10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really enjoyed our stay here; the location was perfect, our room was gorgeous, and Daniel made our stay extra special with the romantic package: a bottle of cava, fresh fruit platter, flowers, a personal photo and a little quote printed out for my wife. Do note that there are stairs to the room and while we were perfectly soundproofed from the outside we could hear our neighbors television when they turned it up loud. Still, was the perfect stop on our honeymoon.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about the apartment, tastefully done. Comfortable bed with lovely linen and towels. Our host was very attentive and popped in to make sure we were comfortable.
Cons: A blutooth speaker would make this apartment perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was absolutely amazing! It is just as the pictures show, with all the nice touches. The location is excellent, right in the centre and literally about 25 metres the the Haro town square. The apartment is around a 5-10 minute walk to all the main bodegas such a Roda, Muga etc.

Cons: While the La Rioja area and La Capellania were very pleasant, San Asensio didn't have much to offer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were given a great welcome and some excellent advice about towns to visit in the area. We enjoyed two excellent meals based on Mercedes and Clara’s good recommendations. The breakfast was perfect with some fresh bakery goods, cheese, cold meats, fruit, yogurt, juice.
Cons: This is nothing to do with the property but the village restaurants were closed on Mondays and as it happened Tuesday too. Eat your main meal in another location as there isn’t much else when the restaurants are closed. We resorted to supermarket and a picnic at the hotel courtyard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: truly excellent hosts
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners/hosts were very pleasant, prepared a nice breakfast & excelled in helping us plan, in English, trips to bodegas & restaurants. The beautiful building is a converted chaplain residence. The room was lovely & extremely spacious.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very charming old building, done up very elegantly big room and bath room..
Cons: Nothing - but the town has limited facilities. Bars but no restaurants on week days
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a converted former home of the pastor in this small Riojan town. It's only a couple of blocks from the small town center with an old church and a few bars where you can grab a beer, some wine or some tapas. Oh, and they had an elevator, which is a big plus for these old converted buildings. The owners were on site and very friendly
Cons: The tub wall was bit high to step into..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really helpful and friendly staff and very good breakfast.
Cons: Beds were a bit uncomfortable but I’m struggling to find anything negative to say!

Clara & Mercedes will make you feel so welcome and provide you (each day) with wonderful tips about sights to see or things to do or recommend delicious places to eat! Thank you very much Clara & Mercedes for making our stay so perfect!

9.5 Excellent (226 reviews)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything in the hotel was great. It's an old 17th century building, but it's very well done and has been thoughtfully renovated. There was a rainforest shower that also has jets from the wall (you'd probably expect to see it in a modern 4 or 5 start hotel, but never in a medieval building). Another thoughtful detail - there are automatic window blinds that prevent the room from getting too light in the morning. The breakfast deserves a special mentioning - it's delicious, and the quality of products is very good. The owner is very nice and friendly, she helped us arrange a visit to one of the bodegas nearby, gave a lot of useful recommendations and even lent us bikes to go to the neighbouring town.
Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like, everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant 4 night stay. Beautiful large room with large terrace and incredible views of the vineyards and mountains. Highly recommend this gracious home and it’s kind staff.
Cons: The town of San Vincente de la Sonsierra didn’t have much to offer in dining. Could have been the time of year (early October) although the grape harvest was in full swing. No reflection on Casa Boticario.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very kind and beautiful room
Cons: Breakfast was sparse
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is so beautifully decorated throughout with numerous lounges , library & elegant dining room. Our room was large & very comfortable with a terrace overlooking vineyards. The breakfast was delicious, continental, with fresh Orange juice & lots of fresh fruits.Bread & cakes. There was an honesty bar stocked with wines & spirits & tea & coffee available, with indoor or outdoor seating. The owner was so friendly & very helpful with suggestions of what to do & where to go.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The way we were greeted upon arrival and the treatment throughout our stay was excellent,
Cons: Eggs provided for breakfast would have been great but the breakfast was still wonderful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic boutique hotel in great location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a view from our room! We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and particularly appreciated the very warm welcome and friendly advice which were provided. The breakfasts were of a high class. The internet worked very well. The owners have created a great, modern hotel from the shell of the family home which they once occupied. The town is very centrally located for visiting the Rioja region and its wineries.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a very elegant house in a central location of San Visente de la Sonsierra and San Vicente is in the Heart of the Rioja Alta. It is the perfect location for visiting wineries in the Rioja Alta, specially during the Vendimia.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cute hotel in a small medieval town. This old house of a pharmacist has been beautifully converted into a hotel. Lots of the old furniture has been restored and the place almost feels like a museum. The owners are very helpful in giving recommendations to explore the area.
Cons: Some eggs for breakfast would be nice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved this hotel! Room was quite large and quiet, bed was very comfortable, and shower was excellent. The woman that owns it was extremely helpful. And the village of St. Vincente de la Sonsierra is just so charming.

Pros: Authentic experience. The hotels is in a 500yrs+ old building, beautifully decorated and comfy. Amayana gave great recommendations and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amaia and William are excellent hosts who advise on points of interest in the area - very good advice te restaurants both of which were exceptional A lovely breakfast each morning !
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived early and Amaia was so kind as to let us pick which room we preferred and had it ready promptly. She was super sweet and accommodating. The town was again, so quaint! Now, they do not really have any restaurants or grocery stores in the ares, but there are several great wineries only minutes away by foot. Our favorite part though, was the amazing walk through the vineyards, down a dirt road to another town nearby called Villabuena, where they have several restaurants and even a grocery store there. Note, they do NOT have AC but Amaia quickly provided us with a fan, which was perfect. The views are fantastic with the mountains right behind you. We really enjoyed our stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I don't usually write comments on Booking but this property I had to rate with more than just 5 stars. Amaia her husband and her mother are fantastic hosts. The house is a renovated old village house in which the original walls and wooden parts have been renewed maintaining all of it's original style. Our room was under the roof which in the hot days made it warm, but Amaia sent her husband to install a small detachable air conditioner in order to ensure that we are comfortable. In the morning breakfast was served in the house kitchen at a long table with only homemade goodies. It was like being at grandma's house. So tasty and so homey. The host showed us on the map what is worthwhile in the area and had every morning a good advice. The location is perfect to do a tour of the Rioja wineries. You can do 2 or 3 a day plus 1 or 2 villages. We left every morning and came back in the evening, tired but happy and with lots of wines. By the way in the village there is an incredible bodega that you should not miss Remírez de Ganuza. It is small but I discovered one of the best wines of the area. All in all if you visit Rioja make sure you make Amaia's Casa Rural La Molinera Etxea in Samaniego your headquarter.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amia was a very gracious host. We really enjoyed our stay. We had winery trips booked for us to places we would not have gone to without local knowledge, but were excellent. Restaurant recommendations were perfect, and the breakfasts were all we could ask for. All in all a very pleasant and restful stay
Cons: The weather on the last day!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful house with original features, breakfast was excellent and Amaia super friendly and helpful, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Rioja, we will be back
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The familiarity of the owner and how easy everything was to be a guest. The House is very comfortable and they have best mattress I have ever slept on. Breakfast is a must with Amaia and her team providing us with useful information about the area.

Pros: The whole ambience
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely family hotel with great hosts . exceeded all our expectations ! Not only the hotel itself , also the village ,the scenery , the surroundings and above all the different wineries (Bodegas) . Special mention for the hosts (Pedro & Irena) always ready to help out and give us useful information. Like many other visitors we appreciated the breakfast (huge variety - local food & healthy food) ! But also the spacious room / clean bathroom ...
Cons: Not applicable
4.3 Okay
Pros: We had no hot water for our showers, we asked the owner to come and look at the shower, and he tried to get it hot, but when he ran the water it was still only tepid, no apology! This is a basic need, so we would not recommend this hotel! They also switched off the WiFi late at 12.15, once again when it states free WiFi at anytime that’s what you expect! On checking out the owners wife said that her husband should have offered us another room for our showers, we explained that he did not, so we had no shower during our stay......not good enough! We were given a discount of €10, but this is not what we needed, our hot shower was a necessity after travelling! Avoid this hotel if you need a hot shower.
Cons: No hot water for a shower, and no apology! WiFi was not on all the time, although they advertise it to be available at all times!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place! I just loved it. Hotel staff were the best! I will definitely come back. Highly recommend . Ahhh, not expensive at all ;)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and cosy in a pitoresque village with greate views. Easy access to country side and nearby wineries.
Cons: unfortunaterly the village is being depopulated and many of the houses are mere ruins.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Owners were very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with lovely bread, eggs and local honey, cheese and ham.
Cons: No tea and coffee facilities or fridge. Restaurant choices were limited to the bar on the square (which was fine for a couple of nights). Parking is a bit problematic!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A pleasant hotel.not very big but comfortable with bright cheerful room and good breakfast
Cons: There was a jacussi in the bathroom. Pity it did not function
9.5 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were very welcoming. We got a glass of wine when we arrived. Our host Javier brought us to a nice restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was delicious and relaxing. Overall a pleasant experience.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: very welcoming and helpful hosts.excellent breakfast.
Cons: all excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Only a 7 bedroomed hotel, but rooms a good size and most facing the grape vines and mountain backdrop - fabulous. Current owners have only had hotel for 3 weeks, but they are lovely people who looked after us well. They do not live on the property and we were given a key to get ourselves in and out of the property. A really nice hotel, very clean and with a roof top area for sunbathing. Property situated in a village, but a working area for vineyards. Good location for visiting Rioja Region.
Cons: Not so much a dislike, but it would have been nice if the hotel could have provided evening meals; we arrived Ona Sunday and only able to get limited tapas from a local bar. Monday night not much better, we only found one restaurant in the village and this seemed to be shut. Owners have indicated that providing evening meals is part of there long term plans. We stayed 3 nights and would definitely return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Javier and Ana are the best hosts we have ever had! El Mirador de la Chana is located in the most beautiful of spots; overlooking vineyards and valleys and mountains of the Rioja region. The rooms have a beautiful view and the welcome and service we received from the owners was so very warm, we felt at home! Our stay was short, only for two nights and the owners helped us make the most of it by giving us advice on the most beautiful places to visit and some of the most traditional bodegas in the region, where again we were very well received. Definitly recommended, would say a must stay if you are planning on visiting La Rioja. We were really reluctant to leave and are already planning our next visit and stay at El Mirador de la Chana. Muchas Gracias Javier y Ana por todo! Nina and George.

Cons: No air conditioning
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff/family were lovely. Great breakfast and super dinner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The situation, on the edge of the Rioja area is excellent. The view from our room over the Rioja Alavesa over to the Sierras on the other side was great. The room was well equipped and very comfortable, and the internal and room decorations were very tasteful and had clearly had much spent on them. The food was excellent, with a very nicely cooked and presented evening meal, and a substantial and varied breakfast. The hotel has its own Rioja wine label and both red and white were of superb high quality (we bought extra to take away). Staff were helpful and pleasant. A nice extra touch was a water cooler machine on the mid landing (first floor, the rooms are on first and second floor) where you could fill glass (very important - not plastic) bottles provided for the room. Oh, and the parking onsite is good and secure (not that crime will be a problem in the attractive little village).
Cons: Can't think of anything that could be improved.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An amazing hotel with a really exclusive and friendly feel. The traditional stone building is very impressive and the interior is tranquil and relaxing with a great mix of traditional and modern features. The bedroom and ensuite was very well presented and felt spacious especially with the high ceilings and the thick exterior walls really help to keep the whole place cool, which given the incredibly hot weather we encountered was a real bonus. The food and beverage side is equally as impressive as the accommodation and we ate in for most meals during our stay; the breakfast was fresh and wholesome with fruit, yogurt, honey, cereals and a cooked breakfast with all of the usual accompaniments. Dinner was a simple menu of sharing tapas, starters, mains and desserts and everything we experienced was prepared to perfection! Almost goes without saying that the choice of wines and other drinks available was epic and at such reasonable prices too. The staff were also really friendly, helpful and accommodating to any requests we had during our stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very modernistic hotel that surprises with you it’s design and thoroughly modern design. It may not be for everyone with the shower and sinks in the midst of the room but we enjoyed this unique design. All the public places were modern and spacious. Wonderful terrace overlooking the river and a very nice restaurant and wine bar. The town is so quiet and small which makes this a very relaxing place from which to explore Rioja.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful hotel with wonderful original features, such as the waterfall in the cellar with seating to enjoy a glass of wine. The terrace is stunning with great views of the river and perfect for another glass of wine! Great location and a scenic walk along the river to Haro for a day of more wine tasting. The barman went out of his way to perfect Espresso Martinis for me.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The property is very nice, in a quiet little village but very close to Haro.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, great food, great staff.
Cons: No coffee machine in the room, no complementary water, no robes.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent 3 night stay in this fabulous hotel. The first night was a great experience in the restaurant. The food was cooked really well and very tasty. However the second night was a real disappointment. I had the same dish as my wife had the previous night but this time is was no where near the same standard. The roasted Garlic was well undercooked and the rosemary seemed to be an after thought. the fillet steak was very pale. I did mention this to the staff but only got a shrug of the shoulders. That said I didn't let it spoil are otherwise perfect stay.
Cons: Better consistency in the restaurant.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view from our corner room was AMAZING. The breakfast was great.
Cons: The dinner restaurant at the hotel was not good. The bed was hard, but that's just a Europe thing.

Pros: Great hotel in the middle of la rioja. Good location to plan your trip. Very nice rooms, very good service, great restaurant, lunchbar and winebar. Roof top bar, hot during the day but very nice in the evening with a nice glass of wine!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great design and food
Cons: The level of service for dinner was very unbalanced compared to the quality of the food.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect for visiting major wineries located nearby. Design of the hotel is impressive and unusual for the small town hotel located far from large cities. Very helpful and responsive staff, rather spacious room and nice restaurant. In general, good stay and impressions, thanks.
Cons: The hotel seems to require some renovation - the surroundings and greenery look a bit "aged" and in need of watering and some basic update. We also experienced disturbing noise from the drain/plumbing of the room nearby or in general for our floor for the whole night, unfortunately.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Viura is in a beautiful building. Rooms are absolutely great : roomy, well lit, comfortable and simple yet stylish. Our host was fantastic. We had two rooms as we were traveling as family. Our host gave us two rooms in one passage which also had a 3rd door that makes our two rooms like a house! Hotel is located in a small quiet town with number of bodegas. Breakfast was awesome, service could be bit better at breakfast.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, and very nice building. Big rooms with great service, including an amazing restaurant with local products.
Cons: It would be better to have airco at the gym, it was too hot. For the rest, all great.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in the small village of Villabuena de Alava in the center of Rioja Alavesa production. It is an ideal place for a base to tour wineries and explore the area. The roof top terrace is very nice.
Cons: Would have liked a pool, but the rooftop terrace worked well for time in the sun.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location for a visit to La Rioja, very welcoming to a family. Great staff, spacious and well designed rooms. Food of very good quality, great to have pool across the road for kids.
Cons: Not very much not to like, though they seemed to struggle with kitchen performance - many dishes took a long time to deliver (45min+ for simple deserts) and we heard kitchen staff have a very loud argument during breakfast. Not really acceptable for a hotel of this standard and price bracket.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous and amazing location
Cons: Food was not good at all
6.8 Good
Pros: excellent food evening and breakfast
Cons: no english tv no pool despite booking.com saying there is
Pensión Boutique Marisa - San Asensio - Building
10
8.9 Excellent (335 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Casa Marisa is a designer rural property in San Asensio in northern La Rioja.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean and breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff
Cons: A little difficult to find ... Quite away from any walking distance activity
8.0 Excellent
Pros: only an hours drive from Bilbao for the mid-morning ferry back to Portsmouth
Cons: the set evening meal at 22euros per head!! faulty air con in bedroom and no one to contact on site
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the breakfast was very good and Marisa took great care of us.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Marisa was amazingly pleasant and friendly. Although she was not very fluent in English, we were able to communicate for the most part. She was very kind to arrange the winery visit and took us to the winery. We had dinner onsite and the food was great. The setting of the hotel seemed rural and remote, but the comfortable and well equipped rooms and the restaurant made a great stay. We really enjoyed our stay and Marisa's hospitality very much. Thank you, Marisa.
Cons: The mattress seemed a bit old and thin. I could feel the spring inside. So my sleep was not as good at the hotel. Not sure why the bathroom has glass wall and door. The wall does have the curtain, but there was no curtain on the door. Would prefer more privacy for the bathroom. Would be even greater if there was someone who could speak more English.
6.3 Good
Pros: Sorry but i am a landscape photographer and was out and about at 6.30, so no time to hang around as i always need the first light.
Cons: As the tourist season was over and there was no lounge i'm afraid it was straight to bed. This was not disastrous for me as i needed to get to bed early to catch the first morning light.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff and owner very friendly and accommodating.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Very attentive host.
Cons: The location belies the label of Casa Rural as it is situated next to an industrial complex. Unfortunately the village had little to offer in the way of restaurants although a nearby village, Briones, was much more lively.

Pros: Very pretty. Lovely room. Beautiful bed linen and towels
Cons: Nothing but the local area was sadly lacking in cafes or bars. We only found a couple.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff was always polite and helpful despite our poor Spanish. The rooms were clean. The view out of our bathroom window was spectacular! The building is old but classic and charming. It was the cherry on top of a beautiful week in Rioja.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good with good choice. For a quiet, relaxing, eco-friendly stay this was perfect. Excellent walking and nature area, but close to Guadalupe and Trujillo for history. Evening meals delicious. Host very knowledgeable and speaks excellent English.
Cons: The track up from the main road is very rocky and could be difficult for some low-slung cars.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a very good stay in Brinas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was large and varied . Agreat location for experiencing the Rioja wine region.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Old world charm in the centre of a one-horse town, with 3 bars, gorgeous church, two hotels, River Ebro - serving as the portal to the Rioja region. Hotel was absolutely gorgeous probably 400+ years old...creaky floorboards, old style big heavy doors, beautiful 8nterior stylish decor.
Cons: Not a lot - adjacent to a modern block of flats which overlooked the car parking area so a little circumspect but only a minor concern...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is located in a historic building. I loved the design, the antique furniture, the atmosphere, the village where the hotel is located, the closeness to well-known wineries. The room was unusually large. Very recommended hotel.
Cons: would have preferred the reception staff to understand English (although everyone was courteous).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Piece and quiet, nice decoration. Staff very friendly. And very very very nice tapas.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old building and lovely rustic feel to compliment it. Spectacular view from the bedroom of the mountains and countryside. Very quiet and peaceful and only a five minute drive from Haro, which has some great bodges, but is not so picturesque to stay in.

Pros: Beautiful accommodation. Really helpful staff. Fabulous setting.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Mirador del Ebro next to the Hotel offers amazing view over La Rioja and Ebro River. Take a stroll next to the Ebro river and enjoy the tranquility! Also, all important Bodegas is Haro are only 5 minutes by car.
Cons: Interior design and wall paintings are at the edge of kitsch.

Pros: This was a beautiful old building and one of the highlights of our trip. It had so much character, the breakfast was good, the staff friendly, the room so quiet and quaint, the village so typical of the area.

Cons: Tired decor, wasted use of atrium space. Staff completely indifferent. It was kind of depressing overall.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location and history of the hotel. The atrium was especially lovely.
Cons: The attitude of the two people serving at breakfast. Breakfast was served TIL 11 o’clock but they started clearing away exactly at 11 and did not make us at all welcome because we arrived for breakfast at quarter to 11. It was made obvious that we had to be very very quick and they started removing all the items.

Pros: The room was clean with comfortable beds and well functioning air conditioning. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant and the Menú del Día was superb. There is a comfortable patio in a courtyard just outside the hotel as well, which is nice. Overall excellent location in the town.
Cons: There was street parking just outside the hotel, but make sure that you find the meter and pay for parking or you will get a ticket! I did not think to ask about the parking when we arrived, as it appeared to be free.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, friendly staff
Cons: Personnel at the bar
6.8 Good
Pros: Good location, friendly staff.
Cons: There was a bright light above our door that didn't have a switch to turn it off. I think it was an emergency light, but it was really bright and made it difficult to sleep. I ended up hanging my jacket over it to 'turn it off'. The air conditioner in the room also had really bright lights. Together, these kept the room too bright at night for ideal sleeping conditions.

Pros: We stayed at the location where the restaurant is located. The views of the area from our room were spectacular! The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. I still don’t understand how it is a one star hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious!
Cons: Everything was great! If I had to pick something, it would be two pillows per person.

Cons: There was nothing that we did not like about the property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room is fantastic with absolutely beautiful views - no charge for the magnificent display of swifts flying right in front of your floor to ceiling opening window. Wow. The hosts are generous and professional. Breakfast excellent. Restaurant serves good quality food at reasonable prices. Briones is a beautiful place to stay.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: There are two accommodation buildings - some rooms are in the antique building where the restaurant is, the other building is a refurbished building about 100 yards down the road. The older one is more characterful, but not quite so well appointed but nontheless comfortable and with a vista across the Rioja countryside. The newer one is really great, nicely refurbished with modern facilities but still characterful, with great views. Breakfast was good.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views. Nice staff.
Cons: During one of the nights we did not have internet access.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: On our road trip through Spain we chose LOS CALAOS to spend a few days in La Rioja. Luckily, we got one of the rooms directly above the restaurant with a great view over the Ebro valley - simply amazing! The owners of the hotel were exceptionally kind and always helpful. For a small surcharge there was a very tasty breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs, ham, cheese and various pastries as well as coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Also the food in the restaurant is highly recommended for dinner. Briones is a very small yet charming town from where you can start different tours like Mountainbike trips. The fact that we were travelling by car was only an advantage

4.5 Okay
Pros: To be honest not very much
Cons: The hotel' standards are below what we have experienced in the past. There was a coach load of tourists in the hotel and the noise was very disturbing, tvs on until the late at night (2.00am) and very noisy in the early morning when the coach party were leaving and the cleaners dragging furniture across the floors. Very poor food in the evening and the staff had that couldn't care less attitude when we complained.
