Pros: Staff are helpful and friendly, location is great it's near to downtown
Cons: The location is wrong in the map
Pros: Bedwain style
Cons: Room service
Pros: Shall Lodge is built in traditional Siwan style, with palm branches and salt, rock and mud walls. Every room is unique and the building itself is beautiful. Lots of different areas for relaxation, very tastefully decorated according to local style. Not a hotel to find swimming pool and normal 5* amenities but a very welcoming, friendly place that meets all needs. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Experience a real taste of Siwa!
Pros: Bedroom and bathroom are very nice and clean.
Cons: The breakfast were serves a little bit late as for traveller who have limited time travelling there. Kitchen team should be ready earlier.
Pros: The room had nice design and atmosphere. The staff are kind and hospitable.
Cons: The WIFI Internet was slow.
Pros: Lovely, traditional mud brick design. Room was large, comfortable bed and traditional woolly blanket. Nice, traditional touches in th e furnishings and decoration. Close to the town square but a very quiet location. Short walk to the bus station.
Cons: Wifi not available when we arrived because ‘the manager hasn’t paid the bill’! Fixed next day, but again stopped the following day for the same reason. But when it was working, the signal was strong, one of the better ones we had in Egypt. Shower was hot but seemed to run out of hot water quite quickly.
Pros: The location is good and the breakfast is great to start your day. The staff there are so friendly especially Khlaed. And it is very good value for the money.
Cons: There is big Ants in the place especially in the bathroom, WiFi is so weak but I think this problem in Siwa in general. The last day we stayed there the WiFi didn't work. There is no heater on the rooms on the evening is became frozen. Didn't allow for me to pay with credit card because the machine doesn't work. BTW to arrive there more easy ask the driver to go to Kenooz hotel this the famous name for the place there.
Pros: Close to the centre, clean
Pros: Hotel Eco style. Food presentation. Palm Trees.
Cons: I faced a major problem regarding Hotel location, as the taxi driver took us to another hotel with a similar name (Siwa Shali Resort) and on Google Maps, the Hotel location was also shown , by mistake, in the location of the second hotel outside the city, while the correct hotel location is in the city center.
Pros: The liodge is magical lighting tremendous
Cons: I can t say something because it was perfect for me

Pros: The breakfast was substantial and beautifully presented. It also had lots of vegetables. The grounds were clean and attractive, with lots of palm trees and space to relax. The hotel location was near the center of town and so it was easy to get around and walk to and from the bus station.
Cons: I regret staying here as the hotel staff was classless and trashy. My experience started off fine for my one night at this establishment. When I arrived at 7AM, there was no one there and everything was pitch black, however, I called the owner/manager using the phone number that I had received with the online booking and he came right away and showed me to my room. He brought me coffee which was nice. After a few hours, I decided to traipse around town. In the early afternoon, the manager called me by phone and told me that I hadn't paid. This was obvious as he had not asked me for any money yet. I responded that I knew I hadn't paid but that I would when I returned. That phone call was stupid and unnecessary. I was staying the night, my stuff was at the hotel, and I had provided my credit card number with the booking. It was obvious that things were going downhill. When I returned in the late afternoon to the hotel, I greeted some guys who were sitting at a table and then one of them responds "passport". I was like, what? Then he said it again and he followed me to my room and waited outside until I gave him my passport. This behavior was beyond trashy. By this time, I was SUPER PISSED off. I called the manager by phone and told him that some weird guy wanted my passport. The manager came over and explained that the guy needed to make a copy of my passport. But that's not how you treat people ever, especially when you purport to have a higher end hotel. When the manager came a few minutes later, I decided to just pay and get these people out of my face. When I booked, the initial price was US$40 per night (it was the end of my trip so I was splurging). However, this price apparently didn't include a load of taxes. It ended up being $US51 or 900 Egyptian pounds. I don't know if that was booking.

Pros: All - room, restaurant and area around was amazing. Great staff of restaurant. A feeling like 5-stars hotel.
Pros: The pool The warm spring The food
Cons: Cleanliness Facilities
Pros: The staff are genuinely lovely and helpful. Hi to Mr Tarek :-) The resort COULD be so beautiful - the photos are accurate. Food was great! The hot-spring and pool are kinda nice.
Cons: The lights in the room barely functioned. The room was dusty, and the spare pillows didn't have pillowcases. The hot-spring was a great temperature, but could do with cleaning (at least removing some of the slime would help!) and the dilapidated ruins of broken chairs need to go now!
Pros: Location and comfort
Pros: Siwa is fantastic city but needs more interest
Cons: Roads not good not clean
Pros: the simplicity of the city and the hotel. the site visits the people of the city
Cons: the road between Marsa Matrouh and Siwa is horrible. 300KLM without gas stations , without mobile networks it is a good location for gangs and blood sheders. no credit cards in the hotel
Pros: The hotspring
Cons: the food
Pros: Food was OK
Cons: Lock to my door was broken. Shower hook was broken. No itemised receipt on checking out. WIFI not working. Some staff quite unfriendly. Resort looking tired and need of a major upgrade.
Pros: The staff was nice. They let us check in early without extra cost.
Cons: No water for a whole day, and when it's fixed, it kept going on and off. Don't be fooled by the photos. The swimming pools and hot spring were very dirty with strange smell. No wifi, super weak mobile network signal.
