Pros: State-of-the-art hotel, Very good dinner ( chef from Lima! ), Swimming pool on the top is great with view. All employees are helpful. Some more English for the restaurant staff would be beneficial.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The girl who was attending in the buffet when I asked something she turned around and ignored me..
6.7 Good
Pros: Everything (spa massages were great)
Cons: The staff! The night “Mannager” was the worst on solving clients issues. I wasn’t the only one that think this.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: All excellent apart from pool area was dirty following party the night before. I had to go down to reception to ask to clean and bring towels.
Cons: All excellent apart from pool area was dirty following party the night before. I had to go down to reception to ask to clean and bring towels.
6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel offers the best breakfast in town. Hotel staff is well trained and more attentive than most other hotels in Bolivia. The view from the roof is beautiful and the place is clean.
Cons: Unfortunately the property is located at the wrong side of the river. There is only one bridge with one lane in every direction. Due to increasing traffic it takes a long time during rush hour to get into town or the airport. In case of an accident I imagine you are trapped. The design of the property is very cold. Materials applied are obviously very cheap. My room had not a single dual plug for electricity, which is standard in Bolivia!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: As always, staying at the Radisson is a good experience. Facilities are very good, and the staff is helpful.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: During our first stay we were at the rooms 640 and 641. That was good without being fantastic, but this time we were at the rooms 540 and 541. They exceeded our expectations. Bathroom, bedrooms and living room were spotless. The attention to detail is really good and the staff was always happy to help. We also used the jacuzzi and covered swimming pool this time and that made our holiday truly remarkable. The breakfast buffet as before was excellent. Camino real is without a thought one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in Santa Cruz. The staff made sure to go the extra mile to fulfill our requirements (like late check out for example) and we are grateful and happy to have chosen them again. We would certainly recommend this excellent hotel.

Pros: We stayed in a stidio apartment , and it was very well appointed with everything we could need for an enjoyable 10 day stay . The comfort of the large bed ,to the great kitchen and fabulous batroom ...everything was perfect . It was kept spotlessly clean as were the common areas and the pool on the rooftop had lovely views over the city . The staff were very helpful and accomodating , even though they didnt speak english . The position in a quiet residential area was convenient to the supermarket and short walk to the Plaza in the centre of the old part if town . We had a very enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to recommend this boutique apartment accommodation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was sparkly clean, comfy and spacious. Everything felt brand new. Nice bed too. Breakfast was very good. Staff was really nice and helpful.
Cons: Although you have a sign in the kitchenette that tells you there are other appliances you can ask for, free of charge, it still felt like it needed some extra items, like dish soap, kitchen towels, napkins, etc

Good shower and perfect location a few blocks from main square. Cool terrace uostairs and feels like home from home. What a great few days. Book here!
Cons: The first awful hostel Nomad i waa due to stay in with the least welcoming and unfriendly staff I have encountered in my 50+ bookings on booking.com. shocking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, awesome breakfast, and the owner is very helpful and friendly. Definitely the best value in the town.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Breakfast! The owner is a really great person and even went on a jungle tour with us! Always had good recommendations for bars, restaurants, doctors, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stephan (the hostel owner) is such a nice guy!! When I arrived in the hostel he helped me a lot with planning my trip and he organized that all people who were staying there at this time made a trip together. It was just awesome. Unfortunately I become sick (food poisoning) during my stay in Santa Cruz and Stephan helped me the whole time. He bought me food, cooked, went to the pharmacy etc. I appreciated that so much and can't thank him enough!! I was traveling alone and really don't know what I would have done without his help and support. I'm still so thankful for that! Furthermore the hostel is perfect. It is very clean everywhere, breakfast is great (with nice bread and fresh fruits), the bathroom is very big and the beds are comfortable...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and helpful staff, good breakfast (I even got breakfast on the morning of my arrival), good WiFi everywhere, safe
Cons: The mattresses were a bit thin an saggy. I had to choose between a room with window or one with air condition (not all rooms have air both). I chose the one with window, which was pretty warm at night and made it hard to get a good nights sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The relaxed atmosphere, lovely rooftop with a hammock to enjoy a siesta in. Delicious healthy breakfast which Ştefan kindly let me eat before I'd even checked in (most hostels don't let you eat the breakfast until after you've slept there) The friendliness of the staff Ştefan, Adriana and nadia. And there's a cat called Chappie.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Really comfy beds. AC in the rooms. Good breakfast. Helpful owner. Nice atmosphere. Good location.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful hosts that take good care of the hostel. The hostel is clean and well kept. Good location. Simple but good breakfast. Big and well-equipped kitchen. Nice terrasse with hammock and clothesline. 24 hour reception.
Cons: No soap in the bathroom - this is particularly problematic when a lot of people share the bathrooms. We stayed in the 4 bed mixed dorm and it was noisy at night because it's ont the street side but earplugs can fix this problem!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel on itself is a tourist attraction in the City of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Cozy place located in a 2 minutes walking distance from the city center. Secure and cam place.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Hector is very helpful and relaxed at check in. So is mostly everyone else. Everybody at the front desk speaks perfect English (besides Spanish, por supuesto), which is rare in Bolivia. Rooms are nice and will get a good night sleep here. Breakfasts was wonderful. The neighborhood may look a little shady at first, but it is perfectly safe and it is not any uglier then the rest of Santa Cruz. In fact the Cathedral is only about 4 blocks away and it's one of the few decent public places in Santa Cruz. The food recommendations given by the hotel are useful.
Cons: The bathrooms are architecturally speaking in some rooms a little questionable and they need extra care, but they are nice nonetheless and well maintained. I would ad a doorknob for the bathroom in room five, to limit the danger of closing oneself in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were here for 3 days at the start of our Bolivian adventure. The hotel was wonderful. It had a great breakfast and was only 2 blocks from the main square. Many great restaurants in the area. Cons: There were construction works on the above floors so the noise was really bad (even during the weekend). No one informed us about the works.

Pros: The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The fan in the bathroom was really loud.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location, great staff, and large rooms.
Cons: Not much. I was tempted to give a low rating so that there would be more rooms available when we need it. But we’ve been using this facility for a number of years with family and with larger groups and we have always been very pleased. Not much negative to say. Maybe including breakfast would be good, if they can donit without raising the rates.... otherwise thise who want breakfast can purchase it at a very reasonable cost.

Pros: People there were to kind and professional
6.7 Good
Pros: Big window. Quiet room in the back. Big fridge. Airport pickup and send off for 70 BS each way. Breakfast was ok. Close to the main square.
Cons: Expensive. Could not change TV to English language. No pool for this prize. There is a window over the door which is not blinded and lets light in from the floor. The shower, you get only one temperature as there is only one outlet. No bedside light, just the bright light from the ceiling and no power outlet near the bed, only in the bathroom or near the TV.

Pros: The room was warm and clean and you have all you need (towels, soap, toilet paper, fridge). Also, the stuff was super friendly, heated our food and helped us with everything. We would always come back.
7.9 Good
Pros: accommodation in the city center
Cons: For the first time in my life, I experienced that at the check-out from the hotel they checked the state of my room before my departure. And in the early morning, when I had to wait for the reception staff to arrive for about 5 minutes. The noise from nearby discotheque until about 3 am:(
7.5 Good
Pros: staff is good
Cons: the breakfast attention
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room is enough space!
Cons: Shower is just like no hot water!
7.9 Good
Pros: perfect location, just few blocks from the main plaza. Very friendly and kind staff. Nice breakfast as well.
Cons: The whole building including room itself (that especially refers to the bathroom) is outdated. The sink in the bathroom was leaking, airconditioning was louder than the traffic heard from the street.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money hotel. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We arrived from the airport around 2.30 AM, and from the moment we stepped out of our taxi, one of the staff members came out and helped us with our bags. Since we just came from the airport and did not have enough cash to pay the whole stay, the hotel let us leave our passports as a deposit, and we could pay whenever we wanted. After the check-in, one of the staff helped us with our bags to our room, made sure everything was OK with the room and said good night. The included breakfast buffet was wonderful. Cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, yogurt, juices, coffee, butter, a different cake every day, bread, toaster, panini press and some fruit like strawberries, pineapple, and watermelon. The location is perfect, close to bars, main plaza, and restaurants. We extended our stay here several times and our total stay was 6 days.
Cons: The Wifi in our room (#30), was cutting off all the time. Most likely because it's the room furthers away from the router. If we stepped out of the room and walked a bit closer to the router, it worked perfectly. The weekday breakfast lady was terrible. She never re-filled anything and you have to constantly ask her for everything. One day I came down around 8.50, breakfast ends at 9.30. There was no coffee, no cheese, no ham, no eggs, only 2 pieces of bread and no juices. I asked her to refill it, so I and my partner could eat. After a while, she came out with cold coffee, cheese, and bread. At 9.05, my partner joined me for breakfast, and she asked again for eggs, ham, and juice. We later received a glass of juice, but no eggs nor ham. She lady seemed irritated every time we asked for something and it was not a pleasant breakfast as we had many other days with the other lady working there. With her, everything was refilled when needed, coffee was warm and so was the eggs.
