Very luxurious for the price, the large bed was extremely comfortable. Bit impersonal & the breakfast was not worth the money.
Private garage, big beds 2.00 x 2.00 The room was clean but the sheets had to be replaced, they were full with hair and stains.(maybe use another laundry) Replacement quick and without problems. There is no internet. Every hotel should have free internet in the year 2008..
It was clean comfortable and quiet. It was also very conveniently located next to the motorway. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but it would have been nice to see her smiling face when checking in and out. The lady who brought our food was also very pleasant. As we were a family of 5 with 3 rooms we had to ask for keys to be able to move between rooms. Didn't like the scrapheap outside! and the architecture was a little prison like.
A fantastic hotel if you don't want to unload the car as it is safely locked away in your own private garage. Have already recomended it to friends.
The convrniance of the location Would have liked to have had a walk for fresh air but could not secure the room so was trapped I am sure that if I had asked I could have resolved the issue,in saying this I would stop again
Cleanliness, safety of vehicle. An excellent concept for hotels - wish there were more of them. Smell of cigarette smoke in room.
Room was very clean and garage very handy. Close to the motorway and very easy to find. No restaurant, room service only. No outside space.Has the outside styling of a nuclear bunker. Invisiblele staff only contactable by phone.Room service menu very limited and no other choices available.Could not obtain any receipts for cash paid for stay or room service.
Secure parking for motorbike Very impersonal, could not see the reception people. Food very poor and whole place was slightly seedy. No key was given for the door, so became sort of trapped in!
secure parking in a locked garage next to bedroom door. nowhere other than your room to go such as a bar or restaurant and no English speaking channels on tv.
It was too anonymous. Did not see anyone as we checked in or out, just a voice from a grille and a box to give us our keys and to check documents.
I participated at surgical conference in Valladolid, from hotel to city went by car, so I am very satisfied of my choice staying at this hotel.
Real Spain not the tourist rail and it really showed. Best value for money I've had for a long time. Its not a palace but the cafe attached gave real spannish food at real honest prices and the people were the most friendly I've ever met. Fab place.
Friendly Staff and Price/Quality is excellent For a proper dinner you have to go to Valladolid.
- The room is not so clean, it smells of smoke (even if we choose a no smoking room). It is in an industrial area
located in commercial area, ok for one night if you cannot find anything else, at 46 euros it was expensive compared to others we stayed at for the same price at a much higher standard. located in commercial area, ok for one night if you cannot find anything else, at 46 euros it was expensive compared to others we stayed at for the same price at a much higher standard.
The Hotel owner family (staffs) were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located very quiet place with easy access from Highway and with free car-parking area. The room is fairly comfortable. The only inconvenient for us was rather far from Valladorid (approx.12km). No.
friendly staff, cleanliness continental breakfast was very basic but it only cost 4 euro. smoking was permitted in the bar area
Good Staff Service Excellent accommodation Very limited continental breakfast--- would improve with the introduction of cold cuts etc. generally found in Spanish establishments.
Made to feel very welcome, staff was very helpful.
Location and grounds. We had a picinni type dinner with a nice bottle of wine.
Nice building, appeared newly renovated to high standard. Swallow nest baskets around building. Restaurant closed on Sunday evening. Staff suggested going into village. All restaurants in village closed on Sunday evening. More and better information would help.
Very difficult to find. No main meals available
Their treatment with the custumers. Very , very friendly and helpfull. The room is very clean, beautiful and new bulding. There are restaurant with food very tasty.
the staff although no english spoken were very nice doors locked at night with no hall porter - fortunately our dog waited until 6.00 am. when I met a russian man who could read portuguese note on the door giving the telephone number of the hall porter - w
Hotel was quiet, and we had a good sleep. Everything very clean. We did not like the fact that we were locked in overnight. If a fire had started I do not know what would have happened. We were unable to leave the hotel prior to breakfast at nine as exit door was locked. Access to the breakfast/bar area was understandably locked, but it should have been possible to leave the building to (eg) put things out into the car. There were no staff available even at 09.00 when breakfast was due to be served.
No real positive points apart from the value for money as a budget & basic hostal. It served the purpose of having 'a bed for the night'. In the middle of an industrial estate which wasn't easy to find despite having satnav. Front door was locked at 22.00hrs with no front door key supplied. Entrance after this time by means of a phone call to ask someone to open the door. The bar shut at 22.00hrs so you felt compelled to stay in your room after 22.00hrs as you could not have a drink in the bar or venture outside. Breakfast was included in the price - I tried at 07.00hrs, 08.00hrs and finally gave up at 09.00hrs and went on my not too merry way without having anything to eat/drink. The odd hour I sat in the bar was not comfortable as they still allow smoking in there Despite the negatives all I can say is it served a purpose at a budget price.
Staff were very good and hospitable.
