Pros:My room smelled of mold which made sense because there was actual black mold in the room. The furniture was stained and sirty, tge floors were stained everywhere, the doors were chipped badly and trashed, there was one door on the closet (sliding mirrored doors w one missing), there was a cigarette put out in the closet in a non smoking room, the bathtub was dirty, there was obvious water damage to the wooden furniture. I took videos and photos. This room should ve condemned and I was appalled that they would put someone in this room. Ive called everyday to speak to a manager or assistant manager and nobody has returned my call. This room has black mold. I would like a refund as I didnt sleep at all fue to someone stomping and making loud noise above me(I was on the first floor) and because I was scared to take my clothes off in case there were bed bugs which the guy who drove me to the airport admitted they have had issues with before. I was horrified by this place. Do not stay here. The heat was also out in their main building.
Cons:Everything... including the lack of service. While the ppl were nice, nobody has returned my phone calls, the girl who picked me up didntb offer to help w luggage and had no shoes on. The van tgeybpicked me up in took a half hour tonpick me up and was wrecked on one side. It was a horrendous experience!

Pros:The location was great for what we were trying to do.
Cons:We had to change rooms 3 times bc the toilets didn’t work and the rooms weren’t cleaned. The towels we received had hair all over them. Good thing we brought our own blankets bc theirs had stains all over them. It was horrible. We will never stay there again.

Pros:Comfortable bed
Cons:Should be shut down for renovations. The lobby smelled horrible and same with the room. Everything is falling apart, poor lighting, elevator was dirty and had the ceiling tiles missing and broken all over the floor. Room smelled like the lobby and the AC didn’t work.

Pros:Must have been a nice hotel at one time however....
Cons:Cleanliness and maintenance are being neglected in general.

Pros:We didn't eat breakfast. Bed/pillows were fine. Water was hot.
Cons:Carpet rather dirty. Whole hotel is old in general. Shower did not work at all. Toilet would only flush about halfway, then you would have to wait several minutes for it to refill and flush again.
