Everything was very nice and pleasant, just as you expect from a 4 or 5 stars hotel. Internet connection was very disappointing, more frustrating was that they know about it and don't do nothing to satisfy that need
I booked Best Western Felicity Hotel for two nights, July 25-27. I arrived ataround 2:00 am at the hotel and they gave me a smocking room when I asked for a on smocking room. It smelled so bad that I couldn't bear it and I asked to be moved to a non smocking room. The room that they offered me had a smell of mold. It was so late at night, I just couldn't move out and search for another hotel. Then I was looking for an iron to steam my pants, and I couldn't find a plug in the room to plug it in. I called room service and they brought me a special transform. I finally had the transformer, the iron was broken. I had to call to exchange the iron. In the morning I wanted to go to the gym and swimming pool and it swimming closed due to renovation. I just feel it's not a 5 star hotel. I couldn't stand it any longer, I checked out and I went to a different hotel for the second night

Pretty responsive staff, good. Locations plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to subway station. The hotel use cheapest possible toiletry. The tooth paste actually taste bitter. I took a shower upon arrival and the plug in the bath tub is not working resulting a pool of water accumulate in the tub. They quickly fix it. But it is annoying. One more thing that is worth mentioning, if you reserved a non-smoking room, good luck getting one with cigeratte smell. I have to change the room twice cause as it happens their customers has no regards to the non-smoking requirement. They smoke whenever wherever they want.
Room is always clean and in good shape. Always has hot water available and the bellmen in the lobby are the best in Shenzhen. If you need anything in Shenzhen, talk to the bellmen! Location to me is awesome. The front desk staff continues to not measure up. First, they do not understand there own check in procedures. Second, average English in the actual check-in staff which is not there fault. My fault for not knowing Chinese. Second, if your checking in or out and your from another country, if someone Chinese walks up to the desk, they stop your check in, help them and come back to you afterwards. This is normal in China but its overboard in this hotel. They just cant get there front desk procedures right at all. I don't think they have the ability to fix this problem.
Room and location Front desk staff is 100 percent rude and does not understand website bookings. If you book on a website check your bank account as they charge you twice for your room so you end up paying double. You explain to staff and show them paperwork and they still do not have the ability to understand. Bad service
very cenrtal position, next to Luohu railway station, but still if you have bagage not so easy to get!!!! how ever they say that there is a train to the airport, but there is not, must use taxior there transportation (must pay for it), if you like and looking for "copy" of everything, so thats the place Luohu railway station, open untill very late
