The room was clean and comfortable. Close to the Metro Station (5-10 minutes walk).
Not the most welcoming place. Only one or two people at the reception spoke English. You have to carry your own luggage as there are no Bell Boys. The A/C didn't work. When questioned was told they have knocked off the A/C because of winter and only the blower was working. I don't think I will stay there again.
The room is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I hope the room has a small refrigerator.
very nice,excellant breakfast,good service,clean.
The breakfast was good for the price, rooms were very clean, for the most part. The staff were very friendly, with the exception of one or two. The location was pretty good, convenient for travelers.
The bed sheets were not clean, some of them still had blood from previous stayers, which made us feel very disgusted. Do not ask the staff for directions to places, because they will tell you to take a taxi because it is the most convenient. They always say if you take bus or subway, you'll have to walk a lot, but that is not true. Take subway, it is the most convenient
The highlight is the close proximity to the train and bus stations.
The Holiday Inn Express Zhabei is a textbook case of "you get what you pay for". That is either a like or dislike I guess!!!
Lots of construction going in the vicinity which make this hotel a bad choice at this moment.
spacious and nice room, except that it has no mini-refrigerator.
food served on breakfast... more international food please... ( we also experienced bad treatment from the hotel's old woman lobby janitress)
Yes I like staying in this hotel because convenience services.
in general it is good
only it was full of customer and I think this is not bad for the hotel but they may increase stuff to serve tha customers better
no way to get a taxi
