Alex was very helpful. I appreciate that he was willing to help. When I got into town I was supposed to pick up the car off site away from the airport which I wasn’t aware of. He was able to get me into a car at the airport which was a major convenience.Reviewed Jun 7 2023

They should have informed me about the complications with charging an electric car at a public station in France. One cannot just used a credit card as in other countries. You need to download various apps or, apply for their membership cards online. You might get stuck if you cannot make it to your first destination where you could load up on household current.Reviewed Jun 6 2023

I didn’t like anything about Sixt San Francisco. We picked up our car at the airport and they didn’t have the car that we had booked (small SUV) and they only had super huge ones like 4runner or hatchback. We’ve got the hatchback and it was in poor shape. Full of dings, weird noises when driving slow, etc. We’ve booked for 260 AUD for 3 days and we ended up being charged 398 USD (an absolute robbery)Reviewed Jun 5 2023
