Pros (+) Pool area and restaurant were very nice. Enjoyed the desert views. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) There was litter in the lobby and the elevator. The small coffee and water bar were not properly stocked or restocked. We did not leave our towels on the floor, intending to reuse and conserve water. They were taken anyway. The shower drain was clogged, which housekeeping should have noticed.
Pros (+) Rooms were not available when we arrived, but they allowed us to use the pool area as we were waiting
Cons (-) I reserved high value rooms, but they did not have them available and were forced to take other rooms. When asked about difference in cost between the high end rooms and the ones we were forced to take, they said they "were all the same value". Pros (+) Very clean and modern. Excellent rooms, pools, restaurants. Casino buffet one of the best ever. Everything was delicious-especially the crab legs on Weds. Pool area was very nice with a pool bar and practice putting green area - even a "pet" road runner who stopped by our poolside table looking for a hand out.
