I was not given any food boats the times the entire flight. I had to go hungry for 10 hours the first flight and 12 hours the second one. They said they did not receive my special request for a vegetarian meal and they were very rude about it. I’m vegetarian because of religious reasons. I will never fly Japanese airlines ever again. And I really hope you are able to give me some compensation for this issue that was cars to me since you were also a Party to this whole transaction.

Cons: "Boarding was awful. The staff definitely need better training at adapting with the Covid 19 situation. Especially, when it comes to unexpected occurrences regarding test certificates and sudden new regulations. Not everything is always black and white and not everyone has the same capacity to afford rebooking flights or re-testing. Treatment of foreigners in general at the LAX airport, on my flight at least, were unprofessional and inconsiderate. I generally like flying with Japan Airlines but after what I have seen and experienced personally I’m not so sure it is still one of my number one airlines to fly with anymore."

I was handled by some very rude CSA's in DFW. I was forced to check my carry-on as I was flying economy. You are now allowed only 10 kg total on all carry-on items. As my carry-on was 10 kg, and my backpack was 2 kg, I was made to check my luggage. I find this procedure unfair, as many other passengers in economy CLEARLY had more than 10 kgs. If KA insists this is their policy, then it should be enforced uniformly for everyone. TO INCLUDE Business and First Class. They are allowed 18 kg now. From my perspective....absolutely ridiculous. This was the first time in over 35 years I have been made to check my carry-on. I am EXTREMELY disappointed 😞
Spokane airport was easy to get through. Seattle having my arrival and international departure gate so close to each other was fantastic! The waiting area though was a bit confusing about where to sit for my gate.
The airplane very small , no space for put my carry on , they tell me loads my carry on I thought they will load my carry only Seattle to San Francisco but when I get off airplane at San Francisco they just tell me load my bags from Seattle to Bangkok Why they don’t tell me before load . I told them I don’t want load my bag from Seattle to Bangkok , because my carry on had medicine. Why crew from Seattle don’t help me , they only told my go to tell luggage claim Delta
The airport is clean and updates for flight delayed and the luggage status is in a timely manner.
Check-in was somewhat chaotic because some passengers didn’t read the instructions and they just them to cut the line because they were unclear of the where to go.
Cons: "Korean Air was wonderful. BUT KAYAK made my reservation through KIWI.COM which is absolutely horrible. My reservation was ONLY for Dallas to Incheon. They booked me a ticket all the way to Singapore without ever asking my permission or informing me. As a result, I was unable to use the ticket, and had to purchase a new one at the airport ticket counter. I called them several times to attempt to fix the issue, but they were utterly unhelpful. I have requested a refund, but am not hopeful based on their past performance. KAYAK should cut all ties with KIWI if it wants to remain reputable."

There was a misunderstanding during check in that it was a mandatory requirement to make hotel reservations for quarantine without it you can’t board the airline.So we had to booked a hotel last minute and it was the wrong hotel since it’s not accredited by DOH Philippines. Since it was last minute we can’t get a refund or cancel the hotel. It was stressful and unnecessary hassle.

The guy helped me on checking in told me that AsIan’s didn’t provide this service to the customer. I felt not quite happy but ok with this. The one made me feel upset is they didn’t give me pre-boarding even though they already noticed that I’m disabled. I needed to wait on the line for over 25 minutes, my left leg very tired. I can walk but I can’t stand for long time, it hurts my back and leg. I got almost same style Vegetarian food in both dinner and breakfast, all vegetables, no tofu at all."
