Pros. The staff was friendly.
Cons. The beds squeaked every time you moved or sat down on them. The bathroom was filthy and disgusting. The room smelled and air conditioning / heaters didn't work very well. The breakfast was a joke. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience.
Pros. Location was very good. Convenient access to that side of Sioux Falls.
Cons. Hotel looks and feels tired. Obviously gets a lot of traffic. We arrived at night and the outdoor sign was only partially illuminated, making it difficult to see the building since it is partially hidden from the highway. The guest room was fine, but the bathroom has rusty hinges and also showed signs of mildew in the shower area (ceiling).
