friendly, helpful staff, great buffet breakfast, free internet use
I found the Staff to be very helpful at all times, but the lack off cafe/buffet etc was not helpful [possibly due to out of season and number of guests]
The comfprtable room and the helpfulness of the staff.
Hotel was a fine transit hotel after getting off the ferry in Ancona.
hotel restaurant was really nice, good food, friendly staff. the mini bar poor stocked, the double bed was actually 2 mettresses put toghether. rally bad for confort.
Provided the required basics well Attached restaurant had to be payed seperately to hotel bill each night.
It was a quiet room and hotel. But very expensive in comparison with other more luxurious hotels.
I personaly dislike the disposition of the room, where the position of the bathroom on the facade blocks the light and the view to interieur of the room. Decoration of the room and the wallpapers are substandard and bed is not cosy at all.
very good hotel - is 5mins walk to clean beach with restaurants, loungers, beach huts. very good breakfast and staff polite, professional and helpful. nice pool area. very good restaurant in hotel. 15mins to airport on bus 1euro or 5mins taxi 18euro. 10mins walk to falconarra train station. 1.5hr train to rimmini 10euros. trainline runs parallel to sea so good trips to be done up and down the coast to pescara etc. ask for a room facing the sea.
Staff very friendly, rooms large and sufficiant
Very clean, comfortable and really helpful staff The menus was not varied.. and the hotel was further away from where it was advertised... I was under the impression that they were in Castelfidardo, but they were not.. This is not a problem if you travel by car.. But I was travelling by bus and train.
Spacious room ! Comfortable enough.
East acess to Ancona for the wedding n/a
Spacious comfortable rooms. Very poor breakfast buffet and service during breakfast.
everything There should be more signs showing the way to this hotel, I had some difficulties in finding it, even though at the end it came out that it is situated on the one of main roads, and the staff should be more disponible because I tried to contact them on the phone but for the 5 minutes nobody answered it so I had to ask people how to get there
Very spacious, very modern room. Excellent value for the money. The only disadvantage is that it is not in a city; however, for some this could be a good thing, because it is easy to reach by car and there is plenty of parking. It is about 6 km from the charming and picturesque town of Loreto. We appreciated the free internet connection in the room.
Good location, 2 minutes from Loreto Sanctuary. Parking rather small and full, but with alternatives available.
I like the proximity to the center of Loreto and the Basilica and the fact that there is a car park for the hotel.
We requested a "double room" for 2 people and got a huge room with a double bed and 3 single beds, dining table, living room set, desk and a huge bathroom. Loved the bathroom. Location was excellent and quite close to Our Lady of Loreto's Church. Evening staff did not speak much English. Main elevator had a smell of either powder or very stale urine. The service elevator smelled better but was super tiny. Perhaps changing the carpet in the main elevator will help!
Staff/owner exremely helpful in all ways
Very friendly staff, spacious room, excellent view with a large balcony. Quiet location, yet close to main roads ofr access. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, very rare in Italy.
A beautiful, historic building in a fabulous location. Our room was simple but good and we loved the little balcony looking out over the Adriatic. It was a quiet and relaxing place and we would consider coming again, but.... The young woman at reception when we arrived was bored and impatient. We thought her rude. The meal we had in the restaurant was awful, tho the list of local wines was impressive and the service was pleasant.. The white fish was rubbery and inedible. Breakfasts were not good. The brioche on Monday morning were obviously two days old and like leather (much better the next day). The coffee was undrinkable. We decided not to eat in the hotel after our first meal...
The situation was perfect for a relaxing few days. Quiet and peaceful. in beautiful surroundings
Old convent transformed into a hotel. Rooms rather simple. Nice view and panorama from the room terraces and the breakfast room on the Conero and the seaside. Rooms somewhat simple.
architecture, location, friendly staff too often under a cloud from the Adriatic
beautifil view, excellent diner and wines
Good quality/price. Nice view on the sea. Quite village Close from october to April.
the room was comfortable and we enjoyed having access and privacy to the outside. other than the problems with the key, we are thinking of returning for a short break in Rome later in the year, but need to ascertain how easy it would be toget into the centtre of Rome from the hotel.
The hotel is located very close to the beach. Some balconies are huge. Some of the staff members do not speak any English.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel's location was very convenient to the lovely beach.
It was close to the beech and town. No ammenities. I felt it was ocer priced for the accomodation provided
The locanda is used for large events i.e.for more than 100 people and is therefore very noisy. The restaurant is not open on Sunday evenings, this is not a problem but no staff are around and you cannot get anything at all to eat or drink
The staff were very friendly and we had a pleasant room. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was absolutely tremendous. The hotel grounds are also very pretty.
The rustic nature of the B&B with beamed ceilings and decoration was charming. The facility was very clean, quiet with wonderful views.
Very nice , clean hotel in beautiful location, helpful service and good wine. close to many natural attractions.
