room I was in.
Nice decoration - vintage hotel The air-conditioning was not working and breakfast was very poor.
Cleanliness of room and friendly personnel
We had a magnificent view of the sea. The room was very clean. The staff was nice (for instance, on our arrival, we crossed the cleaning lady in the corridor, she asked us our room number, and directed us to it with a big smile.. Just like that without us even asking).
Crazy ded To have better meal. Bad milk was given.
Close to ocean, Belle Époque dining room, concierge spoke german, english, french and italian. Great breakfast buffet
Very good location. Clean and large room. Exceptional breakfast.
The location was great, the room was large, light and airy, with a large bathroom. It was artistically furnished. No
Very good location of the hotel, friendly staff, nice, spacious and clean room.
very noisy cctv camera just above balcony, despite commenting to reception - nothing was done
The hotel is old and has very old furbishing. I was expecting more luxury from a 4 star hotel based in San Remo.
The hotel is old, I would not rate it a 4 stars (I would say 3), but price is correct.
Location is good very close to San Remo, and very well indicated on the road what make it very easy to find Room was really dirty, had to ask to repaint the wall, change the WC what they did after asking several times..., but the mattress was as well really dirty what was more than disgusting. Breakfast was fair but as well the restaurant was dirty...
Hotel staff was not very attentive. Rooms are rather poor equiped, the furniture is old, air conditioning is poor too. It is very strange that this hotel is 4-stars.
The place was clean, the personnel attentive, the room comfortable, and the price was good. Difficult to find. It is not on TomTom.
the staff was generally helpful. The hotel is not nearly as close to central city as advertised. It is a 20 minute trek, and if you are trying to do it at night...forget it. You will have to take a taxi. The hotel also advertises a shuttle to and from center city, yet this shuttle operates for less than 4 hours a day!!
The room was clean, nice swimming pool, quiet situation, nice breakfast buffet Old infrastructure and shouldn't have 4 stars but 2 only, I do not recommend eating there except for breakfast
Staff was very friendly and attentive to guests
From the pictures on the website and the star rating i was expecting our room to be a lot more luxurious. i booked a superior double room and although large was severly lacking in furniture and comfort. The pillows were rock hard and the decor was very poor. Not worth the money i paid.
Very nice staff, we felt very welcome. We were on our honeymon and they made us feel very special. Very good location in the city and easy to find. Breakfast could be better.
The hotel is on the main square close to shops and cafes and the bus station. It is only a short walk from the harbour and pretty squares where there are lots of restaurants. Would like a hair dryer to be provided
The location is great if the main purpose of your stay in San Remo is shopping! Maybe the staff of the hotel could have been more helpful when we asked for information about busses and trains leaving from San Remo. Lack of language skills, maybe?
The hotel is right in the centre of the city, a short walk from restaurants at the port. It has parkng. Nothing.
The hotel is nice and comfortable and situated in the city of San Remo. The owners family is verry frindly and makes everything possible. The hotel is verry clean and everything is new. 200m to the beach.
Location Our room was noisy.
location was perfect!! breakfast was till 10:30, but arrived at 10 and pretty much was completely finished and the waiter wasn't very helpful. so if you want breakfast... go early!
The location was excellent in the centre easy to walk round the town andharbour. The parking at the hotel was a nightmare not a very big car park and you tended to get wedged in then had to wait for one of the staff to move the cars that was if the owners left their keys!
Close to old City. Limited car parking
The hotel staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean & in a good location. The hotel were not able to provide an Iron, the bathroom & shower were very small. The bed was very uncomfortable.
The beds were good. TV Channel selection was poor. Shower water pressure was terrible and bathroom was not clean smelling. Power access was limited in the room.
Central location, great view from our room
Beautiful location with view of the sea. Very close to the downtown shopping area. friendly staff and very good breakfast. The shower stall was cramped and inconvenient.
It was very central to every thing It said that there was parking available, what it actually meant was parking in the ordinary street
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very central close to the beach and also the shopping. The view especially from the breakfast area was very nice. No the reviews were very accurate so there was no negative shocks or surprises.
Great staff. Room was nice and cool. Good price for location. Located on 4th floor and up with unreliable elevator. Only issue we had.
Very good personal, good location and free parking
Service and lokation was very good The breakfast was not the best, you have to ask for more bread and orange, make a tabel with orange, bread, a coffemacine, so the guest self can take what there want.
Breakfast was ok. There were so many things that I don't know where to start from. The staff was so bored that our coming there looked like a torture to them. The room was probably cleaned the last time during the 50's, such was the level of dust on the furniture. We also found gum sticked to the bed and the water for the shower lacked pressure and stability (either too warm or too cold). Also the plugs didn't work, so make sure you bring your telephone already at full battery.
Good location Very tiny rooms in a bad condition.
The location is excellent, close to the sea and to the center. It's located on a back street, up in a very nice garden. It would look fabulous if better maintained. At least the bathrooms looked clean. When we started the climatisation, it smell like used socks. It faded after a while. One of the rooms looked pretty bad maintained. Another one looked fine.
restaurant only open 1 night
It's a nice hotel, very clean, close to the beach and the city center, easy to find. I recommend.
Friendly and helpful staff, quiet location close to the sea, sea view from the balcony Room definitely needs refurbishment, towels and bed sheets have some unpleasant smell, no fruits/vegetables for breakfast.
Attractive building and helpful staff Breakfast was poor with no fresh croissant, bread or pastries ham or cheese but coffee was good.
I enjoyed talking to friendly staff and having the breakky at the garden. I had a very clean room, and spacious. It is very close to the railway station, to the city centre and beach. Simple hotel (book anywhere else if you are looking for luxury), but good value for money.
very nice staff, breakfast in the garden is magnific, big rooms
Great staff, good breakfast and great location.
The area in which the hotel was located and the staff were friendly. Breakfast good too in the garden. The directions on booking.com were cmpletely wrong though and it took us 40 minutes after a long drive to find the hotel. I think you need to take another look at that. A little tired, but I can understand that. It's expensive trying to update large hotels like this. The bedrooms are too small for 4 people, but for one night you can deal with it. It was also noisy, again expectd with a hotel I guess.
The location of the hotel relative to the train station was excellent. Although we arrived early, the hotel staff welcomed us and looked after our luggage until our room was ready. They also offered refreshments. A very good effort to communicate with us in English was appreciated. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise - not expansive but adequate. The room was quite simple but clean and cool. We had a room looking out to the back alley so the view was minimal, however, we appreciated the lack of traffic noise. Travellers tip - Having eaten our fill of pizzeria fare, we searched for somewhere serving roast chicken. We found the Buena Vista Restaurant near the Casino. We were treated like royalty and had a wonderful Argentian meal. Although very clean, the beds and pillows were not the most comfortable.
Being handed a beer on the house on arrival. Gps didnt pick up the street which made it hard to find although it is v central.
Excellent attention. The hotel is very well situated, close to the train station and very good beaches. The room wasry, large and quiet. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has a unique style and it is a place were we would def like to stay again.
The staff in the hotel were friendly and more than helpful .The rooms were very clean and the hotel was very child friendly.
The hotel has the beauiful garden, which has been kept in manner by the dedicate gardener. The hotel locate between train station and central as well as near from the seaside, which is good location. The hotel staffs are kind and try to communicate with English. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed cafe in the garden every morning. All of the rooms locate ground floor in the attractive old italian building, where we can enjoy the view of the beautiful garden.
the hotel was very nice in general , a modernist era building filled with antique collections of the owner , in a beautiful setting. the entrance of the hotel is unusual and interesting at the same time.the staff were friendly and nice although not all were english speaking.the service was excellent.the view from rooms were amazing specially at sunrise. no internet in the rooms,no english channels on tv, shower too small but otherwise nice, all they have to do is to remove the bulky shower enclosure and replace with a more modern glass partition.everything else was nice.
Excellent location, wonderful view and friendly staff, however most of them don't speak English. The hotel looks much better from inside then from outside, but the view and peaceful atmosphere compensates all. They should do something with the closets; they remind me the good, old 70s in the Soviet Union.
nice big room looking over to the sea, breakfast was very nice and served at the pool if desired the staff wasn't very nice though they provided all we asked for, the staff, and the entrance to the hotel through the parking is a bit wierd
Situated centrally between Bordigera and San Remo with free parking facility. View from hotel is magnificent with beautiful gardens, sea and heated swimming pool. Its was worth the half price we paid.
Staff were particularly helpful. Many amenities for the price. Fine breakfast included. Lovely sea-view from balcony. Enjoyed spa facilities. Good entertainment in Grand Salon on Sat. night - talented piano player who sang. Pleasant barman who knows how to make a cocktail. Perhaps not for the person who is in Bordighera to stroll through the market, as the hotel is not walking-distance from Le Marché. We managed to park but hotel was far from full - when it is, parking must be rough.
Very nice and quiet located hotel. Classical luxury. Good breakfast buffet, nice rooms, spacious balconies with maximum of privacy, because of separation walls. Comfortable and spacious lounge. All rooms with front sea and garden view. Matrasses were quit stiff, but still acceptable. Walking distance to Bordighera was approx. 30 min. (although on a save pavement and there's also a bus service every 15').
Clean room. Quiet location. Distance from beach and town centre.
Good location, elegant building, nice sunny room with 'vista mare', proper parking, kitchen in the standard room !!! Shower facilities a little bit worn out.
Quiet peaceful location. Pool Far from town centre but shuttle bus provided was very useful.
Great view Quite far from town, terrible road to hotel, breakfast coffee not worthy for Italy, no wlan, pool was not in such a good shape anymore at the end of the season
splendid view, excellent pool, spacious room with a huge terrass, very nice, modern design, design lobby, fine parking facilities (included in price), excellent value for the money overall a lot of little things didn't work like the lock on the terrass sliding door, the in-room safe, the shade that supposed to roll down over the sliding door. Also, the dog was not welcome everywhere and the staff was not always nice about explaining the rules. The restaurant only offers one fixed price menu for each meal which was odd and it was decorated as though we were at a wedding reception. The place deserves WIFI internet access, instead they treat you like a criminal when signing up to use the Internet machine in the lobby.
location, bed comfort too old facilities in noway a 4 star hotel
The owners or mgt. of the Hotel are very good people and provide you with good information and attention The decoration of the room is really very good Shower is too small ( 1 square metter ), in the Suite Orchidea ; Parking is Difficult
Everything was great :)
friendly and helpful staff poor coffee at breakfast
Friendly and helpful staff. Willing to store bags when we arrived early. Excellent restaurant suggestion. Exceptional breakfast. Public rooms more characterful than our room. The hotel does have other rooms with more luxe.Note, about 20 steps up to the front door. Porter available once you get inside! Very convenient to train station. Quite a bit of road noise. Fortunately, we could close doors to inside porch and bathroom with A/C on. Just a fact of life in an older hotel right on the main street.
Charming hotel, friendly staff but not 4 star hotel. Needs "facelift"!!
safe free of charge. refrigerator in the room. sofa for a kid small pool in the open air (and his location was not coinside with the ad that we saw on TV: not in the roof or last floor). very noise outside (so, don't forget to close the window)
Soaker tub, friendly staff, decor Parking was limited and difficult to enter.
The staff were very friendly and mad us feel very welcome. The breakfast was excellent. The bathrooms could use some upgrades
Small, intimate hotel. Excellent breakfast. Rooms have names, not number what makes you feel like home.
Room and view lovely very clean Never seemed to be anyone on duty in the bar
2 room apartment was very nice, spacious, with 3 balcony with sea-view.Breakfast was nice in the luxury restaurant.
Staffs are very much responsive and helpful. I asked car arrangement from Nice airport and they sent a nice taxi for me at discounted rate.
. We were very disappointed with the general standard and Booking .com would really have to be more careful offering a hotel of this standard at the prices on offer. Based on our experience we would be very slow to rely on booking.com to book a hotel in the future. The hotel did not reflect the description on the web site. The picture of the Casino which is opposite looks like it is the entrance to the hotel. We only realised it was not when we arrived there. The web says that the hotel had recently been completely refurbished. The only part that appeared to be refubished was the dining room. The rooms were old fashioned and depressing with the wall paper torn in places. The lift was a joke and had difficulty reaching the floor we were on.
Excellent hotel with almost 100 years old traditions of hospitality. Located in one of the best parts of San Remo. Excellent concierge service (Sandra). Excellent housekeeping (changed entire bed linen daily). Exclusive restaurant. For our family of three, we had a very spacious room with a huge balcony/terrace and a great view on the sea and San Remo. Perfect location for soaking up the sun and/or sightseeing trips to the Italian and French Riviera. We even extended our stay. Loved the hotel, loved San Remo, loved Italy. The city gave us some parking hustle during the Air Show and the Rally (our parking space was commissioned). But with the hotel's staff help it was resulted easily.
The entire staff were extremely pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. We were made very welcome from the start and it continued throughout our stay. Very good food. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and service couldn't be faulted so we ate every meal in the restaurant. The room was much larger than we expected with a wonderful sea view. Excellent proximity to shops and beach. Easy and reasonably priced parking. Really good value for money. Being so close to Italy, we visit Sanremo often and have stayed in numerous hotels. This trip was to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. We will now certainly be using this hotel in future. A big thank you to the receptionists and our waiter.
The hotel itself is a really nice example of grand architecture dating back to the 30's, duly updated and with all modern conveniences. Excellent breakfast and good meals at very, very reasonable prices for the area. The only negative thing, which for us was really a major disappointment, was the unbelievable streeet noise. It spoilt the entire holiday, 5 days. even on the 4thflooritwas unbearable and forced us to keep the French window shut almost all the time and prevented us from enjoying the spectacular views over the beautiful sea. We even had to keep it closed at night. The traffic just did not stop except for a few hours in the middle of the night. Of course it is not the hotel's fault, but if you seek peace and quiet, look for another location. Because of this, we will not go back. It's probably a lot quieter in the rooms at the back, but they do not have sea views.
the staff were very helpfull and freindly
Friendliness of staff, size of room and bathroom, aircon, city centre location, parking.
Nice & quiet hotel in the town centre. Free parking, very friendly hotel staff and beautiful rooms made our stay relaxing and comfortable.
The staff was very helpful and professional. The parking was great and so too was the breakfast. The room was large and clean. A perfect place to stay.
The hotel was centrally located and very comfortable.
Good Location. The guy in the door at 2pm Loud like he......
This is a 2/3 star hotel with a brilliant location in the centre of Sanremo. It is family run with very friendly staff throughout who go out of their way to please. There is also free parking in the front garden of the hotel. We stayed for 16 nights for a European bridge championship in June 2009
Nicely located near the beach and the casino. Surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to the casino which is open until 3 am (with the windows closed). Courteous, friendly and helpful staff.
