Deco improved since the last stay
The bed callapsed once when we got there they fixed it straight away however it happened again at 3am in the morning. The draws in the bathroom still had cream in the draws from the last visitor. Dust in the corners and water flooding in in the lounge. The breakfast was disappointing too, think it had been cooked in a hot lock during the night and very cold, had to wait for butter for the toast for 15 Mins then it came out in a bowel of water. Then to top it off I was highlighting my concerns to the girl at the reception desk and basically she nodded and handed me the email address to complain, she didn’t even acknowledge my concerns. Very disappointing this one night stay cost me £165.00
Ground floor facilities were good.
The sea view the room and the staff when they appeared
I had to wait for bar staff to appear on two occasions for 10mins after informing the reception. Both occasions where on a Saturday afternoon and tea time.
Rooms spotless & always looked after
The best bit was the view from the bedroom. Bedroom wasnt bad
Not enough staff on went for breakfast and dirty pots still on tables went to get coffee cups were dirty. Breakfast over priced. Entertainment rubbish. Mirror cracked in bathroom.
