Breakfast bar had good options.
Checked into a jacuzzi suite that we couldn’t use—- the faucet didn’t fit, the towels were soaking wet, there was a leak from the ceiling, took the staff 1.25 hours to get us dry towels and they only took 10% off the expensive room we barely got to use.
We'll go back, very nice accommodations. Enjoyed the pool area.
Room was tight. Too many furnishings.
Like staying in a strip mall
Only the breakfast was decent.
There was a condom wrapper in our room, they booked us in a smoking room and couldn't switch us, the a/c was crazy loud, and there are homeless people and abandoned shopping carts all around.
Hidden charges added automatically.
two problems we had was that a glass table was broken at the pool during the night and no one was going to be able for a couple of days to clean it up, so the pools was closed to the disappointment of my grand kids. Also as we were checking out there was a two dollar per room charge, we had two rooms, added to our bill which had already been paid to Kayak in full before the tri[p.
Room was nice and clean, and had everything we needed plus a lovely patio to boot! The staff was very nice and friendly. They even allowed us to stay an extra hour. Loved the mini kitchen as well; nice and stocked.
Great value hotel!
Very clean, nice air conditioning, our room had a patio near the pool, very pleased with this hotel!
good value during the week
comfortable rooms good wifi good breakfast I'd stay again for the price I paid
Clean but OLD
comfortable beds clean
hot rooms during day a/c not effecient no receipt overpriced
Clean comfortable, excellent breakfast.
Bed, roominess, free breakfast, convenient location
Well located for our needs. Clean and comfortable.
Had to walk around the building every day to get our room key recoded to be able to get into our room. One of the clerks didn't even ask for ID or ask questions. Just did it. Did not make feel very secure. The manager told me, " yeah, it happens. Have a nice day."
Rude uncommunicative staff. My AC did not work for 2 days and the desk clerks did Not do anything for 2 days and she was rude to me and nasty Because I complained.
I didnt get to stay because of some "HIDDEDN" cost. When I ask to splut the payment I was told I couldnt and when I asked for a manager, they dont have one on the weekends? So I cancelled the reservation.
