Pros (+) The hotel is extremely close to a subway line which was very convenient. There are food options and convenience stores located all around the hotel as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable and a very low price!
Cons (-) The only real negative comment was that the room was very hot and the Wi-Fi is basically nonesistent. I assume because it is winter the hotel turned the option for ac off so they room only blew out hot air which made for an uncortable sleep.
